Property Data & Billing Manager

Prologis is seeking to appoint a Property Data & Billing Manager within our Real estate and customer experience team to support our Spanish business. The candidate will work closely with Spanish Leasing- and Real Estate Customer Experience teams but also with the broader Pan-European Operations and FP&A team to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and maintenance of lease records in Yardi. We are looking for an analytical, problem solving, pro-active person with keen eye for details who will play a key role in achieving the business goals for high quality data of building configurations and lease contracts records.

It is essential that the candidate has excellent analytical and time-management skills, can read and understand the economic terms of (lease) contracts and has an affinity with database software. Given the international environment in which Prologis operates, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be able to communicate confidently in Spanish & English.

What's needed in order to do that:

Setup new lease documents with high quality and on time, including month end and month reporting cycle;
Follow rules and standards in Global LDM Organization;
Work close with Leasing Managers and RECX Managers to understand correctly lease documents;
Focus on quality of entered data;
Support process improvements to gain efficiencies and further standardize process on a European level;
Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager
Prepare and issue regular and adhoc invoicing to our customers
Give support to the OCM team on Capex administrative management (Capex tracker, PO creation, invoice payment).

Experience in using Yardi advantageous but not mandatory
