**LABORATORY VETERINARIAN**
Responsible for efficient and high quality end to end sample processing and reporting within a veterinary diagnostic reference laboratory contributing to the betterment of animal health and welfare. This role includes sample preparation, instrument set up, QC, running tests and validating results, ensuring turnaround times are met and daily workload is completed. Contributes to and maintains compliance in inventory management, quality and safety standards, equipment
maintenance and trouble shooting.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Perform and review all required quality control per QA guidelines
+ Competent in sample processing and releasing/validating results, including but not limited to, haematology, biochemistry, endocrinology, urinalysis, proteinograms, serology and microbiology
+ Ensuring daily workload is appropriately prioritised and completed, meeting turnaround time expectations
+ Competent in reconciling pending list and resolving irregularities
+ Competent in carrying out routine equipment QC and maintenance
+ Troubleshoot and resolve QC, technical and test issues, escalate ongoing issues at the appropriate time to the laboratory manager
+ Competent to accurately and quickly assess problems, and make appropriate decisions including escalation to line manager where required
+ Train new and junior staff in all areas according to SOPs. Provide ongoing technical support to more junior staff roles
+ Liaise with Customer Service and other laboratory or external personnel to support customer queries in a timely way by phone and email
+ Support writing/review of SOP's
+ Read, understand and follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Participate in all departmental training programs; ensure ongoing technical competency
+ Assist in managing the inventory and supply ordering
+ Comply with laboratory Health and Safety procedures
+ Ensure laboratory is clean, organized, and adequately stocked
+ May be asked to participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications**
+ Veterinary degree
+ Minimum of 3 years clinical laboratory experience in a high throughput clinical laboratory; this must include analyser set up, QC review, specimen preparation, reading and releasing test results, and troubleshooting technical issues.
+ **Ability to communicate in written and verbal English**
**Knowledge / Experience**
+ Required experience in all or some of the following areas: Haematology processing including blood film review, urinalysis and fluid processing including microscopy, biochemistry, endocrinology · Experience operating within a quality management system and laboratory information system
+ Experience handling veterinary samples would be an advantage
+ Experience in supervising and/or staff training is preferred

Antech is seeking an experienced and highly driven **Senior Product Commercialisation Manager - Reference Lab (Europe & APAC)** to lead the commercialisation strategy, portfolio management, and growth initiatives for our Reference Laboratory services.
This role focuses on driving commercialisation and market growth across Antech's highest‑potential Reference Lab markets, with responsibility for developing differentiated strategies, supporting customer acquisition, retention and expanding utilisation in key diagnostic categories where Antech has strong competitive advantage.
The role requires strong strategic capability, commercial acumen, market insight, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct market research using internal data, customer insights, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialisation strategies.
+ Analyse testing behaviours, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover market gaps and support business growth.
+ Partner with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimise, and manage a competitive diagnostic test portfolio across markets.
+ Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations that balance market competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
+ Develop compelling value propositions for Reference Lab services and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
+ Develop and execute commercialisation plans aligned with revenue targets, market opportunities, and strategic priorities.
+ Drive cross-functional initiatives that support customer acquisition, reactivation of lapsed accounts, and increased service utilisation.
+ Lead the improvement of the customer onboarding experience and manage the NPS framework to translate feedback into measurable customer and commercial improvements.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
+ 5-7+ years of strategic marketing or product management experience in Lab Services, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, or similar
+ Proven success developing and executing commercialisation strategies.
+ Experience working cross‑functionally in complex or matrix environments.
+ Experience within veterinary or human diagnostics strongly preferred.
+ International experience would be a plus.
+ Fluent in English. Additional European language skills beneficial.

The **Assistant General Counsel (AGC)** will lead the legal function for the EU & APAC region within SDx. This is a **strategic and highly hands‑on leadership role** , responsible for defining the legal agenda for the region while also personally driving complex drafting, negotiations, and operational support.
The AGC will operate in a **small and still‑developing regional legal team** and must be highly comfortable building structure, processes, and frameworks with limited local resources-leveraging global Mars legal tools and networks extensively.
This role is dedicated to providing senior in-house legal advice to the European and APAC regions of SDx and its leadership team. This attorney will lead the legal team for the region.
▪ This role will contribute to the stategic roadmap, P&L development and associate engagement within the region
▪ This Associate will be responsible for leading the legal team supporting the EU & APAC Region in complying with local laws and regulations, identifying potential business risks, pursuing important business opportunities, and managing critical incidents.
▪ The Associate will work closely with P&O, Sales, Operations, Marketing and CA teams and will be a member of the EU & APAC leadership team.
Responsibilities:
+ The AGC will be tasked with supporting the European/APAC activities of Mars Science and Diagnostics and will be expected to quickly gain a solid understanding of Mars Science and Diagnostics businesses and operations in Europe.
+ Reporting to the Global AGC SDx, he/she will be a critical member of the regional leadership team and counsel our operation and commercial teams as well as local managers with respect to a wide variety of operational and commercial matters. In doing so, the AGC will, among other things, advise on all commercial issues related to our equipment and diagnostics laboratories, as well as support all European/APAC expansion efforts.
+ The AGC will also negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements and advise on any requirements for respective local operations. This attorney will directly manage a team of 3 Associates. As part of its role, this attorney will be expected to closely collaborate with other Mars attorneys in the regions where SDx operates, leverage existing Mars best practices, and, to the extent available, seek counsel from Mars outside counsel network to ensure consistency across regions and segments.
+ This Associate will also engage with and advise senior leaders, including regional Functional leads and Leadership Teams, when necessary, regarding business-critical legal issues and opportunities.
+ This Associate will engage external stakeholders (e.g., regulators and trade groups) as needed to advance and protect Mars' business interests and will ensure compliance with Mars Policies and standards. This Associate will be responsible for engaging and managing outside counsel as appropriate to ensure all business needs are satisfied.
+ Other duties will include but not limited to: Legal advisory within organization; risk management assessment due to high regulatory environment; lead on disputes and litigations; in partnership with other functions develop and monitor internal policy compliance for topics
Qualifications:
_We are looking for a strategic and creative problem-solver, who understands on-the-ground complexities and is passionate about building scalable ways to account for them:_
+ At least 12 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on compliance, commercial and corporate law matters.
+ Candidates should have prior in-house experience, preferably with a healthcare company or within a highly regulated industry. International experience aplus.
+ Experience developing and successfully providing legal support for territorial growth plans, includingassessing regulatory and legal requirements and developing a plan for successful execution.
