**Responsabilidades**
- Cumplir las normas de seguridad en su puesto de trabajo.

- Colaborar en la codificación de los repuestos del nuevo equipo, y asegurar la disponibilidad de repuestos suficientes antes de la puesta en marcha.
- Asumir la ejecución del mantenimiento de los equipos tras la puesta en marcha
- Coordinado por el Supervisor de mantenimiento, colaborar con sus conocimientos, con el equipo de mejora de procesos.
- Minimizar las incidencias técnicas de estos equipos.
- Colaborar con los ingenieros de procesos y de mantenimiento respecto a la mejora en los equipos.
**Requisitos**
- Ciclo formativo de grado Superior o titulación equivalente.
- Formación adicional: TPM, Autómatas, neumática, hidráulica, programación PLC.
- Idiomas: Deseable nivel alto de inglés.
- Experiencia de al menos 4 años desempeñando funciones técnicas de mantenimiento electromecánico.

**Overview:**
As a senior Market Access leader for the BD Interventional - Peripheral Intervention (PI) business within Europe, this role plays a meaningful part in enabling balanced patient access, competitive reimbursement outcomes, and commercial success across the region.
Guided by BD Excellence principles and the imperatives to compete, innovate, and deliver, the Director is accountable for translating strategy into execution-ensuring that market access activities are disciplined, evidence based, measurable, and closely aligned with BDI regional and global priorities.
A core expectation of the role is the development and maintenance of deep knowledge and understanding of BD PI products, including their clinical application, economic value, competitive positioning, and evidence requirements. This product mastery is crucial to engage with internal partners as well as to support local strategies to credibly engage payers, policymakers, clinicians, and to ensure market access strategies are tightly connected to real world PI adoption and outcomes.
The role is encouraged to maintain a deep knowledge of the Spanish Market Access landscape and function as a collaborative partner for regional and local colleagues in this regard.
Reporting to the Vice President Public Affairs EMEA and working in close partnership with the Senior Director BDI PI Europe, the Director is responsible for leading market access and payer value activities for the regional PI business.
**Strategy, Competition & Value**
+ Guide the development of robust, winning market access and payer value strategies for the PI portfolio, grounded in clear problem definition, payer insight, and competitive understanding.
+ Conduct and coordinate payer and pricing research, market access landscaping, and opportunity assessments to advise prioritisation and investment decisions.
+ Identify commercial and access barriers early and proactively drive risk mitigation strategies that protect and improve PI adoption.
+ Build reimbursement and payment policy positions, demonstrating BD advocacy priorities and engagement with trade associations and medical societies.
+ Advise on Market Access strategy development in Spain across Business Units and with local colleagues
**Innovation & Evidence (Innovate)**
+ Partner closely with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to define differentiated PI value propositions and translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer narratives.
+ Act as a key partner to evidence‑generation functions, helping develop data strategies that address payer, HTA, and policy requirements for PI technologies.
+ Support the development of innovative access pathways, including coding, coverage, reimbursement, and alternative payment mechanisms, evaluating their commercial impact and scalability.
+ Drive continuous improvement in market access tools and methodologies in line with BD Excellence standards.
**Execution & Results (Deliver)**
+ Guide and support country affiliates in the tactical execution of regional market access strategies, including HTA submissions, institutional access initiatives, and payer engagements.
+ Engage externally with payers, policymakers, and relevant experts at national, regional, and local levels to advance PI access objectives.
+ Facilitate payer negotiations, including technical HTA‑related discussions, ensuring consistency, credibility, and alignment with regional strategy.
+ Develop and deploy high‑quality regional market access tools (e.g. value dossiers, payer presentations) to enable effective local execution.
+ Maintain an active presence at relevant industry forums and medical society meetings to supervise trends and strengthen BD's PI access positioning.
**Product & System Expertise**
+ Build and maintain deep expertise in BD PI products, their clinical use cases, outcomes, and economic value drivers.
+ Develop and sustain strong understanding of payer systems, HTA frameworks, and reimbursement dynamics across Europe, with particular focus on key EU markets.
+ Serve as a trusted internal expert, translating sophisticated external dynamics into clear strategic and operational mentorship for leadership and cross‑functional partners.

El/La ingeniero/a de mantenimiento - repuestos como función principal tendrá la gestión integral del almacén de repuestos, asegurando que las piezas de repuesto y los materiales críticos estén disponibles, controlados y optimizados continuamente para respaldar el rendimiento operativo de la planta. Responsabilidades
+ Gestión del valor y la cantidad del inventario:
+ Gestionar la estrategia de inventario de MRO para mantener niveles óptimos de estoc y reducir el capital de inventario.
+ Monitorear la rotación de inventario, reducir los artículos de baja rotación y prevenir el exceso de existencias o la falta de existencias.
+ Implementar estrategias efectivas de planificación, reabastecimiento y niveles mínimos y máximos.
+ Revisar y aprobar repuestos críticos y altas/bajas de inventario.
+ Gestión de Datos Maestros de Materiales:
+ Garantizar la precisión y la gobernanza de los datos maestros de materiales, incluyendo descripciones, unidades de medida, códigos de criticidad, clasificaciones de piezas e información de proveedores.
+ Mantener la alineación con los estándares corporativos y colaborar con compras y mantenimiento para la limpieza y el enriquecimiento de datos.
+ Garantizar la catalogación correcta y evitar duplicados.
+ Recuento Cíclico y Precisión del Inventario:
+ Liderar y ejecutar el programa de recuento cíclico para lograr, mantener una alta precisión de inventario (>95%).
+ Investigar discrepancias, realizar análisis de causa raíz e implementar acciones correctivas.
+ Coordinar con finanzas para el inventario físico anual y los requisitos de cumplimiento.
+ Organización del Almacén, Espacio y Gestión 5S:
+ Ser responsable de la distribución física, los sistemas de almacenamiento y la utilización del espacio del almacén.
+ Garantizar un etiquetado claro, la correcta ubicación de los artículos, controles visuales y métodos de almacenamiento estandarizados.
+ Implementar y mantener las prácticas 5S en todas las áreas del almacén.
+ Optimizar el espacio para garantizar la seguridad, la eficiencia y satisfacer las necesidades de expansión del inventario.
+ **Indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) e informes:**
+ Establecer y realizar un seguimiento de los KPI, tales como: precisión del inventario, valor y rotación del inventario de MRO, faltantes y nivel de servicio, cumplimiento del conteo cíclico, tiempo de entrega de órdenes de compra, disponibilidad de repuestos críticos, puntuaciones de auditoría 5S, etc.
+ Proporcionar informes periódicos.
+ **Procesos, sistemas y mejora continua:**
+ Desarrollar, documentar y estandarizar todos los procesos del almacén (recepción, preparación de kits, emisión, devoluciones, VMI, obsolescencia, etc.).

We are looking for a Sales representative, general and Plastic Surgery to launch a new product line. The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Surgeons, in public and private accounts. This responsibility includes analyzing your sales territory, creating a business plan for commercial launch and subsequently executing the plan which enables you to exceed sales quota. **Job Description**
We are looking for a Sales representative, general and Plastic Surgery to launch a new product line. The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Surgeons, in public and private accounts. This responsibility includes analyzing your sales territory, creating a business plan for commercial launch and subsequently executing the plan which enables you to exceed sales quota. As part of this product launch, we will operate under an incubator model. You will report to the Sales Manager, Breast&Plastic, EU.
You will be responsible for co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy, including:
+ Identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers)
+ Defining and implementing an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts
+ Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts
+ Supporting them in the trial and adoption of our products
+ Delivering a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
+ Contributing to the organization of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
+ Participating in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility
+ Collaborating and working in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
+ Conducting competitive intelligence
+ Managing the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), where you will enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events)
Requirements:
+ Proven track record in selling high-value medical devices and building strong relationships within hospital environments, particularly in surgical settings.
+ Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow business, and drive customer adoption of innovative solutions.
+ Strong scientific and analytical capabilities, including the ability to understand, interpret, and present clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.
+ Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital tools, and Microsoft Office
+ Fluent English
Salary range for this role 45000 - 55000
