Garantizar la continuidad del conjunto del proceso productivo mediante la supervisión de las operaciones de los distintos puestos de trabajo, control y mantenimiento de las utilities, recuperación de disolventes y distribución de las tareas necesarias entre los operadores.
Tareas de orden y limpieza de su puesto de trabajo.
Trabajos de mantenimiento descritos en las SOP's propias del puesto de trabajo y en las plantillas de mantenimiento autónomo y de apoyo al personal de Mantenimiento.
Participar en actividades de mejora continua como seguimiento de indicadores, propuestas y eventos de mejora.
Participar activamente en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad y medio ambiente y eventos relacionados como reuniones de seguridad/medio ambiente y notificaciones de condiciones inseguras.
**2.** **Contexto**
Reporta jerárquicamente al responsable de producción.
Del jefe de turno dependen jerárquicamente los operarios de producción, junto con el envasador
Es responsable de llevar a cabo las operaciones asignadas descritas y de anotar los datos requeridos en las hojas de operaciones e instrucciones de trabajo y de acuerdo con las instrucciones directas dadas por el técnico de proceso y los responsables de operaciones y velar por que se den los controles oportunos en cada etapa de proceso (control de calidad).
Es responsable de operar con los equipos e instalaciones de planta y de laboratorio de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo y requisitos de SHE y Security:
+ 12 Reglas que salvan vidas
+ Clasificación áreas ATEX planta
+ Limpieza y orden en base al nivel requerido en puesto de trabajo por el Responsable de planta. Cumplir y hacer cumplir uso EPI´s, Reporting de Near miseses, etc,.
Es responsable de asignar tareas a los operadores cuando las necesidades del trabajo así lo exijan.
Es responsable de la supervisión directa de todo el proceso productivo, así como almacén y la zona de residuos, teniendo que gestionar la salida oportuna de los mismos. Además de tener el área limpia y ordenada.
**3.** **Responsabilidades**
1. Control y operaciones de Utilities.
2. Operaciones de Recepción y Recuperación de disolventes, carga/descarga de camiones cisterna de disolvente/residuo, así como la correcta cumplimentación de los documentos relacionados.
3. Operación en planta/DCS: abrir y cerrar válvulas manuales y automáticas, actuar sobre lazos de control. Arranque/parada/checking de los siguientes equipos in situ: Columna de destilación, caldera, equipos de frío, red contra incendios, torre de refrigeración.
4. Agua bruta, descalcificada y desmineralizada.
5. Supervisión del resto de los equipos de la planta.
6. Limpieza y supervisión de equipos e instalaciones.
7. Recepción, Control y supervisión de materias primas.
8. Manejo de la furgoneta.
9. Adquisición/introducción de datos en el sistema informático.
10. Supervisión del control analítico del proceso.
11. Supervisión del proceso productivo.
12. Tareas que consisten en el ejercicio de mando directo frente al conjunto de operarios de turno de la planta.
13. Control de envíos de efluentes.
14. Supervisión instalación filtros AIB rico.
15. En los permisos de trabajo, actuará como propietario de la instalación, autorizando en el caso que se den las circunstancias adecuadas para ello. Deberá entender el JSA, modificándolo en el caso que sea necesario y las condiciones del desarrollo del trabajo así lo indiquen, siempre teniendo en cuenta el consenso con el editor/editores del JSA.
Siempre que el JT sea el autorizador del permiso de trabajo deberá de velar por el cumplimiento de los anexos y checklist en base a los requerimientos.
Deberá asegurar que se cumplen los requisitos del JSA (evaluación de Riesgos) correspondiente, además de los anexos necesarios y su cumplimentación

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for supply chain support within our EUR Taste division, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistently meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams, giving you broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to influence outcomes that matter to both our customers and our business.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Oversee customer orders, including order entry, order status updates, document creation, order release, shipment tracking, and document management.

**You bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related customer-facing operational role.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure an effective and efficient day-to-day order management/customer experience operations (including processing customer orders, changing orders, removing order blocks,etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve customer issues promptly

**You bring**
- This role requires +2 years´ experience in supply chain, logistics or a related function and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
- SAP SD, Office (Excel and Power Point) previous experience is required. Knowledge of other CRM systems will be highly valuated.
- Great communication verbal and written, emotional intelligence, active listening, excellent capabilities to resolve issues and advanced customer focus

We have a great opportunity within the Perfumery & Beauty Business Units as a Customer Experience Lead Specialist based in Barcelona, Spain.
As a Customer Experience Lead Specialist, you will take full ownership of customer care activities for our strategic Accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all service and supply chain inquiries. You'll be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash processes, maintaining high service levels, and aligning inventory with company targets. + Supporting various projects that will contribute to embedding our approach to nature into our business, specifically further embedding nature within our naturals sourcing program, the development of a nature transition action plan and a program supporting our commitment to start collective action projects in landscapes where we manufacture and / or source

+ Graduate in Environmental Sciences, or similar;
