We are looking for a **Strategic Project Buyer** to join our Project Procurement team and play a key role in enabling the successful execution of complex engineering projects. **We are recruiting for two positions: one based in Spain and one based in either Sweden or Finland.**
As part of our continuous improvement journey, this role will be responsible for **managing project-specific procurement activities across both pre-order and post-order phases** , ensuring project objectives are achieved through effective sourcing and supplier management. The position includes **supplier identification** within the Approved Supplier List (ASL), **onboarding new suppliers** in close collaboration with Commodity Managers, RFQ preparation, commercial negotiations, and **post-order supplier performance management** . Acting as a **bridge between technical requirements and strategic sourcing** , the Strategic Project Buyer will work closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Commodity Management teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative project solutions.
**What you'll do:**
+ **Develop and execute project procurement strategies for project-specific materials** , equipment, integration solutions, field services, and other services, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements, project objectives, timelines, and overall sourcing strategies.
+ **Manage the end-to-end RFQ process** for complex technical scopes, including integration solutions (e.g., e-houses), UPS, MV products, field services, and other project-specific requirements, from supplier identification through commercial evaluation.
+ **Collaborate closely with Commodity Managers** to ensure alignment with category strategies, supplier management approaches, cost optimization objectives, and risk mitigation plans across all project-related procurement activities.
+ **Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers** for project-specific needs, including integration partners, field service providers, and new vendors, assessing technical capabilities, commercial competitiveness, quality standards, compliance requirements, and project suitability.
+ **Lead and support commercial negotiations with suppliers** , in coordination with Commodity Managers, to secure optimal project-specific purchasing agreements, favorable commercial terms, and effective risk mitigation solutions.
+ **Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders** to ensure technical compliance, supplier readiness, and the timely delivery of materials and services throughout project execution.
+ **Monitor and manage supplier performance** during project execution, proactively addressing issues related to delivery, quality, contractual commitments, and overall supplier performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
+ **Coordinate with Operational Buyers** to ensure efficient transactional execution of purchase orders and seamless procurement operations throughout the project lifecycle.
+ **Drive continuous improvement initiatives** by leveraging internal tools, change management methodologies, and best practices to identify issues, implement corrective actions, optimize processes, reduce costs, standardize procurement practices, and measure results.
+ **Ensure compliance with SCM policies** , governance requirements, and documentation standards, maintaining accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and project data within relevant systems and databases.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in procurement for complex engineering projects in hyperscale or industrial environments.
**Skills:**
+ Understanding of **electrical/mechanical systems** and integration requirements.
+ Experience in **program management** , deploying and coordinating the standard utilization of various tools and processes.
+ Language knowledge: **English, Spanish** . Advantage: **French.**
+ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

To strengthen our Commercial Finance Center of Excellence (COE), we are looking for a Commercial Finance Team Leader (m/f/d) - Sales Incentives Plan & Gross-to-Net.
**What you'll do:**
The SIP & Gross-to-Net (GTN) Team Leader is accountable for standardizing, simplifying, and digitalizing Gross-to-Net (GTN) and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) frameworks across EMEA.
The role ensures that GTN and SIP mechanisms are value-creating, transparent, and scalable, and can be executed efficiently through robust systems and standard processes. It works in close partnership with Sales Leadership, HR (Comp & Ben), Business Partners, Pricing, Channels, and CFOps.
Owns Gross-to-Net (GTN) Frameworks, PAP Governance, and Follow-Up
+ Defines and governs GTN logic covering customer rebates, bonuses, and commercial deductions.
+ Owns the financial framework, standards, and approval process for PAP (annual bonus agreements).
+ Partners with Channel and Zone Business Partners and CFOps to support PAP approval cycles.
+ Ensures correct accrual logic, tracking, and follow-up against agreements.

Owns Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Target Setting and Payout Execution

This salary range is published in compliance with applicable Italian regulations, is disclosed for applicants based in Italy, and may vary for candidates applying from other locations. Critical to the mission is to ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements are met. We are looking for a Sales Representative to develop proactively and systematically new direct & indirect business, realizing sales objectives and sales plans in the area of Spain/Portugal/Middle East for the Eaton Hydraulic Filtration product line, located in Spain (Madrid area).
This position will be responsible for achieving the assigned sales goals consistent with the expectations of a thoroughly seasoned professional sales manager for the assigned product categories while under little supervision.
It will be an expectation to optimize sales volume, product mix and profit margin, while increasing sales in the marketplace.
This position will need to coordinate sales for the assigned customers and distributor base. It has the responsibility to manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance with distributors, end users and OEM.
**What you'll do:**
+ Consultancy and sale of Eaton Hydraulic Filtration products, solutions and services
+ Provide technical and commercial support and negotiation with customers.
+ Develop contacts with appropriate customers to determine requirements, present product and engineering information and to establish a strong business relationship conductive to Eaton Filtration becoming the preferred supplier / key account
+ Investigate and analyze customer problems and needs and recommend solutions applying company products and systems, ensuring that the company profit margin goals are achieved
+ Grow business and expand customer base by identifying potential partners / customers / markets and developappropriate channels to take advantage of new business opportunities in coordination with the responsible Sales Manager
+ Link acquired projects with appropriate internal and external responsible contacts
+ Represent Eaton Filtration in a positive and professional manner to ensure that commitments to customers are met
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor degree in mechanical, process, chemical or industrial engineering education or related technical disciplines
**Skills:**
+ Solid sales experience in filtration/hydraulic industry is a must (for example experience in sales of fluid filtration products and/or sales of hydraulic products)
+ Understanding of product specifications and production processes
+ Strong Business Acumen and ability to work independently
+ Strong customer and service orientation
+ Positive attitude and professional behavior required
+ Fluently in English

We have a new exciting opportunity for a **Commercial Leader- EMEA Data Center** who will drive commercial strategy, sales interface, and service offering across the region.
