We have a client whose work requires a massive, high-intensity linguistic leap in English over the next 3 years. We are bypassing traditional "two-hours-a-week" academies to invest in a dedicated, high-impact conversational partner.

About the Role

We are looking for an elite professional to deliver between 500 and 560 hours of intensive conversational practice per year, completely adapted to a demanding corporate schedule. As we want to begin this linguistic journey right away, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive conversational practice in English.
• Adapt sessions to a demanding corporate schedule.
• Agree on hours in advance every month directly with the client.
• Structure hours in intensive blocks of 1 week, some weekly lessons, etc.

Qualifications

• Ideally holding a degree in Linguistics, Philology, or Teaching.

Required Skills

• Fully bilingual (Native/Native-level) in both English and Spanish.
• Master natural, colloquial, and business idioms in both languages.
• Proven experience as an English/Spanish teacher or language coach.
• Experience in public-facing roles or corporate events is highly valued.
• Immediate availability to start ASAP, based in Barcelona.
• Total flexibility to adapt to changing corporate schedules.
• High level of dedication during intensive blocks.

Preferred Skills

• A polished, engaging, and professional demeanor.

Pay range and compensation package

Rate: €50 per hour.

Annual Earnings: €25,000 to €30,000 (depending on total hours, averaging 40–50 hours per month).
