**A Day in the Life**
Service Marketing leader to drive the EMEA Service Marketing strategy and help shape the future growth of our service business. This role will partner closely with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop competitive service offerings, identify market opportunities, and create strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
As a key strategic partner, you will analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define commercial priorities and enable revenue growth. You will also lead service sales enablement initiatives, supporting teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to effectively position and sell service solutions.
This role will play an important part in developing Medtronic Service's global brand presence through digital marketing, communications, campaigns, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and operate in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking and strong execution are critical.

**A Day in the Life**
This internship will be part of the Information Hospital Systems (IHS) department, a team with more than 10 years of experience in defining, designing, and implementing services and digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and operational excellence of hospital services.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Digital Health - Hospital Information Systems team, whose mission is to design, implement, and continuously develop digital solutions that support and optimize the entire patient care pathway.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about Medtronic IHS digital tools and software solutions, gaining insight into how they support hospital efficiency and operational excellence.
You will also develop an understanding of hospital information systems and the interoperability standards that allow these systems to connect effectively with enterprise platforms.
**Internship details:**
-Start date: preferably 15th August / September 1st
-Location: Madrid, Spain

As a Senior Consultant within Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) EurAsia, you will lead the development and scaling of knowledge management and AI-enabled capabilities across the consulting community while supporting healthcare transformation initiatives. IHS works with hospitals, payers, and health systems to improve care delivery through consulting, process excellence, managed services, and care pathway management. In this role, you will transform consulting methodologies, project learnings, and customer insights into scalable knowledge assets, standardized approaches, and AI-ready content that strengthen delivery quality and business impact across the region. This is a remote role within Western Europe and includes approximately 30% travel.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Lead the development and governance of an Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring methodologies, tools, and best practices are systematically captured and maintained
+ Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that improve knowledge accessibility, consulting productivity, and delivery consistency
+ Drive scalable consulting delivery through standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across multiple markets
+ Partner with consulting teams across EurAsia to convert project learnings, client insights, and market intelligence into AI-ready content and reusable knowledge assets
+ Support healthcare transformation projects through analytics, business case development, and consulting expertise for hospitals and health systems
+ Promote adoption of knowledge assets, AI capabilities, and best practices across consulting and commercial teams, improving efficiency and delivery quality at scale
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, including strategy development, implementation, and results delivery

**A Day in the Life**
Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) is a fast-growing business dedicated to connecting patients, caregivers, and clinicians from diagnosis through treatment with real-time insights and value-added services. Our mission is to improve patients' quality of life while helping healthcare systems operate more efficiently. Through innovative solutions such as Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs), we enable clinicians to detect and monitor heart arrhythmias earlier and more accurately, supporting better clinical decisions and outcomes.
As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of Medtronic Insertable Cardiac Monitors within the Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke patient populations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to identify and overcome barriers to access, helping ensure that more patients benefit from this technology. The territory includes Castilla-León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja. The preferred location is Valladolid or Salamanca, or another central location within the territory. Occasional travel within Europe may be required for customer engagement and business activities.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in existing clinics and new centers, supporting broader product adoption and identifying new opportunities within the territory
+ Optimize and help establish patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke, supporting the development of centers of excellence in collaboration with healthcare providers
+ Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders across the patient pathway, including cardiologists, neurologists, nursing staff, procurement teams, and coding professionals
+ Act as a key partner to the local sales team to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value through peer-to-peer engagement, education, and regional training initiatives, including workshops and stakeholder roundtables
+ Collaborate closely with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other relevant business units (e.g., Cardiovascular and Neurovascular teams) to develop materials, share health economic information, and implement national and international programs
+ Partner with the Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales Representative Teams, Technical Consultants and District manager to ensure execution of Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services projects
+ Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan, using account planning tools to define strategies, tactics, and actions, while supporting project work, process optimization, and KPI tracking
+ Capture and report clinical, market, and competitive insights to the Strategic Marketing Team, and represent the business at relevant regional, national, and international meetings and congresses
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background in cardiology, neurology, intensive care, operating room, or emergency medical services, with interest in transitioning to a field-based commercial role, or equivalent industry experience
+ Professional experience in a clinical environment or in a medical technology sales role
+ Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies
+ Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
+ Valid driver's license.

We are seeking a collaborative and highly motivated Market & Customer Intelligence program Manager to drive the operational execution, adoption, and expansion of our Market & Customer Intelligence platform across the Eurasia region. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at enabling cross-functional collaboration, building knowledge-sharing capabilities, and embedding market and customer intelligence into commercial teams' daily decision-making. As the Market & Customer Intelligence program Manager, you will ensure intelligence is continuously captured, structured, and adopted across the organization while supporting the platform's expansion beyond Europe into the Eurasia region. This is a remote role, but you must be willing to travel across the Eurasia region 20-30% of the time.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Drive the operational execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Market & Customer Intelligence (MCI) platform across the Eurasia region
+ Partner with commercial, cross-functional, and IT teams to identify, capture, organize, and maintain market and customer intelligence, ensuring knowledge is structured, accessible, and continuously refreshed
+ Coach and enable teams to contribute high-quality intelligence, embed knowledge-sharing practices, and integrate insights into everyday commercial decision-making
+ Develop and execute adoption strategies for new intelligence capabilities, build organizational fluency in interpreting, applying, and validating market and customer insights, including AI-generated outputs
+ Monitor platform adoption, knowledge quality, and user engagement, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable feedback to support platform enhancements
+ Identify and document business use cases where market and customer intelligence can improve commercial decisions, and collaborate with program leadership to inform platform priorities and enhancements
+ Support the expansion of the MCI platform beyond Europe into the Eurasia region by integrating regional insights, aligning with local business needs, and driving consistent adoption across markets
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
+ Significant experience in consulting, strategy, market or customer intelligence, knowledge management, healthcare transformation, or a related field, preferably within MedTech or healthcare
+ Demonstrated experience designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks, information architecture, taxonomies, or intelligence systems to organize and enable access to complex information
+ Proven experience leading change management, capability-building, or adoption programs, including scaling initiatives from pilot to business-as-usual
+ Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows, analytics platforms, and insight systems; familiarity with knowledge graphs, ontologies, agile product delivery, and sprint-based methodologies is preferred
+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to coach senior commercial leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration without formal authority

**A Day in the Life**
As an intern in the Neuromodulation team, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a leading medical devices company. Our Cranial & Spine Technologies (CST) operating unit is accelerating the adoption of connected technologies and biologics to transform spine care. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the regional strategy and execution of AiBLE, UNiD and the Biologics portfolio, ensuring these solutions work together as a cohesive ecosystem that delivers meaningful clinical and commercial value.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership-from strategy and positioning to go-to-market execution and performance tracking. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Education, Pricing and Operations teams, influencing stakeholders across global, regional and country levels. This role requires strong collaboration and includes travel across the Western Europe region.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Define and drive a clear, integrated strategy and vision across AiBLE (Medtronic's digital and data-driven ecosystem), UNiD (patient-specific rod technology supporting surgical planning and execution), and Biologics (bone graft solutions supporting spinal fusion), ensuring strong portfolio coherence and prioritization
+ Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction, shaping positioning, roadmap inputs and portfolio optimization decisions

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**

As a Principal Consultant Operations EurAsia you will connect with healthcare organizations across EurAsia, understand their most complex operational and clinical challenges, and lead transformation initiatives that translate strategy into measurable impact. This role combines consulting expertise with operational execution, partnering with hospital leaders and Medtronic teams to optimize performance, scale solutions, and embed sustainable ways of working. You will contribute to shaping IHS Operations offerings while supporting large-scale transformation programs through a flexible remote-based model with occasional travel, primarily within the UK and EurAsia.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Lead end-to-end Operations transformation programs, from strategy development through implementation, execution, and measurable impact
+ Drive hands-on delivery by translating strategic recommendations into practical solutions, improved ways of working, and sustainable outcomes
+ Partner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional Medtronic teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver value
+ Identify, implement, and scale operational improvements that enhance healthcare performance and service delivery.
+ Co-develop and continuously improve Operations offerings, solutions, and delivery toolkits based on client feedback and implementation learnings
+ Build scalable assets, best practices, and knowledge-sharing approaches to accelerate transformation delivery across regions
+ Act as a connector across markets and teams, supporting capability development, coaching colleagues, and driving consistency across IHS Operations
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Master's degree with a strong academic track record, combined with 7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent industry experience
+ Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy development through implementation and measurable results
+ Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments, including healthcare systems, operational challenges, and decision-making processes
+ Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and driving execution
+ Demonstrated ability to combine consulting expertise with operational delivery, translating strategies into practical solutions and business impact
+ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholders
+ Experience in areas such as supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is considered an advantage

**A Day in the Life**
Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) is a fast-growing business dedicated to connecting patients, caregivers, and clinicians from diagnosis through treatment with real-time insights and value-added services. Our mission is to improve patients' quality of life while helping healthcare systems operate more efficiently. Through innovative solutions such as Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs), we enable clinicians to detect and monitor heart arrhythmias earlier and more accurately, supporting better clinical decisions and outcomes.
As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of Medtronic Insertable Cardiac Monitors within the Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke patient populations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to identify and overcome barriers to access, helping ensure that more patients benefit from this technology. The territory includes Castilla-León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja. The preferred location is Valladolid or Salamanca, or another central location within the territory. Occasional travel within Europe may be required for customer engagement and business activities.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in existing clinics and new centers, supporting broader product adoption and identifying new opportunities within the territory
+ Optimize and help establish patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke, supporting the development of centers of excellence in collaboration with healthcare providers
+ Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders across the patient pathway, including cardiologists, neurologists, nursing staff, procurement teams, and coding professionals
+ Act as a key partner to the local sales team to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value through peer-to-peer engagement, education, and regional training initiatives, including workshops and stakeholder roundtables
+ Collaborate closely with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other relevant business units (e.g., Cardiovascular and Neurovascular teams) to develop materials, share health economic information, and implement national and international programs
+ Partner with the Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales Representative Teams, Technical Consultants and District manager to ensure execution of Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services projects
+ Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan, using account planning tools to define strategies, tactics, and actions, while supporting project work, process optimization, and KPI tracking
+ Capture and report clinical, market, and competitive insights to the Strategic Marketing Team, and represent the business at relevant regional, national, and international meetings and congresses
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background in cardiology, neurology, intensive care, operating room, or emergency medical services, with interest in transitioning to a field-based commercial role, or equivalent industry experience
+ Professional experience in a clinical environment or in a medical technology sales role
+ Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies
+ Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
+ Valid driver's license.
