**Your day at NTT DATA**

**Tu día a día en NTT DATA**
Este rol de **Field Tech Engineer (Ingeniero de Soporte IT)** es responsable de la instalación básica de equipos y de la configuración del software en las instalaciones de los clientes en Madrid **(Alcobendas). Asimismo, el Field Tech Engineer (Ingeniero de Soporte IT) es responsable del mantenimiento de servidores y/o equipos de red, diagnosticando y resolviendo incidencias de hardware, proporcionando soporte técnico y escalando los problemas no resueltos cuando corresponda.
El Field Tech Engineer (Ingeniero de Soporte IT) ofrece soporte telefónico, remoto y presencial a los clientes.
**Responsabilidades principales**
+ Proporcionar soporte cuando surjan incidencias y mantener un registro y/o listado de todas las reparaciones necesarias.
+ Realizar tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento de servidores y/o redes.
+ Configurar y mantener sistemas de copia de seguridad para equipos de escritorio y servidores de archivos.
+ Interactuar con los clientes y asistir en la instalación de software y hardware, así como en tareas de reparación ( _break/fix_ ) de complejidad moderada.
+ Garantizar que el hardware operativo y el software asociado sean instalados en las instalaciones del cliente, bajo la supervisión y orientación de compañeros más experimentados.
+ Realizar pruebas de las instalaciones y colaborar en la resolución de problemas de rendimiento del software instalado, escalando las incidencias cuando sea necesario.

+ Supervisar de forma proactiva las colas de trabajo de ITSM.

La persona seleccionada combinará tareas administrativas con atención directa a clientes, aseguradoras y proveedores, participando en la gestión documental, seguimiento de incidencias y soporte operativo, garantizando una comunicación eficaz y una excelente experiencia de cliente.

**Formación:**
+ Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Administración, Gestión o similar
+ Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, administración o contact center
+ Valorable experiencia en gestión de seguros, incidencias o siniestros
**Conocimientos:**
+ Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas
+ Experiencia con CRM o plataformas de gestión de clientes
+ Conocimientos administrativos y de gestión documental
+ Buen nivel de comunicación verbal y escrita
