We are currently seeking a **PRODUCT APPLICATION ENGINEER (H/M)** to be based in Leganés, Madrid. In essence, bridges the gap between design data and the end-user, ensuring that data is transformed into manufacturable, valuable and accessible products.
**Position Role & Responsibilities**
_Data Product Lifecycle:_
+ Understanding the entire product design and implementing in customer configurator tool: coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and monitoring.
_Collaboration_ **_:_**
+ Closely working with cross-functional & international teams, including design engineers, product managers, and other engineers
+ Anticipate how feature/product changes may impact on Customer experience on the understanding of their usage and plans.
_Technical Skills_
+ Experience & interest in programming languages
+ Assesment of project scope and managing and communicating project news, timelines, deliverables, issues, risk and success metrics
+ Desing and update documentation support (standard equipment binder, sharepoint sites, BI environments)
+ Support root-cause analysis of bugs
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
**Requirements**
+ Engineering Degree
+ 2 year experience in similar positions desirable
+ Spanish C2 and English B2-C1. Additional languages desirable
+ Interest in IT and programming tasks.
+ Microsoft Office 365 advanced level
+ Experience in customer-oriented projects
+ Experience in project management
+ User knowledge in Power BI desirable

¿Qué harás con nosotros?
+ Montaje e instalación de ascensores, tanto parte mecánica como eléctrica.
+ Atención de clientes asignados.
+ Realizar inspecciones antes y después de la instalación para garantizar un alto nivel de calidad y seguridad.
¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?
+ Se requiere formación técnica de grado medio o superior; o experiencia equivalente en obra (albañilería, cerrajería, electricista.).
+ 1 o 2 años de experiencia como montador/instalador (ascensores, aeronáutica, ferroviario, otros sectores industriales).Conocimientos mecánicos y eléctricos.
+ Carnet de conducir.

Como **TÉCNICO DE ASCENSORES** , tus funciones serán:
+ Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos en tu zona asignada.
+ Responder proactivamente ante la diagnosis de averías y reparaciones con el objetivo de conseguir una solución **.**
+ Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas para lograr un funcionamiento continuo.
+ Estar en contacto directo con el cliente para establecer una buena relación de trabajo.
+ Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.
+ Asesorar al cliente sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.
+ Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
**FORMACIÓN:**
OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:
CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial. CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico. CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial. CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.
También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:
IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial. IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción. FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.
Serán válidas las Ingenierías de espec. Industrial
**EXPERIENCIA:** preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo. Certificac. /Formación).

Como TÉCNICO/A DE ASCENSORES, tus funciones serán:
+ Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos en tu zona asignada.
+ Responder proactivamente ante la diagnosis de averías y reparaciones con el objetivo de conseguir una solución **.**
+ Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas para lograr un funcionamiento continuo.
+ Estar en contacto directo con el cliente para establecer una buena relación de trabajo.
+ Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.
+ Asesorar al cliente sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.
+ Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
**FORMACIÓN:**
OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:
+ CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial.
+ CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico.
+ CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial.
+ CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.
También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:
+ IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte.
+ IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte.
+ IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial.
+ IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción.
+ FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.
Serán válidas las Ingenierías de espec. Industrial
**EXPERIENCIA:** preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo. Certificac. /Formación).

Como TÉCNICO/A DE ASCENSORES, tus funciones serán:
+ Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos en tu zona asignada.
+ Responder proactivamente ante la diagnosis de averías y reparaciones con el objetivo de conseguir una solución **.**
+ Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas para lograr un funcionamiento continuo.
+ Estar en contacto directo con el cliente para establecer una buena relación de trabajo.
+ Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.
+ Asesorar al cliente sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.
+ Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
**FORMACIÓN:**
OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:
+ CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial.
+ CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico.
+ CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial.
+ CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.
También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:
+ IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte.
+ IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte.
+ IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial.
+ IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción.
+ FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.
Serán válidas las Ingenierías de espec. Industrial
**EXPERIENCIA:** preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo. Certificac. /Formación).

Como **INGENIERO/A COMERCIAL** **JUNIOR** ( **H/M)** , **tus funciones serán** :
- Analizar la cartera existente y el mercado potencial para identificar oportunidades de negocio en obra nueva y rehabilitación de edificios, trabajando en coordinación con el equipo para definir estrategias de captación.
- Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones externas (promotoras, constructoras, estudios de apertura, administradores de fincas y comunidades) para captar nuevos clientes interesados en la instalación de ascensores.
- Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de todas las fases del proyecto de instalación de ascensores, desde la detección de la oportunidad y prescripción técnica (cuando sea necesaria), hasta la contratación, ejecución y cobro.
- Realizar análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, visitas a obra o edificios existentes, revisión de documentación técnica, viabilidad de instalación, etc.) y elaboración de ofertas y presupuestos personalizados, asegurando soluciones alineadas con criterios de seguridad, normativa vigente, eficiencia energética y calidad.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo técnico en la definición, planificación y ejecución de proyectos de nueva instalación, garantizando la correcta alineación de objetivos y la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico-comercial especializado a clientes, acompañándolos en todo el proceso de toma de decisión y ofreciendo soluciones que optimicen valor, funcionalidad y cumplimiento normativo.
- Colaborar con la parte de ejecución de obra a fin de lograr la realización y ejecución de proyectos con calidad poniendo atención a posibles desviaciones en tiempo o producto que requieran de modificaciones de costes y/o precios de venta.

Como **TÉCNICO/A DE ASCENSORES** , tus funciones serán:
+ Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos en tu zona asignada.
+ Responder proactivamente ante la diagnosis de averías y reparaciones con el objetivo de conseguir una solución.
+ Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas para lograr un funcionamiento continuo.
+ Estar en contacto directo con el cliente para establecer una buena relación de trabajo.
+ Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.
+ Asesorar al cliente sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.
+ Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
**FORMACIÓN:**
OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:
CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial. CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico. CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial. CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.
También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:
IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte. IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial. IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción. FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.
Serán válidas las Ingenierías de espec. Industrial
**EXPERIENCIA:** preferentemente de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento/montaje de ascensores. En caso de no tener experiencia previa, se exige FP del listado previo (aptdo. Certificac. /Formación).

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team.
The **Finance Project Lead** (M/F) will be based in Madrid.
**On a typical day you will:**
-Understand business from the Finance point of view and collaborate
with different teams across the company such as Supply Chain, Stock
Management or Engineering.
-Lead the design and deployment phases of finance related processes
and system requirements.
-Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are
properly integrated in the new MERP.
-Track and analyze Capex and Opex budget for the 3 Spanish factories.
**What You Will Need to be Successfu** l:
-Bachelor's degree in finance
-At least 2 or 3 years' experience within Finance departments; Big4 experience
is a plus.
-Previous experience in Manufacturing sites and cost accounting is desirable.
-Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment
-Exceptional communication skills and proactive approach.
-Fluent in Spanish and English are required.
