**Your Career:**
Join a team of senior engineers operating in a large-scale, multi-cloud production environment supporting tens of thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. This is not a typical SRE role - you'll work at the core of a complex, high-impact system alongside experienced DevOps professionals in a fast-paced, cybersecurity-focused organization.
**Your Impact:**
+ Own and operate large-scale, global production environments across multiple cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
+ Actively monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents triggered by automated alerting systems (PagerDuty / Incident Response)
+ Drive end-to-end troubleshooting across complex, distributed systems with high context switching
+ Design, deploy, and improve monitoring and observability systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) - not just react to alerts
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, CS, Engineering) to ensure system reliability and performance
+ Work hands-on with modern DevOps and infrastructure tools including Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows
+ Develop and maintain automation and tooling (primarily in Python)
+ Gain deep understanding of system architecture and interconnected services
+ Contribute to a culture of operational excellence in a high-scale, high-availability environment
+ Champion asynchronous communication, documentation, and tooling standards to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones and fully distributed teams.

**Your experience:**
+ 5+ years of experience in SRE roles in production environments at scale
+ Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
+ Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP or AWS required)
+ Experience building and configuring monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
+ Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Flux)
+ Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

**Job Summary**
Your Career
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional. As part of the global Cortex XSIAM support team, you will serve our customer base by providing technical support, by answering incoming support inquiries and managing escalations, phone calls, and emails in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner within defined service level agreements.

In this role, you will work with our technical account managers to personalize our customer's experience. You will learn your client's business objectives in and out within their technical environment and focus on mitigating risks and resolving any technical issues in their networks. You get a thrill from seeking out complex issues and finding their resolutions - and you don't wait for those issues to escalate from our clients. Instead, you find them. You'll be working hand in hand with our developers to reproduce the issues you find and develop permanent solutions to prevent them in the future.
Your Impact
Respond to user-reported issues in adherence to established Service Level Agreements
Triage customer reported issues and respond to them via ticketing system, phone, or remote sessions
Perform advanced troubleshooting at the application level and OS level, using your knowledge and relevant expertise
Identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and work with the appropriate team(s) implementing the fix
Provide timely feedback into the development process on customer-reported product problems
Document actions to effectively communicate information internally and to customers
Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
**Qualifications**

Previous experience with Endpoint Security software is required
SIEM experience
Deep understanding of how SIEMs works
Experience in creating custom collections and data parsing
Experience in creating complex correlation rules, reports and dashboard
Experience in integration and implementation of SIEMs
Experience working with EDR tools
Experience with strong communication and customer service skills
Required basic networking knowledge - Ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols
Experience with Windows OS, MacOS, and Linux based applications (Installation, troubleshooting, Debugging)
4+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS for troubleshooting cloud agent deployment and data extraction.

**Job Summary**
As a Manager, Renewals Sales team, your efforts will directly impact the overall strategy and success of a world-leading cybersecurity business. **Key Responsibilities**
Manage the overall day to day renewal operations of assigned territory and direct reports (4-6) Motivate your team to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network
Ability to accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to Renewals Management inc. VP Coaching and development of subordinates, bi-weekly 1 to 1's Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion
Evaluate, and document, your direct reports based on Key Metrics and goals set by Leadership Monitor the outbound efforts of assigned you renewals reps by tracking and reporting weekly activities
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities alongside renewals
Provide accurate, ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in Salesforce and other tools and applications
Provide support for renewal escalations and your assigned districts
**Qualifications**
+ At least 3+ years experience in Managing diverse enterprise renewals /sales teams
+ At least 3+ years experience in leading 8-15 people, in the office and remote work environments At least 3+ years experience in hiring, developing and retaining talent
+ Proven experience with channel /partner sales models renewals/ upsells
+ Proven to consistently achieve renewal/ sales team goals through your leadership
+ Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs

The Senior Corporate Counsel, Deal Acceleration will provide expert legal advice and assistance on a range of complex commercial transactions, serving as a dedicated escalation point for high-value, strategic deals. Based in EMEA, this position will expertly manage and resolve critical contract escalations dealing with security (InfoSec), trust, data protection, privacy, and artificial intelligence (AI) matters.
You will be part of a fast-moving, collaborative legal team that directly impacts all go-to-market aspects of the business. The Deal Acceleration Team is focused on unlocking revenue and unblocking complex negotiations to scale across the entire Palo Alto Networks platform. This position works closely with sales, commercial counsel, deals desk, revenue, finance, information security, and product teams, and is a critical resource for colleagues globally. **Your Impact**
+ **Manage Commercial Escalations:** Serve as the primary, expert escalation point for complex, high-value commercial transactions involving software, subscriptions, services, and cloud agreements, ensuring deals close efficiently while aligning with company risk tolerances.
+ **Unblock Trust & Security Gatekeepers:** Expertly negotiate and resolve sophisticated customer challenges surrounding enterprise security requirements, information security addenda, and customer trust frameworks.
