About the team
The Video Streaming Quality (VQ) team at Ring focuses on improving the end-to-end video and audio streaming experience across millions of smart home devices. Our tech stack includes ML/AI frameworks for real-time inference on device and cloud, video codecs (H.264, H.265, AV1), WebRTC streaming, FFmpeg-based transcoding pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Basic Qualifications
- Experience with video and image processing and compression algorithms and standards, computer vision and/or machine learning

You are comfortable operating across technology domains, can quickly develop conviction on a partner's value proposition, and translate that into actionable joint GTM motions. **The Role**
+ **Diseño de Arquitectura Cloud-Native:** Diseñar soluciones técnicas utilizando los servicios PaaS yServerlessde Azure (como AzureKubernetesService - AKS, Azure App Service, AzureFunctionsyEventGrid), asegurando la escalabilidad, alta disponibilidad y resiliencia.

+ **Experto en Ecosistema Azure:** Conocimiento profundo de los servicios de cómputo, bases de datos (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL) y mensajería (Service Bus,EventHubs) de Microsoft Azure.

Serás responsable de gestionar la actividad comercial en el canal farmacia dentro de tu territorio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes y el posicionamiento de los productos OTC.

+ Alcanzar los objetivos de venta mensualmente de forma que se asegure el cumplimiento de los objetivos del territorio
+ Hacer evolucionar su cartera de clientes en términos numéricos y de segmentación
+ Mantener una excelente red de relaciones con las farmacias de su ámbito
+ Ofrecer una imagen impecable de la compañía y nuestros productos en su área de influencia
PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y ACTIVIDADES:
+ Conocer en profundidad la cartera de Clientes actuales y potenciales
+ Conocer en profundidad nuestros productos y los que oferta nuestra competencia
+ Planificar la visita diaria optimizando las rutas a fin de conseguir el mejor resultado
+ Crear, mantener y tener al día el fichero de clientes anotando sus peculiaridades
+ Analizar los datos de venta y la cobertura mensuales y acumulada de cada producto para tomarlas acciones correctoras necesarias
+ Detectar posibles oportunidades de negocio en su territorio
+ Realizar sus propias liquidaciones mensuales de gastos de viaje de acuerdo con las normas y código de conducta del Grupo
+ Detectar y gestionar posibles irregularidades de mercado en su zona
+ Cuidar los materiales y herramientas puestas a su disposición por la compañía
+ Control de los pagos del cliente, reclamando las deudas vencidas no satisfechas
+ Cumplir el Código de Conducta y la normativa que le sea aplicable
**Experiencia y cualificaciones**
+ Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de productos de OTC/ Consumer Health en farmacia comunitaria
+ en Ciencias de la salud o carreras afines
+ Se requiere buen manejo del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point.)
+ Carnet de conducir B (al menos 2 años)
+ Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: el 60% del tiempo laboral

En PICSIL estamos en búsqueda de un/a Dependienta / Asesora de Ventas para atender, asesorar y acompañar a nuestros clientes en la tienda, ofreciendo una experiencia cercana, profesional y alineada con los valores de la marca.

El candidato ideal será una persona dinámica, con habilidades comerciales, buena comunicación y orientación al cliente. Se valorará especialmente el interés por el deporte, el fitness, el CrossFit o el entrenamiento funcional.

Responsabilidades


Como Dependienta / Asesora de Ventas en la tienda PICSIL Madrid, tus responsabilidades incluirán:


  • Atención al cliente: Recibir, asesorar y acompañar a los clientes durante su experiencia de compra en tienda.
  • · Venta de producto: Recomendar productos PICSIL según las necesidades del cliente: grips, combas, rodilleras, cinturones, textil, accesorios y material deportivo.
  • Conocimiento de producto: Explicar las características, beneficios y diferencias entre los productos para ayudar al cliente a elegir la mejor opción.
  • Gestión de tienda: Mantener el espacio ordenado, limpio y correctamente presentado, asegurando una buena imagen de marca.
  • Reposición y control de stock: Apoyar en la reposición de producto, control de inventario y detección de necesidades de stock.
  • Caja y cobro: Realizar cobros, emitir tickets y gestionar operaciones básicas del punto de venta.
  • Experiencia de marca: Transmitir los valores de PICSIL y ofrecer una atención cercana, profesional y orientada a la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Apoyo en acciones comerciales: Colaborar en promociones, lanzamientos de producto o acciones especiales en tienda.


Requisitos


  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, ventas o retail.
  • Buena actitud comercial y orientación a resultados.
  • Persona responsable, puntual, organizada y proactiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato cercano con el cliente.
  • Interés por el deporte, fitness, CrossFit, entrenamiento funcional o productos deportivos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario indicado: lunes a viernes de 17:00 a 21:00 h .


Se valorará


  • Experiencia previa en tiendas deportivas, gimnasios, boxes de CrossFit o marcas de deporte.
  • Conocimiento de productos relacionados con CrossFit, fitness o entrenamiento de alta intensidad.
  • Capacidad para asesorar técnicamente sobre material deportivo.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de venta, TPV o control de stock.
  • Inglés u otros idiomas.
