**Acerca del rol:**
Como Técnico de Mantenimiento Electromecánico serás responsable de garantizar y realizar el mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo eléctrico y mecánico de las instalaciones y maquinaria de la planta, también te encargarás del monitoreo y control de fallas en PLCS.
Participarás activamente en las metodologías y actividades de mejora de los procesos / procedimientos actuales, mejora de activos y/o participación en equipos multidisciplinares.
**Tu día a día:**
+ Seguridad y medioambiente: trabajar de forma segura y mantener el entorno conforme a las políticas de la planta.
+ Seguridad alimentaria y calidad: cumplir las GMPs propias, de la planta y del entorno; apoyar la reducción de reclamaciones.
+ Mantenimiento integral: ejecutar y documentar mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo mecánico y eléctrico; asegurar repuestos y recursos.
+ Mejora y coordinación: liderar mejoras continuas, coordinar con producción ajustes y planificación, revisar diariamente incidencias con el jefe.
+ Monitoreo, diagnóstico y control de fallas en PLCs e instrumentación.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades? **
+ Liderar o participar en los proyectos (diseño del sistema, desarrollo del mismo, puesta en marcha y seguimiento) y tendrá que trabajar en sintonía con el personal de Fabricación, Calidad, Electricidad, Automatización, SSGG, Mantenimiento, etc.
+ Coordinar los montajes de las diferentes maquinarias con Producción y Mantenimiento de tal modo que las instalaciones cumplan las necesidades establecidas.
+ Supervisar los trabajos realizados por las empresas de montajes con el objetivo de que se cumplan las normas de seguridad y que se realicen los trabajos según las especificaciones acordadas en el momento del contrato con las empresas exteriores.
+ Conseguir que se cumplan los tiempos previstos en los plannigs de obra realizados.
+ Solicitar ofertas a proveedores externos de los montajes o materiales, según las especificaciones acordadas previamente; comparar las ofertas recibidas y después de un detallado examen proponer el suministrador idóneo.
+ Dar apoyo al equipo de mantenimiento y fabricación en los problemas del día a día de la fábrica.
+ Gestión de los documentos del proyecto, vigilancia de los cambios y actualizaciones, y elaboración del material necesario para la formación de los usuarios y mantenedores de las instalaciones (Planes de Mantenimiento, recambios necesarios, .).
+ Desarrollar la Gestión del Cambio antes, durante y después de su ejecución.
+ Implementar en las instalaciones el funcionamiento detallado en cuanto a Electricidad, Instrumentación y Automatización.
+ Vigilancia del cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en el trabajo.
+ Reparto de cargas eléctricas en las instalaciones de transformadores y cuadros de distribución.
+ Control de los esquemas eléctricos, lazos de control y documentación técnica.
+ Cuando se requiera desarrollar/optimizar programas de control en los PLC.
+ Proponer la ejecución de las modificaciones y mejoras que crea que pueden ser interesantes para la fábrica, dentro de su área de actuación.
**Requisitos:**
+ Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica Industrial y Automática y/o Ingeniería Eléctrica
+ Valorable experiencia en Programación de PLC Rockwell Studio5000

+ **Reporting** : responsible for generating monthly and quarterly reports, which are crucial for decision-making and financial analysis.
+ **First level support to European affiliate markets:** addressing issues and answering questions related to your area of focus (COGS, Manufacturing, TP's, CSD, CSW or Procurement).
+ **Master Data Maintenance** : maintain essential costing master data, which includes managing Cost Centers, Material Master Data, and Assessments. This ensures that all data used for costing is up-to-date and accurate.

**The Role**
As Platform Lead - commercetools you will help shape the future of Nespresso's global digital commerce ecosystem. **Minimum qualifications**

**The Role**
As Head of Digital Product, you will lead the integration of Nespresso's global digital product and experience functions across the full digital ecosystem, including eCommerce, mobile apps, retail, POS, order management, marketplaces, contact centres and connected machines. This is a senior leadership role with enterprise-wide impact, bringing together product management, UX, service design, user research and content strategy into one clear, human-centred roadmap.

+ Champion a customer-centric and human-centred approach, using user research, journey mapping, voice-of-customer insights and data to guide product decisions

**The Role**
_As the_ **_Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence_** _, you will shape and lead the engineering foundations that power Nespresso's global digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will lead a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement._
_You will be instrumental in accelerating Nespresso's digital transformation-enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale products faster, more securely, and with greater impact. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will define engineering strategy, modernize ways of working, and influence outcomes at enterprise scale._
**In This Role, You Will:**
+ Define and drive the **enterprise-wide engineering excellence strategy** , aligned with business and IT priorities
+ Lead a **global organization of 200+ engineers** , building high-performing teams and leadership capability
+ Accelerate modernization through **DevSecOps, cloud, automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AI**
+ Own and evolve **engineering platforms** (cloud foundations, CI/CD, developer tooling) to enable speed and scalability
+ Ensure **secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure and operations** with strong governance and compliance
+ Drive **operational excellence** (incident, problem, and change management; resilience and disaster recovery)
+ · Partner with senior stakeholders to **translate strategy into tangible business outcomes**
+ · Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery
**What We're Looking For:**
+ 15+ years of experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles in complex enterprise environments
+ Proven track record leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations (200+ scale)
+ Deep expertise across cloud (Azure preferred), infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, and modern architectures
+ Strong experience with cloud-native, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automation
+ Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to business impact
+ Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
+ Proven ability to drive transformation, culture change, and operational excellence

We handle category and shopper management, customer relationships, route to market strategies, field sales activities and our customer-facing supply chains.
