Job Title : Global Head of IT Consumer Experience

Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

Job Description

As the Global Head of IT Consumer Experience at Galderma, you will be a key player in our fast-paced IT organisation supporting a fast-growing company. In this senior role, reporting directly to the CIO , you will be the face of IT, delivering end-user and regional IT services on a global scale.

As the face of IT to Galderma, you will manage key relationships with senior stakeholders globally. By understanding their strategies and priorities and translating these into IT projects, you will actively strive to improve the experience of our consumers. This role offers the possibility to shape and influence the future development and transformation of Galderma’s IT organisation and how it is being perceived across the company.

Your overall team will be comprised of 30 internal and 60 external IT specialists all striving to deliver the best service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass the management of all core IT Service Management processes, ensuring their adherence within Global IT. As the platform owner of our ServiceNow platform, you will have the opportunity to define our platform strategy and drive process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Galderma’s core IT processes across our outsourced landscape.

You will lead regional and local IT site managers who perform local IT services in all countries where Galderma operates. Additionally, you will ensure that our IT Service Desk becomes the first choice for all standard IT requests, driving improvements to enhance the end-user experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Professional degree in a related field

Extensive leadership experience (member of IT Leadership Team) in large and mature IT organisations of international companies of similar or larger size than Galderma

Proven experience in a similar role, leading teams and influencing strategic directions at Global and Regional level.

Proven experience in leading IT Service Management organisations, successfully running ITSM process and tool improvement programs and experience in ServiceNow.

Experience in business partnering and senior stakeholder management. But also the ability to be hands‐on to get into the details if needed.

Continuous improvement and not accepting the status-quo must be part of your character.

Strong senior team player with effective communication and people management skills

Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
