Customer Service Representative for Parking Software (German + Spanish Speaker)

• Collaborate with the Customer Success & Operations Team Leader in Barcelona
• Provide exceptional customer and partner support via phone and email
• Foster positive partner relations to drive company growth
• Assist the account management team in gathering crucial insights
• Undertake additional projects aligned with your skills and interests

• Fluency in German and Spanish (C1+ level), with proficiency in English (B1/B2 level)
• Prior experience in customer service is desirable
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent phone communication and active listening skills
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to diverse personalities
• Analytical mindset

• Full-time position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 22,000€ per year
• Generous leave entitlement: 32 days of vacation plus Catalan public holidays
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
• Conveniently located modern office in the Poblenou area of Barcelona
