• Execute activities required to deliver the products, services and value expected by our customers, during all phases of the project (Pre-sales / Delivery / Maintenance)
• Install/upgrade, configure, integrate our products/services within customer's end-to-end ecosystem so to enable the features and value expected by customers
• Proactively monitor Systems performance and quality of service delivery to customers in production platforms.
• Collaborate closely with other system engineers, Program Managers, Solution Experts, R&D so to work together efficiently and foster an environment of continuous improvement and DevOps.
