Web Product Owner

We are Seeking an Experienced Seasoned Product Owner to Navigate Our Digital Seas andanchor our web presence and guide our digital journey from our base in Barcelona.

Product Vision and Strategy:

● Proactively challenge and expand the business vision by integrating emerging market trends, customer insights, and cutting-edge technology to set industry standards.

● Continuously push for innovative solutions that advance our digital presence, ensuring the website not only meets but defines best practices in the industry.

As a Web Product Owneryour main duties will include, but not limited to, for the Company and its subsidiaries:

● Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable features and improvements.

● Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and productrequirements.

● Work closely with development, design, and QA to ensure a sharedunderstanding of the product goals.

● Participate in Agile ways, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Release Planning and Coordination:

● Plan and coordinate product releases, taking into account dependencies and timelines.

● Communicate release plans to stakeholders and manage expectations regarding delivery timelines and features.

Stakeholder Communication:

● Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication.

● Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the product development process.

Product Performance Monitoring:

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product.

● Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

● Identify and address risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the product.

● Work proactively to mitigate risks and find solutions to challenges.

• Teams Communication: in order to bring different areas of the business and technical teams together
  
• Ensure delivery times and quality, while communicating fluently to the team and Dev teams to ensure websites are cutting edge.
  
• Act as a driving force behind the business vision, crafting and steering the product's strategic direction to achieve market leadership.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of elevating websites to new heights.
  
• Fluent in English (Spanish recommended)
• Exceptional skills in Agile/Scrum methodologies, adept at using Jira for feature tracking
• Solid background in e-commerce, adept at liaising with business stakeholders, in-house developers, and agencies.
  
• Experienced in managing agencies and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of digital strategies.
