Requisitos del puesto:

  • Titulación Universitaria
  • Estar en posesión del título de Doctor/a.

  • Capacidad para impartir docencia en asignatura/s incluidas en los ámbitos de conocimiento de Comunicación, Comunicación Digital, Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo, Diseño Gráfico y Creatividad Digital.
  • Experiencia docente previa en entornos universitarios.
  • Será valorable disponer de experiencia profesional demostrable en el ámbito empresarial, preferiblemente en roles relacionados con el área académica especificada.
  • Experiencia en la coordinación de asignaturas o áreas académicas.
  • Compromiso con la calidad educativa y la investigación.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías activas y tecnologías aplicadas a la enseñanza.

We are seeking a Localization Producer to join our Central Marketing Localization team. The
Localization Producer will report to a Localization Production Lead and closely collaborate
with cross-functional peers across Marketing, Studios Marketing, and Amazon Studios
Production and Mastering.
They will manage assigned marketing campaign localization workflows, tracking delivery
progress while overseeing the processing of required assets from internal teams and third-
party production facilities through Amazon's contracted vendors for localization, mastering,
and delivery - ensuring global release timetables are met. They will be responsible for:
updating and maintaining schedules, keeping vendors and regional POCs up-to-date as
creative materials are finalized, tracking localization progress, organizing assets for final
delivery, troubleshooting rejections, and flagging issues to senior team members.
The role will liaise between production and third-party localization vendors on work related to
the translation/adaptation, casting, recording, and versioning of Prime Video marketing
campaigns for global release - while supporting alignment across global vendors and
internal teams (including Mastering, Strategy, Post, and Production). This position will also
support the Localization Billing team in tracking expenditures for localization-related work.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a heavily administrative day-to-day while
also contributing to process improvements and workflow documentation.
Key job responsibilities
Support the coordination between Studios Production, Marketing, and third-party
localization vendors on workflows related to the translation/adaptation, casting,
recording, and versioning of Prime Video marketing campaigns for global launch.
Track campaign delivery progress and oversee the processing of assets from internal
teams and third-party facilities through Amazon's contracted vendors for localization
and delivery.
Maintain and update project schedules, asset trackers, and delivery calendars -
ensuring stakeholders have visibility into status and timelines.
Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and regional contacts, escalating
issues to senior team members as needed.
Troubleshoot upstream or downstream rejections and coordinate with relevant
stakeholders for resolution.
Support budget tracking and cost reporting for localization-related work in partnership
with the Localization Billing team.
Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities for workflow
improvements.
Ensure localized content meets quality standards by reviewing deliverables and
flagging inconsistencies.

About the team
The Central Marketing Localization (CML) team supports Prime Video's global growth by ensuring marketing materials are efficiently localized, brand-consistent, and delivered at scale across 37+ languages. Established in 2022, CML manages the localization of static and audiovisual assets across on-platform and off-platform channels. The team focuses on building scalable operations for global marketing needs, ensuring content discoverability through localized and brand-aligned materials, and streamlining workflows and vendor management.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with centralized subtitling and/or dubbing localization workflows across multiple regions and languages.
- Experience with supporting acquisition and delivery of assets from producing entities to a studio or vendor environment.
- Experience with digital media workflows and asset management tools.

**Job Description**
The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. Job Summary

The Clinical Marketing - Microbiology develops and executes clinical marketing strategies that strengthen the clinical value, scientific evidence, and differentiated positioning of the Microbiology in Iberia. Working closely with the Product Managers, the role converts clinical data, realworld insights, and customer needs into impactful value messages, tools, and educational initiatives that support sales performance and clinical credibility.

This position plays a crucial role in promoting scientific understanding of our assays and developing content to promote their value to our customers. In addition, will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to drive resolution to complex customer product investigations, resolve technical issues not related to complaints to achieve affiliate and customer satisfaction, and interfacing within and outside Werfen, including responsibility for effective technical communications, reporting, and presentations.

1. Clinical Value & Evidence Based Marketing

• Develop local clinical value propositions based on published evidence, product performance, clinical studies, and realworld practice.

• Translate complex clinical information into clear, compliant, and customer relevant value messages aligned with Product Management strategy.

• Connect Microbiology testing to outputs to laboratorio decision making, workflow efficiency, and economic impact to support value based selling.

2. Clinical Content & Marketing Tools

• Develop, customize, and maintain clinical marketing materials: value decks, study digests, application notes, clinical dossiers, and congress communication.

• Ensure consistency of clinical messaging across all customer facing channels.

**Job Description**
As a Digital Project Delivery Engineer, you will act as a key bridge between project delivery and digital innovation. You will combine hands-on BIM capabilities with strong expertise in data, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across projects.

+ Support project delivery through BIM coordination activities, ensuring alignment of models, workflows, and deliverables
+ Provide hands-on support in projects when required, including BIM coordination, BEP development and troubleshooting
+ Lead the adoption of digital solutions to enhance project performance, efficiency, and scalability
+ Design and implement data-driven workflows, integrating BIM data with other project systems
+ Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and reliable data usage
+ Build dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI) to support project monitoring and decision-making
+ Drive automation of workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and scripting tools
+ Integrate data across platforms (BIM, CDE, GIS, enterprise systems) to enable connected digital ecosystems

**Qualifications**
+ Proficient use of English language
+ 2-5 years experience in BIM and/or digital roles within AEC or similar industries
+ Solid understanding of BIM workflows and project delivery processes
+ Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
+ Experience in data transformation and ETL processes (Power Query or similar)
+ Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation

**Your Mission:**
You will **drive efficient and effective relationships** with the Wholesaler and/or Distributor customers assigned to achieve business targets.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**
+ Based on a clear understanding of On Trade RTM (Route to Market) Strategy **Define Targets** (Sales, Distribution and Coverage targets) for customer group assigned.
+ Define clear **Customer Segmentation and understanding** of the customers assigned based on sales contribution, digital/hybrid capability, relationship needs and levers to be used to achieved targets. Drive value in current customer relationships identifying future opportunities for customer expansion, understanding customers' requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions.
+ Develop the **right** **Coverage/Contact plan, generating appropriate relationship** with each customer to guarantee the delivery of defined targets improving efficiencies through the right use of remote contact tools (Mail, Phone, WhatsApp, .) according to customer segment.
+ Strong ownership of the **day-to-day customer relationship** through effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skills.
+ **Define clear, simple, and scalable Account/ Segment Plan** (Price, Reward, Counterparts, Promo Plan, MPA.) to reach business objectives, identifying key levers to be developed. Always maximising efficiency to deliver objectives.
+ Internal **Plans alignment** with NRM and Customer Marketing to ensure achievement of Sell In / Sell Through targets in a sustainable manner.
+ **Increase efficiency of the Hybrid management** **model** using the insights of each of your customers, negotiating /rewarding customer according to their adoption to online/remote tools and contact. Evolve the digital readiness of Diageo and Customers to ensure relationships grow in efficiency and effectiveness.
+ **Track and measure performance and execution** of you assigned Customers vs the critical KPIs (coverage, sales, NSV/case, mix, Cash collection.), supervise and follow up on brilliant execution. Continuously seeking to understand, learn and adapt from the results. Monitor the promotional activity and its correct execution and propose corrective measures if needed.
+ **Master in class in completing stablished internal management administrative procedures** : Order management, Diageo One, Invoices, Escandallo, off invoice discounts, rebates, invoice claims, deductions charges, O&R flow, Anaplan, Triangulation, MSC (Parte de Ventas.).
+ **Propose and Lead till establishment optimised ways of working and procedures** aligned with commercial policy, strategy and operations generating capacity to manage wider range of customers.
+ Manage and generate Right **Intelligence tools** to supervise performance and execution (MSC, Anaplan, Triangulation, Power BI.).
+ **Ongoing & effective cross-functional partnership** to deliver comprehensive performance NRM, Customer, Finance, Supply to transmit information, provide recommendations, tackle issues, and improve model.
+ Be the **Hybrid champion** within the Distribution Team, regularly sharing takeaways with other distribution managers on how they can increase their hybrid ways of working.

The Digital Value Advisory (DVA) team is a key part of both the EMEA Corporate and EMEA Digital Hub organizations. DVA specializes in strategic and consultative value selling, guiding customers from "Vision to Value." The team works closely with clients to address critical questions like "Why Change? Why Now? Why SAP?" DVA helps shape a compelling business vision, supported by an SAP-driven, value-based roadmap designed to yield improved results and attractive ROI-customized for each client's situation-ultimately driving positive investment decisions for SAP solutions.
DVA excels at using digital modalities to greatly enhance both effectiveness and productivity, allowing Value Advisory services to scale across the Corporate segment and deliver value, volume, and speed.
**What You'll Do**
Deal Support:
+ Lead customer engagements to assess strategic goals, pinpoint key improvement areas, perform benchmarking and create business cases, and present executive-level recommendations for change through a standardized approach within your assigned Market Unit (MU).
+ Build quantitative business cases: conduct outside-in financial analysis for customers or collaborate directly with MU France clients.
+ Carry out financial modeling, such as cash flow analysis, for your designated MU.
+ Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities using SAP's Value Lifecycle Management (VLM) platform in your MU.
+ Perform ROI and TCO analysis for clients in your MU.
+ Engage in strategic programs and digital innovation alongside Global Digital Value Advisory and regional teams like Digital Solution Advisors and Digital Asset Managers.
**What You Bring**
+ 4-7 years of relevant experience (Value Advisory/Value Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Customer-facing Presales/Strategy roles) - Value/Management consulting experience is a strong plus
+ Excellent command of English and one additional European language (Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Norwegian, Italian)
+ Experience with process/technology integration in SAP technologies preferred
+ Digital mindset-able to think in terms of scaling and volume and capability of synthesizing information from multiple digital sources
+ Ability to recognize engagement needs, then design, sell, and execute those engagements
+ Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; adept at problem-solving
+ Proven customer-facing experience
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
