About the Role Our client, a forward-thinking organization in **Oviedo, Asturias**, is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Training and Soft Skills Development. - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- Experience in developing creative and engaging training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning technologies.
