Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of data from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Support senior consultants in client presentations and data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with client teams to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
    • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings.
    • Contribute to the development of data models and analytical solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
    • Assist in ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed by the consulting team.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
    • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (internships included).
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R.
    • Experience with at least one major BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
    • Must be based in or willing to commute to Bilbao, Basque Country .
