We're looking for Students to join our BARCELONA Global Planning Hub. The Planning Hub is responsible for Luxury and Consumer Beauty products worldwide. The Hub is located in the heart of Barcelona near Poblenou´s park. Our responsibilities cover most of the supply chain functions, such as: material sourcing, production planning, product distribution, new product development (initiatives planning), inventory management, master data management and Demand planning . **Internship Clinical Coding**

+ Revisión y validación de la información codificada, garantizando su consistencia y fiabilidad.

¿Estás buscando una oportunidad para poner en práctica tus conocimientos contables y desarrollar tus habilidades en el área de finanzas? En nuestro departamento de Finanzas estamos buscando un/a nuev@ integrante para realizar prácticas durante 6 meses.
Durante la práctica, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con profesionales del sector, adquirir experiencia y aprender de primera mano cómo se gestiona el departamento de Finanzas de no uno, sino 3 hoteles de lujo.
Tendrás la oportunidad de realizar tareas como:
- Ayudar al departamento en la contabilización de facturas recibidas.
- Conciliación pagos de clientes
- Asistir en la auditoria de ingresos diaria de ambos hoteles
- Gestión de proveedores: Alta en el sistema y seguimiento de incidencias
- Conciliación de pagos de proveedores
- Preparación de remesa de pagos mensual.
- Soporte en el análisis de cuentas contables.
- Presentar facturas emitidas ante la agencia tributaria, previamente habiendo revisado el estado de estas.
**Qualifications:**

Serás una pieza clave para hacer realidad la visión comercial y de calidad de InterContinental Madrid.
Como Contable General reportarás directamente al Director of Finance o en su defecto al Finance Manager y colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo financiero del hotel. Serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar las áreas de cuentas a cobrar, auditoría de ingresos, auditoría nocturna, tesorería y almacén, asegurando el correcto control de los procesos contables y financieros.
La posición tiene como objetivo garantizar la correcta gestión de los ciclos de ingresos y gastos, el cumplimiento de los controles internos y la fiabilidad de la información financiera, promoviendo una cultura de trabajo basada en la confianza, la integridad, el respeto, el trabajo en equipo y la orientación al servicio.
Asimismo, mantendrás una relación fluida con entidades bancarias, auditores externos, asesores fiscales, compañías aseguradoras y otros interlocutores externos relacionados con la actividad financiera de la empresa.
**¿Cuáles serán algunas de tus funciones?**
+ Realizar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable la dirección, control y seguimiento de las actividades contables y administrativas del hotel.
+ Revisar y corregir los asientos diarios de ingresos.
+ Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales de cuentas contables y garantizar la correcta conciliación de las cuentas de balance.
+ Revisar y auditar la nómina.
+ Preparar informes financieros mensuales y documentación de cierre.
+ Gestionar el cierre contable del sistema financiero (mensual, trimestral y anual dentro de los plazos establecidos).
+ Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos, previsiones y reportes financieros corporativos.
+ Analizar desviaciones presupuestarias y proponer medidas correctoras.
+ Participar activamente en la auditoría externa de las cuentas anuales; y auditoría interna del hotel.
+ Elaborar la contabilidad del propietario.

**Requisitos del puesto**
+ Titulación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar; Máster en Auditoría de Cuentas, Dirección Financiera, Control de Gestión.
+ Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de contabilidad general, auditoría o finanzas.
+ Dominio de contabilidad general española, control y auditoría interno, fiscalidad e impuestos, conciliaciones bancarias, cierres contables y elaboración de estados financieros.
+ Experiencia en gestión de cuentas a pagar, cuentas a cobrar, tesorería y control presupuestario; cierres mensuales y reporting corporativo.
+ Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
+ Conocimientos de sistemas de gestión hotelera y financiera, preferiblemente Opera y BirchStreet.
+ Nivel alto de inglés, valorándose positivamente experiencia en entornos hoteleros internacionales.
