El objetivo principal es, gestionar de forma eficiente el ciclo completo (end-to-end) de disputas dentro del proceso C2C, garantizando la correcta resolución de incidencias, la mejora continua del proceso y el cumplimiento de los KPI establecidos en C2C España.
**Las principales responsabilidades de la posición son las siguientes:**
**Gestión de Disputas**
+ Gestión integral de las disputas desde su creación hasta su resolución final.
+ Registro, análisis y clasificación de las disputas conforme a los códigos establecidos.
+ Asegurar la calidad de las disputas mediante:
+ Uso correcto de los códigos de disputa.
+ Documentación completa y adecuada.
+ Comentarios claros y detallados que faciliten su seguimiento.
+ Seguimiento continuo de disputas abiertas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA definidos.
+ Priorización de disputas en función de su impacto en la deuda y su antigüedad.
+ Colaboración con equipos internos (Cash Application, Facturación, Billing, Ventas, Operaciones y Finanzas) para la resolución ágil de incidencias.
+ Identificación de causas raíz y propuesta de acciones correctivas para evitar recurrencias.
+ Cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales en materia de disputas (volumen, antigüedad y resolución).
**Soporte al Proceso de Cobros**
+ Colaboración con el equipo de cobros para desbloquear facturas en disputa y facilitar la recuperación de deuda, con especial foco en las provisiones.
+ Apoyo en la negociación y seguimiento de acuerdos relacionados con disputas.
+ Coordinación con Genpact/Collections u otros stakeholders para asegurar la correcta gestión de incidencias.
+ Contribuir a la mejora de los tiempos de resolución de disputas.
**Coordinación y Comunicación**
+ Participación en reuniones periódicas conGenpact/Collectionsy equipos internos.
+ Seguimiento de los acuerdos alcanzados en reuniones y actualización del estado de las acciones.
+ Comunicación proactiva constakeholderssobre el estado de disputas relevantes.
+ Escalado de incidencias críticas o bloqueos que afecten al proceso de cobro.
**Gestión Documental y Legal**
+ Preparación de la documentación de soporte necesaria para la resolución de disputas.
+ Apoyo en la elaboración de expedientes legales en caso de litigio o escalado jurídico.
**Análisis y Mejora Continua**
+ Análisis de tendencias de disputas (por cliente, tipo y origen).
+ Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesosupstream(facturación, contratos, operaciones).
+ Participación en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización del proceso C2C.
+ Colaboración en la estandarización de procesos y buenas prácticas.
+ Actualización y seguimiento de reportes de disputas:
+ Volumen, antigüedad y ratios de resolución.
+ Soporte en la preparación de informes mensuales (disputas, impacto en cuentas a cobrar y provisiones).
+ Uso de herramientas como Excel y Power BI para el análisis y seguimiento.
+ Garantizar la calidad y consistencia de los datos reportados.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
**FORMACIÓN** : Formación superior en área Administración, economía o finanzas. Recomendable formación superior o especializada en gestión comercial y/o gestión de cobros.
**EXPERIENCIA** : Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones de AR, C2C, Cobros, gestión de disputas, incidencias de facturación.
**OFIMÁTICA:** Dominio Ms Office 365.
**IDIOMAS:** Inglés valorable. El conocimiento de catalán será considerado un valor añadido importante, especialmente para la gestión de clientes locales y actividades regionales de cobro.

The BPI Lead will report to the Sr Manager of of Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement.The role will include responsibility for the creation and delivery of best-in-class process improvement methodology and associated process training throughout the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, the reengineering, standardization, automation, and implementation and deployment of any process to increase client and associate engagement, as well as driving efficiencies and high productivity
Involves analyzing existing business processes to find inefficiencies, opportunities for automation, and then designing, implementing, and monitoring new, more efficient processes to improve performance, client experience, associate engagement, and aligning with business goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting data and root cause analysis, mapping processes, doing time and motion exercises, preparing and leading workshops, developing project plans, creating documentation, and ensuring new processes are adopted successfully.
This role has high visibility with Executive management and requires mature leadership as well as strong change management skills. The priorities of this role will be defined by the Sr Dir. Business Transformation, Global Payroll and will be in line with the strategy of the organization.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Execute the BPI strategy and drive the roadmap of the key initiatives focusing on client & associate engagement, standardization, simplification and automation, utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma
+ Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation project's readiness to launch, develop action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provide advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program
+ Conduct Kaizen continuous improvement workshops and ensure the associated agreed action points are implemented in a timely manner

Responsibilities
SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE

We are looking for a Material Manager to oversee procurement, material tracking, and logistics support for depot-level maintenance operations at the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC). The Material Manager will work closely with maintenance planning teams, contractors, and Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) to ensure that all material requirements are met efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics systems and experience managing material procurement, tracking, and disposal.
**Essential Responsibilities** :
+ Identify, initiate, and coordinate procurement orders for planned and emergent material requirements necessary for depot-level maintenance
+ Provide technical research and logistical support to Waterfront Operations (WFO) maintenance planning teams to meet mission requirements
+ Review contractor material requirements for technical and administrative accuracy, rejecting requests that do not align with established procedures
+ Verify the availability of adequate funding before procuring materials and ensure proper budget execution
+ Track and expedite material shipments to ensure timely delivery
+ Act as the direct liaison to FLC for managing warehouse space allocated for FDRMC's use
+ Assist contractors in obtaining materials from the Federal Supply System when Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) sources cannot meet delivery deadlines
+ Coordinate the disposal of excess material not required, ensuring surplus material is used before initiating new procurement
+ Maintain a rotatable pool of Long Lead Time Material (LLTM) to meet mission requirements
+ Track material in Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) and Material Requirements (MRQT) systems
+ Ensure the appropriate turnover of Depot Level Repair (DLR) material to designated personnel
+ Maintain working knowledge of logistics programs such as MRQT, Fedlog, Logiquest, Haystack, OneTouch, and NMD
**Minimum Requirements** :
+ Proven experience in material management, procurement, and logistics support, preferably in a military or defense environment
+ Familiarity with NMD, MRQT, and other related logistics systems (Fedlog, Logiquest, etc.)
+ Ability to manage material procurement processes, ensuring that funding is available and material requirements are met efficiently
+ Knowledge of DLR material management and the process for turning over DLR material
+ Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with contractors, teams, and logistics centers effectively
+ Experience in tracking and expediting material shipments to meet tight deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications (not required)** :
+ Experience with the FLC or similar military logistics operations
+ Working knowledge of long lead time material and the ability to manage procurement and disposal effectively
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple logistics tasks simultaneously
+ Prior experience working in a forward-deployed or OCONUS environment, supporting mission-critical operations
+ Active or recently held security clearance

Join AECOM's B+P Sustainable Design Team in an exciting opportunity to help lead our response to the climate emergency. Based in Madrid, you will work alongside architects, engineers, interior designers, and urban planners on a diverse portfolio of international projects. This role is suited to an experienced sustainability professional with a strong sustainability and design background, and the ability to guide projects from concept through delivery.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development of sustainability and decarbonisation strategies for buildings and masterplans.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**
+ Proven experience in sustainable design, environmental consultancy, building performance analysis, or a related field, typically **5+ years.**
+ Proven experience developing sustainability and decarbonisation strategies for buildings and masterplans.
+ Proven experience delivering environmental analysis and building performance assessments throughout the design process.
+ Experience supporting project delivery within multidisciplinary design teams.
**Technical Knowledge**
+ Strong understanding of low-carbon design, building physics, and environmental performance assessment.
+ Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), embodied carbon analysis, and whole-life carbon assessments using tools such as One Click LCA or similar.
+ Experience with environmental simulation tools such as IES VE, EnergyPlus, Radiance, Ladybug Tools, Honeybee, or equivalent.
+ Experience with parametric design and early-stage design tools, particularly Grasshopper, is highly desirable. Experience with Python or other scripting languages is an advantage.
+ Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Knowledge of sustainability certification schemes such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, or Passivhaus.
