**Job Responsibilities**
+ **Scope / (Content Leadership):**
+ Act as the IT Expert and Consultant for the SAP S/4HANA & MDG - Material Master Data Global Template team, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Global Template.
+ Leads, develops, and enforces data governance policies. Works independently on specific governance projects to ensure organizational alignment and data integrity.
+ Responsible for process design, configuration, testing assistance, requirements gathering, and establishing a fully functional MDG environment.
+ Execute hands-on functional responsibilities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, and testing.
+ Partner closely with Business Product, Process, and Content owners to plan and execute strategic enhancements to the Global Template solution.
+ Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to create detailed technical architecture patterns for master data initiatives.
+ Distribute and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional IT teams (such as Build and Test factories), ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
+ Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews specifically for the SAP S/4HANA / MDG - Material Master Data solution.
+ Coordinate all SAP S/4HANA / MDG - Material Master Data dependencies-including data migration, harmonization, and IT integration-while ensuring strict alignment with global template principles.
+ **Accountability/Problem Solving:** Addresses big data governance issues. Implements and maintains robust governance standards and practices to proactively resolve compliance challenges.
+ **Stakeholder Management:**
+ Partner with business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions addressing business challenges and opportunities.
+ Collaborates extensively with various departments to ensure compliance.
+ Communicates effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to build trust and alignment.
+ **Impact/Strategy:** Handles big-sized data governance projects. Develops and executes strategies that significantly improve data quality and overall organizational compliance.
+ **Complexity / (Product Size):** Oversees more complex data governance systems. Ensures critical data integrity and security across multiple business units.
+ **Business / Technical ability:** Applies high proficiency in data management tools and practices. Demonstrates and leverages a strong, comprehensive knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations to safeguard data assets.
**Qualifications**
**Education / Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in SAP Material Master Data.
+ At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations of the SAP MDG - Material Master Module, including Consolidation, Mass Processing, Data Quality Management (DQM), Integration, and Master Data Quality (MDQ).
+ Demonstrated experience handling big-sized data governance projects and overseeing complex data governance systems.
+ Proven track record of independently leading, developing, and enforcing data governance policies and standards across multiple business units.
+ Experience actively managing data assets, ensuring data quality, lineage, and metadata accuracy.
**Technical / Business Skills**
+ Deep functional understanding of SAP Material Master concepts, including Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
+ Expert-level SAP functional configuration of Material master data.
+ Proficiency in SAP Customizing and SAP ABAP, specifically in design, implementation, and debugging.
+ Advanced knowledge of BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus), including building rule-based workflow services and working collaboratively with developers for enhancements.
+ Proven hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build cycles.
+ Strong, in-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
**Soft Skills**
+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex governance requirements for both technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
+ Strong collaborative mindset to work closely with various departments to define data definitions, resolve data issues, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

**Qualifications**
+ A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
+ Hands-on experience (3+ years) with infrastructure technologies like Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMWare vSphere/Nutanix Acropolis, Backup and Recovery systems, and MS SQL Server.
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus, and networking expertise (Arista, Palo Alto, etc.) would be awesome too!
+ A Lean/Agile and DevOps mindset, with exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell DSC) and automated build/release test and deployment.
+ Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN) would be a plus.
+ A bold and innovative mindset, ready to think beyond boundaries, collaborate effectively, and take controlled risks.
