oBuscamos incorporar un/a Sea Import Operations Specialis t con experiencia en transporte marítimo de importación dentro del sector transitario para unirse a nuestro equipo de Barcelona (El Prat de Llobregat)
.La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión y seguimiento de operaciones de importación marítima, colaborando estrechamente con clientes, agentes internacionales, navieras y proveedores para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad

¿Qué harás en este pues
to?Serás responsable de la gestión integral de expedientes de importación marítima, actuando como interlocutor principal entre clientes, agentes internacionales, navieras, transportistas y proveedores. Gestionarás el ciclo completo de cada operación, desde la recepción de la instrucción hasta el cierre administrativo y la facturación del expediente. Entre tus principales funciones estar

About the Role
Our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A. seeking an Import Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to manage delivery orders, documentation, and customer communication for import operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide arrival information and delivery updates to customers.
- Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Offer transport service options and quotations (Truck or TECO + Truck).
- Verify all documentation is correct (BL release, consignee authorization, etc.).
- Create and manage delivery orders accurately.
- Check payments and confirm deliveries.
- Notify customers of any delays or delivery issues.
- Send Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements & Background
- University degree or higher education qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the maritime or logistics sector .
- High level of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving ability.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Basic training in environmental protection is a plus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 7+ years of experience in operations within Global Forwarding
+ 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
+ Willingness and ability to travel, depending on location of the role
+ Fluency in English and the local language of the country where the position is based
**Preferred:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others, set a positive example, and create a productive, positive environment
+ Collaborative, adaptive leadership approach

**Compensation Range**
64,500.00 - 109,100.00

Para esta posición el rango salarial inicial será de 26,000 - 29,000 brutos anuales, en función de las competencias, la experiencia y las cualificaciones relacionadas con el puesto.
