Buscamos incorporar un técnico/a jurídico laboral para integrarse en nuestra área de negocio de servicios, con el objetivo de gestionara relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas, proporcionando soporte legal interno y actuando como interlocutor ante organismos oficiales, RLPTs y procedimientos laborales.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Redacción y gestión de sanciones disciplinarias, amonestaciones y cartas de despido.
- Asesoramiento jurídico-laboral a gerencia, dirección y personas trabajadoras de la compañía.
- Resolución de consultas laborales relacionadas con contratación, jornada, permisos, vacaciones, régimen disciplinario y aplicación de convenio.
- Gestión y seguimiento de conflictos laborales y procedimientos disciplinarios.
- Preparación de documentación y asistencia a actos de conciliación ante el SMAC.
- Gestión de requerimientos e inspecciones de trabajo.
- Coordinación con asesorías externas y despachos jurídicos.
- Interpretación y aplicación de convenios colectivos y normativa laboral vigente.
- Elaboración de informes y documentación jurídico-laboral.
- Seguimiento de novedades legislativas y apoyo en la implantación de procedimientos internos en materia laboral.

Misión del rol

Responsabilidades
Como parte del equipo de Relaciones Laborales, tendrás las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades :

Buscamos un/a Head of Legal – Iberia para liderar la función jurídica de una compañía multinacional del sector tecnológico.

- Gestión y seguimiento de reclamaciones de clientes relacionadas con la compra y venta de vehículos.
