Este puesto es fundamental para asegurar la correcta redacción, revisión y negociación de todos los contratos y acuerdos comerciales de la empresa, así como para proporcionar asesoramiento general en materia mercantil. Responsabilidades Clave- Redactar, revisar y negociar una amplia variedad de contratos comerciales, incluyendo contratos de suministro, distribución, servicios, licencias y arrendamientos.
- Asesorar a los distintos departamentos de la empresa sobre cuestiones de derecho contractual y mercantil.
- Gestionar el archivo y control de la contractualidad de la compañía.
- Apoyar en la constitución, modificación y disolución de sociedades.
- Participar en la resolución de disputas contractuales y extrajudiciales.
- Mantenerse al día de la legislación mercantil y contractual relevante.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo legal en proyectos de diversa índole.

- Título de Licenciado o Graduado en Derecho.

Buscamos un/a Head of Legal – Iberia para liderar la función jurídica de una compañía multinacional del sector tecnológico.
La persona seleccionada será un partner estratégico del negocio , proporcionando asesoramiento jurídico de alto nivel, impulsando el crecimiento de la compañía desde una perspectiva legal y garantizando una adecuada gestión de riesgos en un entorno internacional.

**Your Impact**
As a legal advisor for Sales in France, you will provide support on day-to-day operations and commercial engagements while partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, offer risk assessments, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews, and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to uphold standards of governance and compliance across regions. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Admitted to practice law, preferably in France, (Bar admission) and native-level proficiency in French
