• Gestionar activamente un portafolio de casos de litigio civil y mercantil, desde la fase inicial hasta la ejecución.
• Preparar y presentar demandas, escritos, recursos y otras documentaciones legales necesarias.
• Representar a los clientes en audiencias, juicios y otras comparecencias judiciales.
• Realizar investigaciones jurídicas y análisis de jurisprudencia relevantes para cada caso.

• Título de Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho y Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
• Colegiación en un Colegio de Abogados español y habilitación para el ejercicio profesional.
• Experiencia demostrable de al menos 4 años en el ejercicio de la abogacía, con especialización en litigios civiles y mercantiles.
• Conocimiento exhaustivo del derecho procesal civil y mercantil.
• Excelentes habilidades de argumentación oral y escrita, así como capacidad de negociación.
• Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
