Our client, a leading e-commerce entity, is seeking a performance-driven E-commerce Performance and Optimization Analyst to join their analytical team. This role is based at our client's offices in **Córdoba, Andalusia**, and requires full-time, on-site presence. You will be instrumental in analyzing website performance, identifying key areas for improvement across the sales funnel, and implementing data-backed strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, and proficiency with analytics tools. Key Responsibilities- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the e-commerce platform, providing insights into sales, marketing, and user experience metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests on website elements, such as calls-to-action, landing pages, and checkout processes, to optimize conversion rates.
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their impact on e-commerce sales.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies for performance optimization.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify strategic advantages.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an E-commerce Analyst, Performance Analyst, or in a similar role focused on website optimization.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4 expertise is highly valued).
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, sales funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
