**About the Role**
As a Housekeeping Attendant (Room Attendant) at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms consistently meet Hyatt's standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
This is a part-time operational position offered under a temporary contract. You will work closely with the Housekeeping team, contributing to daily hotel operations and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt brand standards and hotel procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Removing all rubbish from waste bins and ashtrays.
+ Making beds with fresh linen according to brand standards.
+ Dusting furniture, lamps, shades, pictures, doors, and fixtures.
+ Vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets.
+ Cleaning, washing, and drying all bathroom areas.

Job Title: Personal Financial Educator (Remote)
Summary
Personal Financial Educators (PFEs) provide one-on-one consultation, education, training, and information and referral services in support of the Personal Financial Management (PFM) Program of the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services. PFEs provide support via various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, and phone, and in-person services. PFEs provide in-person services through mobile training teams and virtual service delivery to service members and their families in remote locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships (in port, at sea or in foreign countries.) Key financial readiness topics presented include, but are not limited to, car buying, basic budgeting, managing credit, debt liquidation, consumer awareness, insurance, savings and investments, and retirement planning.
PFEs collaborate with FFSP stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute training services to ensure effective and efficient delivery of various educational programs and services to service members and families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate, publicize, and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops, to include, but not limited to, car buying, basic budgeting, managing credit, debt liquidation, consumer awareness, insurance, savings and investments, and retirement planning.
+ Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars for youths and teens as part of on-base education.
+ Provide initial and refresher Command Financial Specialist (CFS) training.
+ Assist Command Financial Specialists in developing General Military Training (GMT) on topics relating to Personal Financial Management.
+ Provide in-person support aboard Navy ships for Shipboard events and Return and Reunions (R&R).
+ Provide individualized financial counseling and assistance to service members and families.
+ Provide service members and their families with consumer information and assistance in handling consumer complaints.
+ Ensure all information and referral, one-on-one, and group education services provided are entered into the government's system of record.
+ Utilize various technological tools (collaboration platforms, video conferencing software, project management tools) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and to provide virtual service delivery.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting steps when technology challenges occur.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the fields of personal finance and financial counseling.
+ Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote awareness and utilization of program services.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
+ This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
+ This job may require 50% travel for specified periods of time to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships.
+ This job may require travel up to 6 months to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world.
+ Must be able to obtain health screening requirements, to include medical and dental, for travel to remote locations.
Required Qualifications
+ Candidates must live in Italy or Spain
+ The contract requires candidates for all positions outside of the United States to either have existing Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) status or the ability to independently gain SOFA status.
+ Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree which equips the incumbent to serve as a personal financial management counselor.
+ Must possess and maintain national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor
+ Those who do not currently possess the Accredited Financial Counselor designation may be considered upon review of work experience, with the expectation to obtain the certification within 12 months of hire.
+ Two years of experience providing financial education and training, and one on one financial counseling.
+ Experience making presentations and facilitating training for large and small groups in the areas of financial management.
+ Experience using various forms of digital technology to facilitate virtual training.
+ Experience in providing one-on-one consultations with varied levels of complexity.
+ Knowledge of the development and execution of needs assessment tools (i.e. surveys)
+ Knowledge of the military and the challenges of the military lifestyle
+ Ability to work productively with Command Financial Specialists.
+ Deep understanding of the personal financial management issues facing service members and their families and the ability to support them with individual assistance or through training in seminars, workshops, or appropriate referral
+ Proficiency in various forms of technological tools to support virtual service delivery, communication, and collaboration.
+ Knowledge of social services and/or community resources.
+ Knowledge of the tenets of adult education and the development of training curricula based on the adult learning model.
+ Proven experience managing multiple priorities.
+ Ability to use verbal and written communication skills effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and demonstrated ability to use software to prepare management reports and provide information.
+ Must be able to meet naval shipboard requirements if deployed on navy ship.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience working with the Fleet and Family Support Programs.

+ Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisors to understand hiring requirements and support sourcing activities across EMEA.
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing, direct applications, and the UL Solutions internal talent database.
+ Identify, attract, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
+ Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest in job vacancies.
+ Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and ensure data quality.
+ Leverage AI tools and sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Talent Insights, Copilot Premium and other recruiting technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Track sourcing activity and recruiting metrics, providing regular updates to TA Team Leads, TA Advisors, and Hiring Managers.
+ Ensure agreed service levels (SLAs), timelines, and sourcing deliverables are consistently met.
+ Research talent markets and competitor landscapes to support sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
+ Stay informed on sourcing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the wider TA team.
+ Contribute to employer branding and talent community-building activities across the region.
Qualifications
+ Relevant education in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, Business, Sales or a related field.
+ 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruitment support.
+ Fluency in English and German is required.
+ Familiarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, or other talent sourcing tools.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
+ Comfortable working with data, reports, and recruitment metrics.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, work proactively, and follow through on commitments.
+ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Title: Emergency Case Management Personal Financial Educator (Remote)
Summary - This is a contingent opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award.
Emergency Case Management Personal Financial Educators (ECM PFEs) provides one-on-one consultation, education, training, information, referral, advocacy, and crisis intervention services in support of the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). ECM PFEs shall have demonstrated experience providing advocacy or case management services. ECM PFEs provide support via various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, and phone, as well as in-person services, and deliver mobile training and emergency case management support to service members and their families in remote locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships (in port, at sea, or in foreign countries). In this dual-capacity role, ECM PFEs assess client needs during financial crises or critical life transitions, develop individualized action plans, coordinate with installation and community resources, and provide follow-up support to ensure continuity of care while collaborating with FFSP stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute effective and efficient delivery of educational programs and supportive services to service members and families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Serve as the designated POC for an individual Sailor or family, DoD Civilian or family to support them in obtaining necessary financial services for current status and future permanent transition.
+ Participate in emergency response exercises carried out by the Region or Installation.
+ Serve as a liaison with other military community agencies. Provide intensive case management services for assigned sailors or family members.
+ Coordinate and integrate family services and referrals utilizing on- and off installation resources, state, intra-state, and federal services as necessary.
+ Facilitate FFSP participation and activities in support of public awareness campaigns such as Ready Navy
+ Implement emergency response plans in the event of an actual situation requiring humanitarian response
+ Using existing resources, supporting family by providing necessary required forms, obtaining explanation and directions from subject matter experts, and advising them through the official requirements associated with displacement or transition.
+ Execute Emergency Family Assistance Center assigned responsibilities as exercised and directed
+ Prepare and conduct management briefings in order to communicate recommendations on training and exercises
+ Operate as part of a larger system with continual communication with CNIC, Naval Intelligence (N1), and local military installations, keeping in touch with changes and additions to resources and policies
+ Ensure that all information and referral, individual consultation and group education services, including those related to IDS or Emergency Preparedness and Response are entered and counted in Fleet and Family Support Management Information System (FFSMIS) and Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS).
+ Coordinate, publicize, and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
+ Provide initial and refresher Command Financial Specialist (CFS) training and assist Command Financial Specialists.
+ Provide in-person support aboard Navy ships for Shipboard events and Return and Reunions (R&R).
+ Provide individualized financial counseling and assistance to service members and families while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
+ Utilize various technological tools (collaboration platforms, video conferencing software, project management tools) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and to provide virtual service delivery.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting steps when technology challenges occur.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the fields of personal finance and financial counseling.
+ Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote awareness and utilization of program services.
+ Provide rotational coverage for the Family Information Call Center (FICC) to ensure uninterrupted support.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
+ This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
+ This job may require 50% travel for specified periods of time to provide in-person support worldwide and aboard Navy ships.
+ This job may require travel for up to 6 months to provide in-person support at worldwide locations.
+ Must be able to obtain health screening requirements, to include medical and dental, for travel to remote locations.
+ Candidate must currently possess or be able to obtain a US passport for travel.
Required Qualifications
+ Candidates must live in Italy or Spain.
+ The contract requires candidates for all positions outside of the United States to either have existing Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) status or the ability to independently gain SOFA status.
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's which equips the incumbent to serve as a personal financial management counselor.
+ Must possess and maintain national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor.
+ Those who do not currently possess the Accredited Financial Counselor designation may still be considered if they have completed the 1,000 hours of experience required to obtain the certification.
+ Two years of experience providing financial education and training, and one on one financial counseling.
+ Experience making presentations and facilitating training for large and small groups in the areas of financial management.
+ Experience using various forms of digital technology to facilitate virtual training.
+ Experience in providing one-on-one consultations with varied levels of complexity.
+ Knowledge of the development and execution of assessment tools (i.e. surveys)
+ Knowledge of the military and the challenges of the military lifestyle
+ Thorough understanding of the personal financial management issues facing service members and their families and the ability to support them with individual assistance or through training in seminars, workshops, or appropriate referral
+ Proficiency in various forms of technological tools to support virtual service delivery, communication, and collaboration.
+ Knowledge of social services and/or community resources.
+ Knowledge of the tenets of adult education and the development of training curricula based on the adult learning model.
+ Ability to use verbal and written communication skills effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and demonstrated ability to use software to prepare management reports and provide information.
+ Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work some weekends, after-hours, and extended shifts as operational needs dictate to support the FICC.
+ Must be able to meet naval shipboard requirements if deployed on navy ship.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience working with the Fleet and Family Support Programs.
+ Experience providing emergency case management services.

+ This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, passport, transportation, and auto insurance are required.
+ Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and government background investigation to include FBI fingerprints.

**Descripción y Responsabilidades del Puesto**
Liderar la gestión integral del ecosistema operativa de proveedores, incluyendo el Provider Portal, la gestión administrativa de proveedores, y el gobierno funcional del nomenclátor y los baremos, garantizando coherencia, calidad del dato, autoservicio, eficiencia operativa y correcta integración con los sistemas corporativos y las áreas clave (Dirección Médica, Finanzas, IT).
**Responsabilidades**
Gobierno funcional del Provider Portal
Responsable funcional (Product Owner) del Portal de Proveedores como punto único de interacción.
Definir, priorizar y evolucionar el backlog de funcionalidades:
+ Onboarding y alta de proveedores.
+ Gestión de datos, documentación y solicitudes de cambio.
+ Modificación (datos, cuadro médico, especialidades).
+ Facturación, autofactura y modelos fiscales.
+ Acceso y consulta de baremos, nomenclátor y autorizaciones.
+ Gestión de solicitudes e Incidencias operativas
+ Definir y mantener contenidos funcionales:FAQs, guías existentes del proveedor, entre ellos nomenclátor y baremos y mensajes operativos y de cambios relevantes.
+ Validar flujos, reglas de negocio y experiencia de usuario junto a IT y proveedores tecnológicos.
Gestión operativa de proveedores
Definir y supervisar los procesos end‑to‑end de gestión de proveedores:
+ Alta de candidatos y conversión a proveedor.
+ Gestión documental, contractual y de certificaciones.
+ Solicitudes de modificación (datos, cuadro médico, especialidades).
+ Incidencias operativas y económicas.
Asegurar trazabilidad completa y correcta gestión vía CRM.
Gestión de nomenclátor
Actuar como responsable funcional del nomenclátor, garantizando:
+ Coherencia entre nomenclátor, servicios ofrecidos por proveedores y portal.
+ Correcta visibilidad de pruebas, actos médicos y especialidades en el portal.
Coordinar con Dirección Médica la definición, actualización y validación de cambios en el nomenclátor.
Asegurar la correcta integración del nomenclátor con:
+ Autorizaciones.
+ Baremos.
+ Sistemas clínicos y operativos.
Gestionar solicitudes de cambio o incidencias detectadas por proveedores a través del portal.
Gestión de baremos
Responsable funcional de la gestión y publicación de baremos en el Portal de Proveedores.
Asegurar la alineación entre baremos, contratos, facturación y portal.
Coordinar con Finanzas y Dirección Médica:
+ Altas y modificaciones de baremos.
+ Versionado e histórico de baremos.
+ Resolución de discrepancias o errores reportados por proveedores.
Definir el proceso de reporte y gestión de incidencias
Integración con sistemas y automatización
+ Coordinar la integración funcional del portal con:
+ CRM (Salesforce / gestión de casos).
+ Sistemas económicos y de facturación.
+ Sistemas médicos (nomenclátor, autorizaciones, baremos).
+ Impulsar la automatización progresiva y reducción de tareas manuales en Provider Service.
Experiencia de proveedor y comunicación
Diseñar una experiencia clara y homogénea para el proveedor.
Definir y mantener contenidos funcionales:
+ FAQs, guías de nomenclátor y baremos.
+ Mensajes operativos y de cambios relevantes.
Ser punto de referencia interno para dudas funcionales sobre proveedores, portal, nomenclátor y baremos.
Seguimiento, reporting y mejora continua
Definir y monitorizar KPIs:
+ Uso y adopción del portal.
+ Reducción de contactos manuales.
+ Calidad del dato de proveedores, nomenclátor y baremos.
Identificar mejoras continuas basadas en datos y feedback
**Requisitos**
Formación universitaria en Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas, Ciencias de la Salud o similar.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en:
+ Gestión de proveedores y operaciones.
+ Gestión de nomenclátor, baremos o catálogos de servicios (muy valorable).
+ Plataformas digitales o portales B2B.
Valorable experiencia en sector salud / aseguradoras.Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de análisis de siniestralidad y reporting (QlikView, Tableau o similar), Salesforce y paquete Microsoft Office (Excel medio-avanzado).
Conocimientos clave:
+ Procesos de proveedores, contratos, facturación y datos maestros.
