About the Role

Para nuestro cliente, una dinámica startup del sector FinTech con una visión global, buscamos un Analista de Cumplimiento y Regulación Financiera altamente cualificado para un puesto completamente remoto. Este rol es fundamental para navegar el complejo panorama regulatorio y asegurar que nuestras operaciones cumplan con las normativas financieras internacionales y locales. Buscamos a un profesional meticuloso, con una excelente comprensión de las regulaciones financieras (ej. KYC/AML, protección de datos, normativas de inversión) y experiencia en la aplicación práctica de estas normativas. El candidato ideal será capaz de investigar requisitos regulatorios, desarrollar controles internos y colaborar con equipos para garantizar la conformidad, todo ello trabajando de forma autónoma desde casa. La proactividad y la atención al detalle son claves para este rol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitorear cambios en la legislación financiera y regulatoria a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de cumplimiento.
  • Realizar revisiones de cumplimiento y auditorías internas para identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de relaciones con los reguladores y en la preparación de documentación para auditorías externas.
  • Analizar los riesgos de cumplimiento asociados a nuevos productos y servicios.
  • Participar en la formación del personal sobre temas de cumplimiento y regulación.
  • Investigar y documentar actividades sospechosas conforme a las normativas AML/KYC.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos legales, de producto y de operaciones para garantizar la conformidad.
Requirements
  • Título universitario en Finanzas, Derecho, Economía o similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años en cumplimiento normativo financiero, idealmente en el sector FinTech o banca digital.
  • Conocimiento sólido de regulaciones clave como AML, KYC, GDPR, MiFID II, etc.
  • Experiencia en la realización de análisis de riesgo y auditorías de cumplimiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de investigación, análisis y redacción.
  • Gran capacidad de organización, autogestión y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno remoto y de forma independiente.
  • Se valorará positivamente la posesión de certificaciones en cumplimiento (ej. ACAMS).
