Objeto del servicio
Buscamos incorporar a un/a profesional para desarrollar actividades de dinamización sociocultural, ocio, participación y envejecimiento activo en una residencia de personas mayores ubicada en Teruel.
Funciones
- Planificación y dinamización de actividades socioculturales, lúdicas y de tiempo libre.
- Diseño de propuestas adaptadas a las capacidades, preferencias e intereses de las personas residentes.
- Fomento de la participación, la interacción social, el bienestar emocional y la autonomía.
- Apoyo en actividades grupales e individuales dentro del centro.
- Colaboración con el equipo técnico de la residencia y con el resto de profesionales del servicio.
- Seguimiento básico de las actividades realizadas.
- Adaptación de las actividades a las necesidades específicas de las personas mayores.
Requisitos
- Formación en alguna de las siguientes áreas: Animación Sociocultural, Integración Social, Educación Social, Pedagogía, Trabajo Social, Psicología, Servicios Socioculturales y a la Comunidad, Monitor/a de Ocio y Tiempo Libre o titulaciones similares de la rama social/educativa.
- Experiencia en dinamización de actividades, ocio, intervención social, talleres, acompañamiento o trabajo comunitario.
- Se valorará especialmente experiencia con personas mayores, residencias, centros de día o programas de envejecimiento activo.
- Capacidad de organización, comunicación, adaptación y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de tarde.
- Certificado negativo del Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales.

Operational Rigor & Productivity
- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across EMEA - including contracting, trainer resourcing, Learning Management System (LMS) setup, and billing to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Process digital team subscription, ensuring timely customer provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.
- Evaluate all incoming training requests and assign authorized trainers to match customer needs while maximizing utilization across the region.
- Support trainer shuffles and class rescheduling to ensure delivery continuity. Manage trainer time blocks and availability in LMS.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Training Delivery Managers, and Sales teams to support the training delivery business, aligning schedules and trainer resources with pipeline demand and priorities.
- Work closely with the Training Delivery Team to manage and optimize trainers' schedules - confirming, cancelling, and rescheduling engagements - while proactively communicating changes and maintaining relationship trust.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and freelance trainers, coordinating class delivery assignments and ensuring alignment with scheduling needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a team coordination position.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
- Experience in following legal and finance processes related to vendor (supplier or customer) engagements, such as contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement issuance and signature, PO management (both incoming and outgoing), invoicing and billing.

**Building Relationships:** Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations to senior leadership, including C-level, business audiences in a team selling environment. **Solutions Design & Business Development**
+ Lead the engineering design process for strategic Contract Logistics opportunities across EMEIA.
+ Analyse customer operational data to develop innovative and commercially competitive logistics solutions.
+ Design warehouse layouts, operational workflows, and material handling solutions.
+ Produce conceptual layouts, process flow diagrams, warehouse profiles, labour models, and storage strategies.

+ Develop engineered solutions to optimise warehouse layouts, storage capacity, inventory flow, and labour utilisation.
+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and operational best practice.
+ Support network optimisation projects across EMEIA.

**Automation & Technology**
+ Evaluate automation opportunities within existing and new operations.
+ Develop business cases, financial analysis, and return on investment (ROI) calculations for automation projects.
+ Recommend appropriate warehouse technologies including:
+ Conveyor systems
+ Sortation systems
+ Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS)
+ Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Essential**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline.
+ Master's Degree desirable.
+ Minimum 15 years' experience in industrial engineering, warehouse design, supply chain management, or Contract Logistics.
+ Extensive experience within Third-Party Logistics (3PL), retail distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce or consumer goods.
+ Demonstrated experience designing warehouse layouts and operational workflows.
+ Strong experience developing engineered labour standards and labour models.
+ Extensive experience using AutoCAD.
+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

**DECISION MAKING**
The Senior Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for making technical and engineering decisions relating to warehouse design, operational efficiency, automation solutions, and customer proposals. Strategic decisions with significant financial or operational impact are made in conjunction with senior leadership.

**The Role**
The Professional Services Consultant will oversee implementations and consultative engagements for the Proofpoint Data Security products. This includes Endpoint DLP, Insider Threat Management (ITM) SaaS, Email DLP, Cloud Application Security Broker (CASB), SaaS Isolation & Adaptive Access Control (AAC), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Insider Threat Detection (ITD), ITM On-Premises, and Proofpoint Isolation. This individual will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist in customer escalations as needed.
The ideal candidate has the demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and customer success as well as third party DLP solutions (Microsoft + Symantec DLP offerings) to support migrating legacy solutions to the Proofpoint Data Security Posture Platform.
Proofpoint's Consultants are service delivery experts who manage and align client business priorities with data protection strategies. As subject matter experts on a wide spectrum of information security models, best practices, and operational strategies, our Consultants reduce clients' security risk by mapping technology to organizational processes and resources.
This role is challenged with delivering innovative ideas and solutions that derive measurable results. This is a critical and visible role as it involves support for several of Proofpoint's top accounts.
The Consultant must be confident in working with technical resources, analysts, project sponsors, and executive levels to provide excellent service delivery and communication which includes product deliverables, conducting conference calls/meetings, consulting process reviews/workshops, and briefings. The position requires the ability to work with non-technical managers and executives to develop technical and business requirements for their company's custom data security program.
**Your day-to-day**
+ Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client's operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize Proofpoint technologies.
+ Provide strategic program design solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people.
+ Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations.
+ Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high.
+ Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role
+ 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
+ Familiarity with Data Security: Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Security Posture Management, and/or Identity Threat Detection concepts.
+ Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
+ Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
+ English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required.
