**Descripción del empleo**
La disciplina de Ingeniería Hidráulica, incluida en el área de Infraestructura civil de AECOM opera en España desde hace más de 40 años. Actualmente contamos con un equipo de expertos/as en plantilla, prestando servicios de consultoría en proyectos internacionales de infraestructuras hidráulicas complejas, sistemas de abastecimiento y alcantarillado, en proyectos de desarrollo urbanísticos, centros logísticos, centros de datos, así como sistemas de drenaje de infraestructuras de transporte como carreteras, ferrocarriles y aeropuertos.
Contamos con una excelente cartera de clientes de primer nivel y actualmente estamos en un momento de crecimiento, debido a la gran cantidad de proyectos que desarrollamos. Nos gustaría ampliar el equipo contratando ingenieros/as de caminos, canales y puertos o civiles o con habilidades, motivación y experiencia para colaborar en proyectos de diseño de infraestructuras hidráulicas de diverso tipo.
La persona contratada se incorporará en la oficina de Madrid y deberá demostrar un sólido conocimiento en redes de abastecimiento, saneamiento y pluviales, así como elementos asociados (estaciones de bombeo, depósitos de regulación, etc.) y de la normativa aplicable a estos proyectos, tanto a nivel Estatal como autonómico e internacional (ISO/ASCE/UE/British Standard, etc.).
**Requisitos**
+ Titulación de Ingeniería en Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
+ 5 años de experiencia en Ingeniería Hidráulica.
+ Conocimiento técnico en redes de saneamiento, pluviales, abastecimiento y riego.
+ Conocimiento de tecnologías de tratamiento de aguas y de la legislación aplicable.
+ Habilidades en comunicación oral y escrita.
+ Inglés fluido, tanto oral como escrito. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
+ Actitud proactiva.
+ Se valorará el conocimiento en estudios hidrológicos y modelos hidráulicos (1D-2D).
**Funciones**
+ Proyectos de construcción a nivel nacional e internacional.
+ Diseño, cálculo y modelización hidráulica de redes de saneamiento, pluviales, abastecimiento y riego, así como elementos asociados (estaciones de bombeo, selección de bombas, accesorios, dispositivos antiariete, depósitos, tanques de tormentas, balsas de laminación, , etc.).
+ Diseño y cálculo de líneas de transmisión y/o impulsión, obras de toma, balsas o depósitos, cámaras y arquetas, obras singulares como sifones, saltos y rápidas.
+ Redacción de informes, especificaciones, etc. en inglés.
+ Comunicación en inglés (y español).

**Descripción del empleo**
En AECOM buscamos incorporar **un/a Ingeniero/a Junior** que quiera desarrollar su carrera en el diseño de puentes y/o estructuras, para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y en crecimiento en Enterprise Capabilities, Europe (Madrid).
Nuestro equipo cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en diseño de puentes y estructuras en EE.UU., Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Canadá, Latinoamérica y Oriente Medio. Con nosotros podrás participar en proyectos icónicos de infraestructuras en un entorno diverso y multicultural.
Participarás en todas las fases del desarrollo de proyectos, desde estudios conceptuales y de viabilidad, hasta anteproyectos y diseños detallados, abarcando una amplia variedad de tipologías de puentes y estructuras. Formarás parte de grandes equipos multidisciplinares para clientes públicos y privados, incluyendo importantes proyectos llave en mano (Design and Build) de gran escala.
Principales funciones:
+ Cálculo y modelado: realizarás cálculos de elementos estructurales aplicando combinaciones de carga, estados límite y verificaciones básicas; además, modelarás y analizarás estructuras con software especializado, asegurando coherencia entre modelos y resultados.
+ Entregables y calidad: ayudarás en la elaboración de memorias de cálculo, listados de mediciones, croquis para producción de planos, cuidando la claridad y el orden; efectuarás selfchecks y participarás en revisiones de calidad (peer reviews) para elevar la calidad técnica y reducir retrabajos.
+ Diseño y coordinación: colaborarás en estudios conceptuales, diseños preliminares y de detalle.
+ Normativa y constructibilidad: aplicarás estándares internacionales (AASHTO, AREMA, BS, códigos australianos); aprenderás a incorporar el enfoque de design for constructability considerando fases de ejecución, accesos y restricciones de obra.
+ Colaboración y eficiencia digital: participarás en reuniones técnicas para validar hipótesis y entender condicionantes; contribuirás a la eficiencia digital mediante plantillas, parametrización y automatización de tareas (hojas de cálculo y scripts básicos).

**Requisitos**

**Descripción del empleo**
Debido al crecimiento del equipo de Remediación Ambiental, en el área de Medio Ambiente, queremos incorporar a un/a **Hidrogeólogo/a** para incorporarse al equipo en la oficina de Madrid.
El equipo está formado por diversos especialistas y apasionados de hidrogeología, geología y geoquímica. Nos dedicamos a realizar estudios hidrogeológicos a pequeña y gran escala, investigación de la contaminación del suelo y de las aguas subterráneas, y otros tipos de proyectos de remediación.
Somos profesionales con pasión por nuestro trabajo y nuestro día a día requiere una gran colaboración en equipo. Nos gustaría contar con un/a nuevo/a compañero/a que aporte un bagaje técnico sólido y nos ayude a seguir ofreciendo las mejores soluciones para los clientes que confían en nosotros.
**Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:**
+ Diseño e implementación de estudios hidrogeológicos.
+ Supervisar y participar en investigaciones de campo que involucran perforación, registro geológico, muestreo de diversos medios, instrumentación de pozos, diseño/instalación de pozos y ensayos hidráulicos.
+ Interpretación y presentación de informes de los resultados de la investigación del emplazamiento.
+ Desarrollo de modelos geológicos 3D y de transporte de aguas subterráneas utilizando diversas herramientas digitales y otros paquetes de software.
+ Participar en la preparación de propuestas/planes de trabajo y la gestión de presupuestos, cronogramas.
+ Aplicación de conocimientos técnicos en investigación de emplazamientos, remediación y regulaciones de emplazamientos contaminados.
+ Supervisión del personal con menos experiencia.
**Requisitos**
Buscamos contratar a una persona con **formación específica en hidrogeología** y una **sólida trayectoria** en hidrogeología (idealmente buscamos mínimo 8 años de experiencia relevante en un rol similar).
+ Es recomendable contar un nivel de Inglés intermedio, hablado y escrito.
+ Motivación, iniciativa y habilidades organizativas para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno multidisciplinar.
+ Capacidad para trabajar en proyectos con plazos ajustados.
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
+ Gran atención a los detalles.

**Job Description**
Highways Engineer with experience in roadway design, to join our busy and expanding experienced Linear Infrastructures team. We are working on stages as early as feasibility studies up to detailed designs on a wide range of projects, either as standalone linear infrastructures team or as part of multidisciplinary teams. Our clients are from the private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our office has an established track record of successfully delivering roadway designs for many years, throughout the USA and Australia not to mention Canada or Middle East.
The responsibilities of this role include:
+ Demonstrate and lead AECOM's culture - make it happen, support your team, embrace the new and different.
+ Ability to work productively in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate growth potential as well as a desire to learn.
+ Work collaboratively on international projects to support AECOMs Home Offices.
+ Works on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.
+ Performing daily work under Designer's supervision
+ Can set standards and procedures for CAD works
+ Working on complex drawings in 2D and 3D including markups and cad works
+ Preparing geometric design of linear infrastructures
+ May train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements.
Minimum Requirements
+ Proven track record of working on highway/track/Civils designs (+2 years).
+ Intermediate in at least one software packages: OpenRoads, Civil 3d, 12d Model
+ Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
+ Experience working in the North America region / Australia will be considered favorably.
+ Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University

**Job Description**
We are seeking a Junior Pavement Engineer/ Pavement Engineer to join our growing Pavements team within the Linear Infrastructure group, supporting highways, civil, and aviation programs from feasibility through detailed design, tender, and construction support.
You will contribute to pavement-led assignments (e.g., condition assessments, investigations, life cycle analysis) and multidisciplinary projects for public and private sector clients, including long term frameworks with Local Authorities and Design & Build commissions for major contractors.
We have a strong track record across Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada, and the Middle East; experience in any of these geographies is highly valued.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Support in the delivery pavement of design inputs for flexible, rigid, and composite pavements across highways, airfields, and civil sites (analysis, calculations, design reports, drawings, BoQs, and specifications).
+ Support pavement investigations and condition assessments (planning and interpreting FWD/GPR/coring/DCP data, visual surveys, materials testing review, and deterioration analysis).
+ Support in rehabilitation and maintenance option evaluations, life cycle cost analysis, and prioritization of treatment strategies aligned to client budgets and performance targets.
+ Prepare and check CAD deliverables and design models (in coordination with digital and CAD teams) and ensure all outputs comply with applicable standards and client requirements.
+ Contribute to tender documentation, method statements, and technical notes, and support responses to technical queries during construction.
+ Collaborate with geotechnical, highways, drainage, structures, traffic, and construction teams to integrate pavement solutions effectively.
+ Maintain project quality, health & safety, and risk management practices; follow internal QA/QC procedures and document control protocols.
+ Engage with clients in meetings and workshops, presenting analyses and recommendations clearly and professionally.
+ Support programming and reporting of tasks (scope, schedule, progress updates) and contribute to small work packages with guidance from senior engineers.
+ Assist with data management (survey datasets, GIS layers, laboratory results) and help develop repeatable templates and digital workflows.
**Essential qualifications & skill** s
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field) with focus/interest in pavements, highways, and/or geotechnical engineering.
+ 2-5 years' experience in pavement design, investigation, or rehabilitation planning (internships and placements considered).
+ Working knowledge of relevant standards in at least one geography, such as Austroads, UK DMRB/MCHW, AASHTO/ME, or FAA guidance.
+ Familiarity with pavement design principles (mechanistic empirical concepts, traffic/loading, materials characterization, subgrade behavior, drainage considerations).
+ Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD (e.g., AutoCAD/Civil 3D or equivalent) with the ability to prepare clear sketches and mark ups for design development.
+ Strong analytical and written communication skills with attention to detail in calculations, reporting, and presentation of results.
+ Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage priorities in a fast paced, multi project environment.

+ Experience with pavement tools (e.g., AASHTOWare Pavement ME, Circly, KENPAVE, EverStress, or equivalent), and data interpretation for FWD, GPR, and IRI.
+ Exposure to materials testing (binders, asphalt, concrete, granulars), specifications, and mix design fundamentals.
+ Familiarity with GIS workflows for asset mapping and program planning, and/or basic scripting for data processing (e.g., Excel VBA/Python)

**Job Description**
**Scope of Responsibilities**
* Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
* Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
* Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
**Commercial Governance and Communication Protocols**
* Lead the Change Control process and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with our client, as well as ad-hoc meetings with our client contractors.Valuation and Milestone Planning
* Define and agree on the valuation schedule with the GC, within the given contractual framework.
* Review and validate milestone-based payment schedules for our client specialist contractors, agreed during procurement and by contract (e.g., refrigeration, racking, oxygen systems).
**Change Management and Instructions**
* Review and agree on the cost and time impact of all Change Orders with the GC, specialist contractors, the DF, and our client.
* Maintain and regularly update a Change Control Register for all contracts, including anticipated changes and contra charges.
**Monthly Valuations**
* Conduct monthly valuations of completed works for the GC package.
* Review and validate milestone achievements for specialist contractors for compliance.
**On Site requirements**
* Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
* Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and workforce effectively to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local and state regulations, as well as company safety policies.
* Effective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
* Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular status reports to ensure timelines are met.
* Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets required standards.
* 100% on site, Noblejas, Toledo, Spain.
**Qualifications**
* Technical Architecture, Building Engineer or related qualifications.
* Working proficiency in English/Spanish
* 3 to 4 years on site experience required
