Supervisor Almacén
Inspección y organización del área logística del almacén, tanto a nivel de mercancía y productos como a nivel de gestión de personal, con el objetivo de distribuir a los clientes los pedidos de mercancía en tiempo y forma.
Las Responsabilidades incluyen:
- Organización y gestión de recursos humanos y técnicos
- Desarrollo y control de la actividad siguiendo los procedimientos operativos establecidos
- Análisis y resolución de incidencias
- Cumplimiento de planificación, indicadores, registros y cuadro de control
- Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados con el cliente, objetivos de productividad, fiabilidad de stock, mermas de producto, absentismo y siniestralidad
- Cumplimiento de las normas internas: calidad, medio ambiente y prevención
- Orden y limpieza en las áreas de trabajo, correcto estado de instalación y medios técnicos.
- Mantenimiento del buen clima laboral
Cualificación
- Preferible FP II, Ciclos formativos de grado superior con conocimientos en el área logística
- Muy valorable curso superior en Logística.
- Supervisor de operaciones con experiencia preferiblemente en Ecommerce.
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos
- Paquete Office e Internet a nivel avanzado
- Conocimientos de programas informáticos de gestión de almacenes.
- Nivel medio de inglés para poder comunicarse con el cliente
- Disponibilidad para hacer turnos rotativos de 6 a 14 y de 14 a 22

Your responsibilities include.

Position Summary:
Supervises the activities of the Casino gaming table such as Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice and related services by performing the following essential duties.
Hiring Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years dealer experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stub Poker, Dice and other related table games. (shipboard experience preferred)
- Ability to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages.
- Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations.
- Ability to observe and recognize payout accuracy, Dealer behavior and associated activities.
- Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
- Ability to utilize customer service skills by exercising authority and discretion to satisfy guests in manner consistent with Celebrity Connections standards.
- Knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function. Ability to supervise an international team of Dealers in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or recommend termination of employment.
- Ability to learn the financial aspects of a casino operation, including the successful identification of expense reduction through cost control. Demonstrated aptitude for the management of headcount within assigned area, as it relates to and supports the business needs of the vessel.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word, and or related programs.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
+ Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
+ Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
+ Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
+ Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

**Misión del puesto:**
El objetivo principal es garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, seguridad y entrega al cliente, impulsando al mismo tiempo una cultura de mejora continua.
**Responsabilidades clave:**
+ Supervisar las actividades diarias de producción de, entre otros, baterías, cuadros eléctricos y máquinas de aire acondicionado
+ Gestionar un equipo directo de 20 a 30 operarios, asegurando su rendimiento y desarrollo.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, plazos y seguridad en planta.
+ Aplicar metodologías de mejora continua como **QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)** y liderar proyectos **KAIZEN** .
+ Participar activamente en reuniones diarias de producción:
+ seguimiento por turno con el equipo de línea.
+ reuniones interdepartamentales para tratar resultados e incidencias.
+ Coordinarse de forma transversal con departamentos de soporte (mantenimiento, calidad, logística, etc.).
+ Detectar y resolver desviaciones operativas de manera proactiva.
+ Contribuir directamente al logro de los objetivos anuales de la planta mediante la optimización de procesos y recursos.
**Perfil requerido:**
+ Titulación en **Ingeniería Técnica Industrial** o similar.
+ Experiencia mínima de **2 a 3 años en un entorno industrial.**
+ Experiencia demostrable en **gestión de equipos** en entorno de producción.
+ Inglés min. B1

**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Coordinate and supervise the laboratory's daily activities related to stability studies of human plasma-derived products, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established procedures, quality standards and GMP requirements.
+ Be involved in the review of data and analytical records, verifying that results are obtained in compliance with procedures and are properly documented.
+ Collaborate in the evaluation of results and in the identification of potential deviations or incidents associated with ongoing studies.
+ Supervise laboratory personnel, ensuring appropriate task allocation, training in procedures and compliance with safety and quality standards.
+ Participate in equipment management (stability chambers, analytical instrumentation) and in monitoring storage conditions.
