**Job Description:**
As a Senior Global Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for shaping the global narrative and driving the success of Ormco's products, specifically the Damon / Brackets & Wires side of our Orthodontic products. Be the champion for our users, ensuring our offerings resonate with their needs and stand out in the competitive landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for execution, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to create engaging content that fuels growth.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop and execute global product marketing strategies and plans** that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and growth across different regions.
+ **Create compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging** that clearly articulates the clinical value, outcomes and differentiation to target audiences across various channels and regions.
+ **Conduct in-depth market research and analysis** to uncover critical insights into customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience identification.
+ **Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies** that support key growth drivers, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, case studies, presentations, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
+ **Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams** including Product Management throughout the product lifecycle, Sales, and Marketing (Global and Regional teams) to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
+ **Regional collaboration and support:** Serve as a point of contact and advocate for regional marketing teams, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure effective implementation of global initiatives.
+ **Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)** to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

**Job Description**
The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. The role is predominantly internal-facing but customer contact will be required.
+ Manage the end to end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for Customers and Channel Marketing Team
+ Liaising with customers to ensure that the proof of execution and their invoice is correct and provided in a timely manner
+ Liaising with T1 and T2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures
+ Be the main point of contact for Distribution Finance Teams to upload Claims and all Credit Note queries.
+ Maintain individual Distribution Partner Claim Upload process.
+ Main point of contact with Finance in case there are any Queries or Issues.-
+ Run reporting on budget investment, claim status, budget movement, customer activities and ad hoc reporting as required
+ Manage uploading and transfer of budget into Salesforce / Oracle Cloud as required

**A Day in the Life**
Service Marketing leader to drive the EMEA Service Marketing strategy and help shape the future growth of our service business. This role will partner closely with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop competitive service offerings, identify market opportunities, and create strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
