- Provide consultation to customers and monitors in interpretation of audit observations and formulation of corrective action plans
- Review, approve investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action Prevention (CAPA) and Effectiveness Check (EC) plans and track till closure for quality events arising from Audits; and from Quality Issues, Inspections or during similar QA activities as assigned.
- Evaluate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations/guidelines and provide recommendations to management for continuous process improvements
- Maintains the electronic quality management system (eQMS) and provides support in relation to the audit lifecycle
- Lead/collaborate/support in QA initiatives/projects for quality, process improvements
- Assist in training of new Quality Assurance staff
- May be required to manage Quality Issues

**Qualifications**

- 5 years experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area, of which 3 years in Quality Assurance Audits.
- Experienced in the conduct of clinical trial Investigator site audits.
- Experience in the conduct of clinical study report/data management clinical trial audits is preferred.

Un grupo internacional con foco en Data & AI busca un/a Data Architect Senior con perfil híbrido de Data Engineering + GenAI. El rol combina diseño y mantenimiento de arquitecturas de datos cloud a gran escala con desarrollo de soluciones de IA generativa (RAG, LLMs, NLP, agentes inteligentes).


Sobre el rol

Trabajarás transversalmente con equipos técnicos y de negocio, definiendo estándares de gobierno y calidad del dato, optimizando el procesamiento y llevando a producción casos de uso de GenAI. Rol de referente técnico con impacto directo en la estrategia data & AI de la organización.


Lo que harás

  • Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de datos cloud a gran escala.
  • Desarrollar pipelines ML end-to-end, con foco en sistemas RAG multimodales y agentes inteligentes.
  • Diseñar y mantener DAGs con Cloud Composer o Airflow.
  • Optimizar consultas en BigQuery (rendimiento, particiones, costes) y equivalentes en AWS (Athena, Glue).
  • Desarrollar librerías y soluciones en Python (posible uso puntual de Java o Node.js).
  • Definir estándares de gobierno y calidad del dato, así como buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Llevar soluciones GenAI a producción desde ideación hasta monitorización continua.
  • Coordinar transversalmente con múltiples equipos, ofreciendo soporte técnico experto.
  • Identificar y explorar oportunidades emergentes de GenAI y presentar propuestas de valor.


Imprescindibles

  • 5+ años en desarrollo y optimización de código Python + SQL, manejando grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Trayectoria probada como Data Architect o Senior Data Engineer, liderando proyectos complejos a gran escala.
  • Dominio avanzado de al menos uno de estos clouds en producción:

Job Purpose
The Business Product Manager - Google Cloud will be working with StreamOne Ion delivery lifecycle , from the first business request through to value realization . StreamOne is TD SYNNEX's global cloud commerce platform, enabling partners to manage, provision, bill, and grow their multi-cloud business through a single unified experience.

This person will be acting as the bridge between business stakeholders , including Regional Business Platform Owners in the regions, and the engineering delivery team, the Business Product Manager translates business needs into actionable, sized, and prioritized work items .

This role focuses on Google Cloud , requiring understanding of the Google Cloud business , including vendor programs, commercial models, marketplace, partner ecosystem, market trends, and future roadmap. The successful candidate will work closely with Google as a vendor , understand upcoming program changes, gather input from the business, and translate requirements into clear delivery items for the engineering team and internal teams.

The candidate must be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, billing flows, marketplace capabilities, and digital commerce processes .

Responsibilities
  • Own the Google Cloud roadmap, vision, and backlog for StreamOne Ion.
  • Act as the single accountable business owner for Google Cloud initiatives from intake through delivery and value realization.
  • Build strong relationships with Google stakeholders to understand future roadmaps, platform changes, and business priorities.
  • Translate Google program, marketplace, billing, API, and commercial changes into clear business requirements.
  • Partner with Regional Business Platform Owners to understand business needs, priorities, risks, and adoption requirements.
  • Work with Engineering, Technical Product Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable work.
  • Maintain a prioritized Epic and Feature backlog , ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and Definition of Ready standard
  • Coordinate intake, scope alignment, demos, testing, functional adoption and release updates across business, regional, Google, engineering delivery team, and other internal stakeholders.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, and Platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud / GWS and GCP , including business models, partner programs, marketplace, billing, commercial models, and vendor ecosystem.
  • Experience working with hyperescalers , ideally Google Cloud or another major cloud provider Microsoft, AWS.
  • Strong technical literacy across APIs, integrations, UX, platform workflows, billing, and digital commerce .
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe , backlog prioritization, PI Planning, Epics, and Features.
  • Experience defining business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, prioritization, and commercial awareness .

This role demands a professional who can coordinate internally and externally to track, report, and foster all aspects of the partnership, and ensure full execution of our strategic vision for EMEA. **Key Responsibilities**
**Regional pipeline management** : Tracking of new opportunities & proactive deals, partner sourced deals, large deals & proactive deals, % of deals tagged with right contribution within predefined time (month/quarter)
**Data** : Support alliance teams in markets with on time availability of complete data for alliance performance reports (periodic & adhoc) - financial & non-financial
**Joint Account Plans:** Track account interlocks as per our commitments in the SPA & resulting pipeline
**Deal registry :** ensure pipeline and registered deals in Google partner portal are growing and correlate to the NTT Data pipeline
**GTM programs** : Track progress of GTM programs and strategic initiatives
**Create reporting dashboards :** pipeline, influenced revenue, wins/bookings, funds, invoices, rebates, inflow/outflow of incentives, certifications , Ensure consistent and timely data sharing for Global dashboard creation.
**Partner portal** : Track NTT Data tagged deals in Google Partner Portal, registrations approval and denials - drive approvals, manage strategic initiative programs and plays through Google partner portal
**Rebate program** : work closely with NTT Data delivery teams and Google to ensure consistent tracking and updating of project id's for consumption rebate program
**Manage PSF/DAF/other funding programs:** Ensure proper creation of SOW's to maximize partner investments, track milestones with project team, ensure timely PO submission, manage financial investments flow
**Strategic Initiatives** : Track marketing initiatives and demand generation campaigns as relevant for each of the strategic initiative plays in our program, in collaboration with our regional alliance leaders and GTM teams/practice.
**Field Education and Readiness:** own NTT Data field education on Google cloud partner programs and Tools (partner portal, Incentive, Campaigns)
**Regional Contracts** : Act as the custodian/maintain repository of all regional contracts with GCP. Track expiry and renewal of existing and creation of new contracts as relevant along with the regional alliance leaders
**MBRs & QBRs:** Act as the primary point of contact for management of country wise MBRs (internal) and regional QBRs with Google.
