We are looking for a **Data Architect** to join Kyndryl's Applications, Data & AI (ADAI) practice, supporting strategic enterprise data transformation initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Optimizar consultas en BigQuery (rendimiento, particiones, costes) y equivalentes en AWS (Athena, Glue).

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic **Strategic Alliance Operations Specialist** to oversee our **Google** partnership in EMEA.
This role demands a professional who can coordinate internally and externally to track, report, and foster all aspects of the partnership, and ensure full execution of our strategic vision for EMEA. This role is critical to align our mission, strengthen the partnership, and drive the roadmap to success. The professional will support the Alliances Managers in they day to day responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Regional pipeline management** : Tracking of new opportunities & proactive deals, partner sourced deals, large deals & proactive deals, % of deals tagged with right contribution within predefined time (month/quarter)
**Data** : Support alliance teams in markets with on time availability of complete data for alliance performance reports (periodic & adhoc) - financial & non-financial
**Joint Account Plans:** Track account interlocks as per our commitments in the SPA & resulting pipeline
**Deal registry :** ensure pipeline and registered deals in Google partner portal are growing and correlate to the NTT Data pipeline
**GTM programs** : Track progress of GTM programs and strategic initiatives
**Create reporting dashboards :** pipeline, influenced revenue, wins/bookings, funds, invoices, rebates, inflow/outflow of incentives, certifications , Ensure consistent and timely data sharing for Global dashboard creation.
**Partner portal** : Track NTT Data tagged deals in Google Partner Portal, registrations approval and denials - drive approvals, manage strategic initiative programs and plays through Google partner portal
**Rebate program** : work closely with NTT Data delivery teams and Google to ensure consistent tracking and updating of project id's for consumption rebate program
**Manage PSF/DAF/other funding programs:** Ensure proper creation of SOW's to maximize partner investments, track milestones with project team, ensure timely PO submission, manage financial investments flow
**Strategic Initiatives** : Track marketing initiatives and demand generation campaigns as relevant for each of the strategic initiative plays in our program, in collaboration with our regional alliance leaders and GTM teams/practice.
**Field Education and Readiness:** own NTT Data field education on Google cloud partner programs and Tools (partner portal, Incentive, Campaigns)
**Regional Contracts** : Act as the custodian/maintain repository of all regional contracts with GCP. Track expiry and renewal of existing and creation of new contracts as relevant along with the regional alliance leaders
**MBRs & QBRs:** Act as the primary point of contact for management of country wise MBRs (internal) and regional QBRs with Google.

En TD SYNNEX buscamos incorporar un/a Business Development Specialist - Google Cloud cuya misión principal será impulsar el crecimiento del negocio Google Cloud dentro de nuestro ecosistema de partners. Esta persona será responsable de identificar, captar y desarrollar nuevos partners, acompañándolos durante su proceso de onboarding y ayudándoles a evolucionar dentro de los distintos programas y modelos de engagement de Google.
Trabajará de forma estrecha con los equipos de ventas, negocio y fabricante para maximizar las oportunidades comerciales, fomentar la adopción de las soluciones Google Cloud y contribuir al crecimiento de la base de partners y clientes.
Objetivo del puesto: Incrementar la adopción y el crecimiento del negocio Google Cloud mediante la captación, desarrollo y activación de partners, contribuyendo a la expansión sostenible del ecosistema Google dentro de TD SYNNEX.
Qué és lo que harás:
- Identificar y captar nuevos partners con potencial para desarrollar negocio en Google Cloud.
- Gestionar y coordinar el proceso de incorporación (onboarding) de nuevos partners.
- Acompañar a los partners en su desarrollo dentro del ecosistema de Google Cloud, ayudándoles a alcanzar los distintos niveles y certificaciones del programa.
- Promover la adopción y comercialización de las soluciones Google Cloud, Google Workspace y tecnologías asociadas.
- Actuar como punto de referencia para consultas relacionadas con programas, herramientas y procesos de Google.
- Colaborar con los equipos comerciales para identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar pipeline.
- Dar seguimiento al rendimiento de los partners, identificando planes de acción y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las novedades del portfolio de Google Cloud, incluyendo inteligencia artificial, ciberseguridad y soluciones de colaboración.
- Participar en campañas, eventos, iniciativas de enablement y actividades de generación de demanda.
Qué buscamos en ti:
- Experiencia trabajando con fabricantes cloud, distribuidores IT o ecosistemas de canal .
- Experiencia previa en posiciones de Business Development, Channel Development o Senior Internal Sales dentro del sector tecnológico.
- Experiencia o familiaridad con Google Cloud Console , incluyendo gestión de proyectos, administración y facturación.
- Conocimiento de Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , incluyendo su infraestructura, servicios cloud y propuestas de valor para clientes y partners.
- Conocimiento del ecosistema Google Workspace y sus principales soluciones de productividad y colaboración.
- Conocimiento de las capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial de Google , especialmente Gemini y su propuesta de valor para empresas.
- Conocimientos básicos de las soluciones de Ciberseguridad de Google , incluyendo SecOps, Google Threat Intelligence (GTI) y Mandiant.
- Nivel alto de español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Valorable certificaciones relacionadas con Google Cloud o experiencia previa trabajando con soluciones Google.
