Nuestro equipo de **Ingeniería de Estructuras y Puentes** cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en diseño de puentes y estructuras en EE.UU., Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Canadá, Latinoamérica y Oriente Medio. Participarás en todas las fases del desarrollo de proyectos, desde estudios conceptuales y de viabilidad, hasta anteproyectos y diseños detallados, abarcando una amplia variedad de tipologías de puentes y estructuras. Formarás parte de grandes equipos multidisciplinares para clientes públicos y privados, incluyendo importantes proyectos llave en mano (Design and Build) de gran escala.
Principales funciones:
+ Desempeñar el rol de jefe de equipo de puentes (ferroviarios o de carreteras) o de estructuras, dentro de proyectos de tamaño mediano en los que participa EC.
+ Liderar técnicamente el equipo a cargo, integrando cuando así se requiera, recursos de distintas oficinas de EC (España, Polonia, India.).
+ Aportar experiencia y conocimientos técnicos, llevando a cabo diseños de cierta complejidad, determinando diseños alternativos, materiales, técnicas de construcción.
+ Organizar paquetes de trabajo a realizar por EC, elaborando planes de ejecución de proyecto y -en coordinación con clientes internos- definir la estrategia de entrega, incluyendo la composición de los equipos de diseño.
+ Realizar revisiones de control de calidad de los trabajos desarrollados por ingenieros más junior, aprobando los paquetes para su entrega.
+ Responsable de los resultados del equipo y del cumplimiento del presupuesto acordado para un paquete específico de trabajo.
+ Comunicar de manera efectiva con clientes internos y miembros del equipo para aclarar expectativas y requisitos del proyecto.
+ Formar, ejercer de mentor y evaluar a los miembros del equipo menos experimentados (dentro de EC Europa u otras oficinas de EC).

**Requisitos**
+ Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puentes.
+ Mínimo 8 años de probada experiencia en el diseño de puentes y/o estructuras, incluyendo experiencia con equipos internacionales y multiculturales.
+ Inglés fluido (oral y escrito)

**About the Team**

**Work Arrangement**

**Pay Transparency**

Description
Do you want to build the systems that keep millions of packages moving on time across Amazon's transportation network? We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to help us design, build, and operate the production infrastructure behind a system that tells fulfillment centers and trucks exactly how fast packages should flow - every hour, across thousands of routes.
In this role, you will own software that processes dozens of complex inputs, transforms them into reliable signals, and delivers them to systems that make real-time decisions about when packages ship, when trucks depart, and how capacity is allocated across the network. You will write production-quality code in Python, design event-driven architectures on AWS, build automated quality validation frameworks, and solve distributed systems challenges that directly impact operational performance at Amazon scale.
What makes this role compelling is the combination of complexity and impact. You are not building something theoretical - you are building software that downstream systems depend on every single day to move packages for customers worldwide. You will tackle real production problems: ensuring five-nines availability, designing systems that balance rapid model iteration with production stability, integrating with critical transportation systems, and building the monitoring and diagnostics that keep everything running. If you enjoy owning systems end-to-end, writing clean code that operates at scale, and solving hard problems where reliability truly matters, this is the role for you.

Basic Qualifications

**About the Team**
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our EMEA Technical Support (SRE) team based in Barcelona. Our SRE team comprises talented individuals working collaboratively to deliver the best support to our customers promptly. As a team, we are focused on maintaining high system reliability and availability.
You will report to the Support Manager, who provides guidance and support in ensuring seamless operations within the team. At Nutanix, we offer a hybrid work setup where employees are expected to be in the office for three days a week. **Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. **Pay Transparency**
