- Asesorar sobre procesos de reestructuración laboral, EREs y ERTEs.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre la legislación laboral, convenios colectivos y jurisprudencia relevante.
- Realizar auditorías laborales para evaluar el cumplimiento normativo.
- Ofrecer formación y charlas sobre derecho laboral a los equipos de recursos humanos y directivos.
- Gestionar la comunicación y las relaciones con los clientes, asegurando su satisfacción.
- Título de Licenciado/Graduado en Derecho.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como abogado laboralista, demostrando un conocimiento profundo y práctico de la materia.
- Sólida experiencia en litigación laboral y en asesoramiento a empresas en materia de contratación y despidos.
- Conocimiento experto del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y legislación conexa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, gestionar eficientemente el tiempo y las prioridades en un entorno remoto.
- Dominio del español; el conocimiento del inglés es una ventaja.

**About the role**
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-border transactions in the healthcare and life sciences sector, including data-driven and technology-enabled businesses. As a key part of the IQVIA M&A legal team, you will be providing legal support on a range of international corporate transactions. You will support the Assistant General Counsel, EMEA M&A and Integration and also have autonomy and responsibility for your own M&A, investment, reorganisations and other corporate transaction projects in the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with other members of the in-house legal team in other jurisdictions and across functions to drive IQVIA's growth agenda. **Key responsibilities**
+ As part of the EMEA M&A legal team, provide high level advice and support on the lifecycle of M&A, joint venture, investment, internal reorganisations and other corporate transaction projects.
+ Deliver business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders on all matters related to corporate transactions including diligence, legal documentation and regulatory filings. Proactively identify potential legal risks and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend appropriate actions and/or mitigation strategies.
+ Collaborate with and facilitate decision-making across multiple internal stakeholders including the Corporate Development team.
+ Accountability for adapting, driving and implementing new M&A templates, innovations and processes within EMEA including standardisation of documentation and improvement initiatives.
+ Provide strong support and guidance to the business and legal teams throughout the integration process.
+ Manage external counsel, where required, efficiently and effectively.
+ Promote a forward-thinking legal operations approach, lead and support projects, including process improvements, template and playbooks drafting, and new business initiatives, including the use of AI, to enhance legal operations. Support with the development, maintenance and dissemination of legal training, know-how and best practices for the legal, business and functional teams.
**Qualifications and experience**
+ Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in law, Juris Doctor or equivalent, with active license to practice law in applicable jurisdiction.
+ At least 6 years of relevant legal experience, specifically on cross-border M&A and corporate transactions across EMEA or globally, having trained and/or had post-qualification experience at an international law firm and/or in-house.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Excellent judgement with the ability to anticipate and identify issues.
+ Self-reliant, hard-working and results-orientated, with an ability to engage in complex problem solving.

Buscamos un/a Head of Legal – Iberia para liderar la función jurídica de una compañía multinacional del sector tecnológico.
La persona seleccionada será un partner estratégico del negocio , proporcionando asesoramiento jurídico de alto nivel, impulsando el crecimiento de la compañía desde una perspectiva legal y garantizando una adecuada gestión de riesgos en un entorno internacional.
Trabajará de forma transversal con las áreas de Ventas, Procurement, Recursos Humanos, Finanzas, Operaciones y Dirección, participando en proyectos de gran impacto tanto a nivel local como internacional.
Funciones:
- Asesorar a las distintas áreas de negocio en la toma de decisiones estratégicas desde el punto de vista jurídico.
- Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos comerciales complejos (SaaS, outsourcing, licencias, acuerdos de servicios, partnerships, proveedores, etc.).
- Dar soporte a los equipos comerciales y de compras durante los procesos de negociación.
- Gestionar los riesgos legales asociados a la actividad de la compañía.

- Coordinar despachos externos cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:

· Acostumbrado a trabajar con volúmenes altos de trabajo y ambientes dinámicos.
· Valorable experiencia en tramitación procesal

**Your Impact**
As a legal advisor for Sales in France, you will provide support on day-to-day operations and commercial engagements while partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, offer risk assessments, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews, and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. This team is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Corporate Counsel to provide regulatory guidance across a broad spectrum of EMEA environmental, supply chain, and product focused regulations. - Coordinar, preparar y gestionar procedimientos judiciales y administrativos en el ámbito laboral.
- Elaborar informes, escritos y documentación jurídica laboral, proporcionando soporte especializado a las distintas áreas de negocio.
- Participar en la resolución de conflictos laborales individuales y colectivos, velando por los intereses de la Compañía.
- Mantener la interlocución con la representación legal de las personas trabajadoras.
- Gestionar y asesorar en la aplicación de medidas disciplinarias y otras actuaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
- Colaborar en la elaboración, actualización e implantación de procedimientos y políticas laborales internas.
- Realizar seguimiento de las novedades legislativas, jurisprudenciales y normativas en materia laboral y de Seguridad Social, evaluando su impacto en la organización.

- Licenciado en Derecho
- Colegiación como letrado o graduado social
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en representación y defensa en juzgados y organismo oficiales
- Valorable Máster es Asesoría Jurídica y Laboral

**Job Summary**
The Contract Specialists is a member of the AVEVA Contract Management (CM) team and will be responsible for the preparation and management of contract documents related to the sales activities of the company, from start (generation of a contract request) to finish (contract signature and archiving). The CM team is involved throughout the quote-to-fulfilment process and is responsible for coordinating with other stakeholders in the process such as Sales, Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk and Fulfilment teams to ensure that contracts are delivered as per business deadlines and in compliance with AVEVA's policies.
We are looking for a Contract Specialist who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills and who has knowledge of contractual and legal terminology. The role is part of the Contract Management team and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, supporting various parts of the EMEA region as may be assigned from time to time. working in EMEA time zone.
Please note that while this position reports into the Legal Department, this is not a lawyer/attorney/counsel position.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts related to the sales activities of the company, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant and delivered in the required timeframe.
- Ensure compliance with AVEVA's contracting guidelines, policies, protocols and process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AVEVA's Sales team and other members of the Legal team as well as any other relevant functions and departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Handle queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely responses.
- Support Trade Compliance, Credit Check, bidding and prequalification and any other relevant activities in AVEVA's quote-to-fulfilment process.
- Facilitate the signature of contracts by all parties.
- Store all working papers and signed documents in the corresponding archives, including the inclusion of any references and metadata.
- Draft, prepare and edit (under supervision of Legal and other senior members of the Contract Management team) documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Termination Letters, Novation Letters, Price Escalation notifications etc.
- Support with various administrative tasks as may be assigned.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor 's degree and hands-on experience in commercial contracts management and administration. Significant years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Energetic, proactive, attention to detail and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Willingness and ability to support EMEA time zones, including adjusted working hours when required.
**Beneficial Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in other languages are desirable
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Salesforce, Sharepoint, Acrobat and Docusign CLM.
- Legal background will be a plus (no degree in Law is required)
