L'Architecte Logiciel Senior dirigera l'équipe d'architecture logicielle et pilotera l'intégration et la convergence de toutes les applications GridBeats vers une architecture cohérente unique et des pratiques de développement logiciel communes.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
**Architecture Strategy & Roadmap:**
**Define and maintain the long-term software architecture roadmap across the GridBeats portfolio, including system convergence, platform strategy, and technology evolution.**
**Drive the transition from multiple independent applications towards a coherent platform architecture with shared services, common interfaces, and standardized technologies.**
**Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches and guide their adoption where appropriate.**
**System Integration & Interfaces:**
**Define system boundaries, interface contracts, data ownership, and communication patterns between applications and embedded devices.**
**Ensure interoperability and integration between embedded software, firmware, middleware, backend systems, analytics platforms, and other GE applications.**
**Establish guidelines for APIs, data models, communication protocols, and versioning strategies.**
**Architecture Governance:**
**Establish and lead architecture governance processes including architecture reviews, technical standards, and design guidelines.**
**Ensure teams follow common architectural principles while allowing appropriate team autonomy.**
**Support teams in making architectural decisions and resolving cross-team technical dependencies.**
**Platform & Common Components:**
**Drive development of shared platforms, libraries, and common services to reduce duplication and improve maintainability across the portfolio.**
**Define and promote reusable components and common development frameworks.**
**Quality Attributes:**
**Ensure systems are designed for reliability, scalability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and testability.**
**Work closely with QA, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure architecture supports verification, validation, and compliance requirements.**
**Legacy Systems & Migration:**
**Define migration strategies for legacy systems and ensure backward compatibility and controlled system evolution.**
**Support teams in refactoring, system modernization, and technical debt reduction strategies.**
**Required Must Have Qualifications:**
**Demonstrated senior‑level experience in software engineering, with a solid track record as a software architect.**
**Comprehensive knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices**
**Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Java, C++, C#, Python and JavaScript**
**Proven problem-solving and analysis skills**
**Intimate knowledge with IEC64223 and other relevant cybersecurity related**
**Familiarity with IEC 61850 Data model**
**Experience defining architecture for large-scale, distributed, or embedded software systems.**
**Experience integrating embedded systems with backend/cloud or enterprise software platforms.**
**Experience defining APIs, system interfaces, and data models across multiple systems.**
**Experience with system evolution, migration strategies, and technical debt management.**
**Experience working with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software development toolchains.**
**Understanding of cybersecurity architecture and secure software design.**
**Experience working in industrial, embedded, or safety-critical environments is highly desirable standards.**

**Stratégie et feuille de route de l'architecture :**
+ Définir et maintenir la feuille de route de l'architecture logicielle à long terme pour l'ensemble du portefeuille GridBeats, y compris la convergence des systèmes, la stratégie de plateforme et l'évolution technologique.

+ Établir des directives pour les API, les modèles de données, les protocoles de communication et les stratégies de versioning.
**Gouvernance de l'architecture :**
+ Établir et diriger les processus de gouvernance de l'architecture, incluant les revues d'architecture, les normes techniques et les guides de conception.
+ Veiller à ce que les équipes suivent des principes architecturaux communs tout en permettant une autonomie appropriée.
+ Soutenir les équipes dans la prise de décisions architecturales et la résolution des dépendances techniques inter-équipes.
**Plateforme et composants communs :**
+ Piloter le développement de plateformes partagées, de bibliothèques et de services communs afin de réduire la duplication et d'améliorer la maintenabilité à travers le portefeuille.
+ Définir et promouvoir des composants réutilisables et des cadres de développement communs.
**Attributs de qualité :**
+ S'assurer que les systèmes sont conçus pour la fiabilité, l'évolutivité (scalabilité), la maintenabilité, la cybersécurité et la testabilité.
+ Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'AQ (Assurance Qualité), d'ingénierie système et de cybersécurité pour garantir que l'architecture supporte les exigences de vérification, de validation et de conformité.
**Systèmes hérités (Legacy) et migration :**
+ Définir les stratégies de migration pour les systèmes existants et assurer la rétrocompatibilité ainsi qu'une évolution contrôlée du système.
+ Soutenir les équipes dans le refactoring, la modernisation des systèmes et les stratégies de réduction de la dette technique.
**Qualifications obligatoires :**
+ Expérience confirmée de niveau senior en génie logiciel, avec un solide historique en tant qu'architecte logiciel.
+ Connaissance approfondie des principes de conception logicielle, des patterns et des meilleures pratiques.
+ Expérience avec plusieurs langages de programmation et frameworks tels que Java, C++, C#, Python et JavaScript.
+ Compétences avérées en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
+ Connaissance approfondie de la norme **IEC 62443** (Note : le texte source mentionnait IEC64223, il s'agit probablement d'une coquille pour la norme de cybersécurité industrielle IEC 62443) et d'autres normes pertinentes liées à la cybersécurité.
+ Familiarité avec le modèle de données **IEC 61850** .
+ Expérience dans la définition de l'architecture pour des systèmes logiciels à grande échelle, distribués ou embarqués.
+ Expérience dans l'intégration de systèmes embarqués avec des plateformes backend/cloud ou des logiciels d'entreprise.
