Tus funciones serán:
+ Liderarás el equipo, gestionando planificación, turnos, vacaciones y dimensionamiento según skills y objetivos del servicio.

**Job Title:** RTO Consultant
**Location:** Madrid (Hybrid 3 days in office with customer deployment)

**The Job**
The individual will be part of the Global Optimization group and will participate at senior level in the following activities:
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implementation of Real Time Optimization (RTO) applications in Refinery and Petrochemical units, based on AVEVA Process Optimization (APO) software ( );
+ Maintenance of RTO applications installed base;
+ Act as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the project requirements are fully defined and agreed;
+ Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during project execution;
+ Monitor and control assigned work scope against the project plan, ensure effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities;
+ Reviewing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and contributing to process discussions; completing database or schematic changes, implementing complex calculations for data analysis, manipulating data files and collections lists accurately;
+ Assist and eventually participate on other AVEVA Project Areas.
**Essential Qualifications**
+ Chemical Process and/or Control Engineer with with 10+ years of relevant experience in Optimization of Refinery and/or Petrochemical operations and/or planning.
+ Expert user of rigorous refinery process simulation packages or expert in advanced control applied to Refinery and Petrochemical or both.
+ Fluency in English language. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
**Desirable skills**
+ Familiarity with PI Asset Framework and PI Vision.
+ Programming skills in tcl, Python, Excel VBA, SQL would be a plus.
+ Familiarity with Power BI

+ Implementation of Real Time Optimization (RTO) applications in Refinery and Petrochemical units, based on AVEVA Process Optimization (APO) software ( );
+ Maintenance of RTO applications installed base;
+ Act as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the project requirements are fully defined and agreed;
+ Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during project execution;
+ Monitor and control assigned work scope against the project plan, ensure effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities;
+ Reviewing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and contributing to process discussions; completing database or schematic changes, implementing complex calculations for data analysis, manipulating data files and collections lists accurately;
+ Assist and eventually participate on other AVEVA Project Areas.
**Essential Qualifications**
+ Chemical Process and/or Control Engineer with with 10+ years of relevant experience in Optimization of Refinery and/or Petrochemical operations and/or planning.
+ Expert user of rigorous refinery process simulation packages or expert in advanced control applied to Refinery and Petrochemical or both.
+ Fluency in English language. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
**Desirable skills**
+ Familiarity with PI Asset Framework and PI Vision.
+ Programming skills in tcl, Python, Excel VBA, SQL would be a plus.
+ Familiarity with Power BI

In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and the sellers using coaching, facilitation, analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.
You will facilitate a (virtual) classroom environment that simulates the sales environment and develop sales associates through role-play observation, focused feedback, skill gap analysis, and coaching. In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and the sellers using coaching, facilitation, analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.
You will facilitate a (virtual) classroom environment that simulates the sales environment and develop sales associates through role-play observation, focused feedback, skill gap analysis, and coaching. You will also design coaching plans with actions and opportunities that will lead to specific business results and provide ongoing communication to sales leaders regarding associate aptitude and performance. In addition you will work with our instructional design team and other functional areas across the organization to validate the relevance of the content and collaborate with sales leadership to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives for the salesforce.
In addition to facilitating recurring new hire programs, and ad-hoc corporate initiatives, you are in a way an entrepreneur for your territory and in collaboration with the stakeholders create and deliver booster or deep-dive workshops.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Train sales associates, with a strong focus on new hires, on ADP's sales process, sales messaging, sales methodology (e.g. Challenger Sale, MEDDICC), sales skills and (AI-supported) sales tools.
+ Facilitate real-world environment for immediate, on the job application of the learning.
+ Employ Brandon Hall Group award-winning onboarding training through virtual, instructor-led and coaching-based facilitation.
+ Demonstrates knowledge and mastery of the coaching model in a variety of learning modalities.
+ Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the business, marketplace, competition and strength of ADP's solutions.
+ Proven ability to scope, collaborate, communicate and execute on custom facilitation requests with internal and external business partners.
+ Effectively engages leadership to play a key role in reinforcing the learning.
+ Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales associates and sales leaders.

Your Role
+ Own multi-country portfolio for all standard HR processes and employee lifecycle such as New Hire Onboarding process & New Hire Induction, Immigration & Relocation, Offboarding process, Employee lifecycle.
+ Act as first point of contact for all employees and hiring managers via our People Portal; respond accurately and timely to employee queries, work closely with other CoEs to ensure resolution.
+ Provide compensation changes reports to payroll and finance for monthly actioning.
+ With high focus on compliance, support with financial audits and government surveys, Works Council coordination, perform HR data audits. Maintain employee records, ensure data integrity and accuracy following GDPR regulations.
+ Act as Absence Management Partner: keep record of sickness and time-off plans. Manage long term absence plan cases.
+ Support with projects; implementation of new processes/services/policies and optimization opportunities in collaboration with other CoEs as PBP, Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll
