Key Responsibilities

• Liderar proyectos de transformación digital de principio a fin, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia del cliente.

Requirements

• Experiencia previa demostrable como Gestor/a de Proyectos, preferiblemente en transformación digital, implementación de ERP/CRM, o proyectos de TI a gran escala.
• Sólidos conocimientos de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) y gestión del cambio.
• Comprensión profunda de las tecnologías digitales emergentes (Cloud, IA, Big Data, IoT).
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y gestión de stakeholders.
• Capacidad para analizar procesos de negocio complejos y proponer soluciones innovadoras.

Who you are

AWS is building the future of sovereign cloud computing. As a Principal Technical Program Manager on our Digital Sovereignty team, you will drive strategic programs that enable AWS customers to maintain control over their data while leveraging the full power of AWS cloud services.
You will work directly with the Director of Digital Sovereignty and Managing Director of European Sovereign Cloud to orchestrate technical workstreams that support our global strategy and initiatives.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without authority across a complex, matrixed organization. You will own technology roadmaps, manage portfolios of programs, and drive execution of initiatives with broad cross-organizational impact. You will also help the director to prioritize his external engagements.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop annual strategic plans that align cross-functional technical contributors toward unified business outcomes
- Identify gaps and opportunities across countries, architectures, and organizations
- Influence organizational technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions
- Maintain and foster executive relationships at Director and Vice President levels
- Collaborates with the Director and Go-To-Market team to plan, prepare, and execute high-impact executive customer engagements, ensuring technical discussions are tailored, well-coordinated, and aligned to customer priorities
Program Execution
- Lead global programs and coordinate efforts across matrixed teams of Solution Architects, Technical Business Developers, Technical Program Managers, and Account Managers
- Drive execution through influence and collaboration, providing technical guidance and mentorship without direct reporting relationships
- Define clear, measurable goals and success metrics aligned with internal Amazon customer needs across diverse business units
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints
- Manage team outcomes and cross-functional deliverables using Salesforce and tracking mechanisms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster deep collaboration with AWS service teams (EC2, S3, Global Networking, Bedrock), Infrastructure, Partners, and Professional Services
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that accelerate innovation and customer outcomes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice development across technical contributors
- Build organizational capability and ensure consistent approaches to complex technical challenges
Technical Excellence
- Bring strong, data-driven, and strategic technical judgment to decisions
- Lead design, implementation, and delivery of highly complex cross-functional projects in ambiguous or new technology areas
- Create scalable mechanisms, methodologies, and best practices for the organization
- Recognize and actively steer teams away from prior technology failure patterns
- Write effective narratives (PRFAQs, strategic documentation) and present to senior leadership
- Provides technical review and input to support the go-to-market team in developing, scaling, and maintaining internal and external technical enablement materials, ensuring accuracy and technical credibility across internal and external audiences

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 8+ years experience with Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in digital sovereignty, regulated industry, public sectors, regulators, European data regulations and certifications (GDPR, C5, SecNumCloud, etc).
- Demonstrated experience building processes and working with software development teams
- Experience leading creation, revision, and improvement of standard operational procedures (SOPs).

We're looking for a Content Specialist who can work in Gen-AI content generation, virtual production, and hybrid customer experience (CX) experiments under the guidance of senior team members and managers. This role will support creating innovative experiences using various 3D and Gen-AI technologies for e-commerce. The Content Specialist will work closely with team members to implement production techniques and ensure compatibility with existing platforms.

En el área de Infraestructuras y Transporte queremos ampliar el equipo de Ferrocarriles con un/a Ingeniero/a de Caminos con sólida experiencia para asumir el rol de Autor/a de Proyecto / Director/a de proyectos en contratos de redacción de Proyectos Ferroviarios con administradores ferroviarios nacionales, autonómicos o locales (ADIF, ADIF Alta Velocidad, Dirección General de Planificación y Evaluación de Red, Metro Madrid, etc.).
Formando parte de un gran equipo de profesionales, están serán tus principales responsabilidades:
+ **Liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios:** Gestionar equipos de diseño para proyectos de infraestructura y superestructura ferroviaria de mediana y gran escala, asegurando una integración efectiva de recursos de múltiples oficinas.
+ **Gestión estratégica del proyecto:** Desarrollar y supervisar planes de ejecución alineados con los objetivos del cliente y los requisitos del proyecto, garantizando una entrega eficiente y de alta calidad.
+ **Toma de decisiones técnicas:** Proporcionar experiencia técnica especializada en infraestructuras ferroviarias, liderando decisiones diarias que optimicen diseños y métodos constructivos.

**Requisitos**
+ Título en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
+ Más de 20 años de experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios.
+ Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo de proyectos de construcción, preferentemente con exposición a clientes públicos nacionales.
+ Sólida experiencia en una o más de las siguientes áreas: infraestructuras lineales (ferrocarriles), puentes y estructuras, túneles e ingeniería geotécnica, sistemas hidráulicos y de drenaje.
+ Dominio de software CAD (AutoCAD, MicroStation), herramientas de diseño y modelado (Bentley OpenRoads/OpenRail, PowerRail Track, Civil3D) y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
+ Familiaridad con códigos y normas nacionales e internacionales como Normativa de Adif, Eurocódigos, AASHTO, AREMA, British Standards o equivalentes.
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español (oral y escrita).
+ Capacidad para trabajar de manera flexible en un entorno híbrido.

Como Ingeniero/a de Proyectos de Certificación con sede en Getafe, Madrid (España), usted gestionarás proyectos de certificación de principio a fin, coordinando evaluaciones técnicas, actividades de ensayo y entregables de certificación. Actuarás como principal punto de contacto entre clientes, laboratorios, equipos de certificación y otras partes interesadas, garantizando que los proyectos se ejecuten en plazo y conforme a los requisitos aplicables.

Responsabilidades
