Customer Service Supervisor

Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
Serves as the installation's focal point for supply customer feedback, responding to customer logistics concerns, and proactively anticipating problems that could stand in the way of base units fulfilling their mission. Monitors the overall interface between base maintenance operations and the materiel management system. Provides guidance and instruction to base work centers on the proper utilization of supply management systems and products. Performs all necessary document control, research, and base-level records maintenance functions to ensure transaction accuracy and system integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Coordinates with Resource Advisors and creates, modifies, and deletes organizational supply accounts in ILS-S and ELMS
+ Audits customers supply accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to financial and inventory regulations
+ Tracks, processes, and provides status on customer backorders by interfacing with enterprise partners at 635 and 735 SCOGs
+ Monitors supply listings to ensure priority orders are processed rapidly to keep aircraft and defense systems operational
+ Supports customers during degraded operations with manual accounting recovery procedures to keep operational readiness
+ Acts as authority for document control through daily transaction audits ensuring signed documents match computer records
+ Maintains Custodian Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing files. Ensures units order equipment according to authorizations
+ Manages internal transfer of equipment between base units and coordinates disposition of obsolete or excess equipment
+ Coordinates and tracks communications security (COMSEC) items, which are subject to stringent national security controls
+ Accounts for and updates deployment-ready War Reserve Materiel assets to support wartime taskings. Tracks Capital Assets
+ Performs as the liaison between the base customers and logistics function.
Basic Qualifications
+ Shall meet the qualifications of AFSC 2S071, Supply Management Craftsman, as defined in AFI
+ Shall have two years of experience in base supply customer service
+ Shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Shall be proficient with ordering equipment, parts, and supplies
+ Mastery of the Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and related database products FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, and ELMS
+ Knowledge of Air Force Materiel Management publications, specifically DAFMAN 23-300 and ILS-S User's Manual
+ Experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, and identifying process improvements

Job Summary
Serves as the installation's focal point for supply customer feedback, responding to customer logistics concerns, and proactively anticipating problems that could stand in the way of base units fulfilling their mission. Monitors the overall interface between base maintenance operations and the materiel management system. Provides guidance and instruction to base work centers on the proper utilization of supply management systems and products. Performs all necessary document control, research, and base-level records maintenance functions to ensure transaction accuracy and system integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities

+ Acts as authority for document control through daily transaction audits ensuring signed documents match computer records

**In this role you will:**
- Ensure the efficient, smooth running of operational and commercial activities for the assigned client portfolio.
- Drive sustainable growth by identifying portfolio expansion opportunities and deepening relationships, leveraging HSBC's product suite while maintaining strong credit quality in line with HSBC credit standards, policies and processes.
- Maintain close coordination with HSBC's international network to respond quickly to client queries, provide local support abroad and capture cross-border opportunities.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions across trade and working capital finance, cash management, DCM, AM and MSS, partnering with product specialists.
- Ensure the portfolio meets all internal and external regulatory requirements, including KYC, Compliance and financial crime risk management across the client lifecycle.
- Own all credit aspects of the relationship, including annual reviews, early issue identification, escalation and remedial management.
- Manage operational and reputational risk by adhering to HSBC Standards and policies, applying sound ethical judgement, and transparently reporting/escalating control issues or breaches.
**You should apply if you have:**
- Strong academic background
- Previous working experience in a similar role within International banks or international division of domestic banks
- Proven expertise in risk assessment and ability to proactively manage risks
- Knowledge and fluency in English, Spanish
- Proactive attitude, eager to take on responsibilities and able to work well in an international high-performance team
- Stress resilience, and can shift quickly between different responsibilities
- MS Office proficiency

**What you'll get in return:**
The pay range for this role is 50,000 - 60,000
