Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
Serves as the installation's focal point for supply customer feedback, responding to customer logistics concerns, and proactively anticipating problems that could stand in the way of base units fulfilling their mission. Monitors the overall interface between base maintenance operations and the materiel management system. Provides guidance and instruction to base work centers on the proper utilization of supply management systems and products. Performs all necessary document control, research, and base-level records maintenance functions to ensure transaction accuracy and system integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Coordinates with Resource Advisors and creates, modifies, and deletes organizational supply accounts in ILS-S and ELMS
+ Audits customers supply accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to financial and inventory regulations
+ Tracks, processes, and provides status on customer backorders by interfacing with enterprise partners at 635 and 735 SCOGs
+ Monitors supply listings to ensure priority orders are processed rapidly to keep aircraft and defense systems operational
+ Supports customers during degraded operations with manual accounting recovery procedures to keep operational readiness
+ Acts as authority for document control through daily transaction audits ensuring signed documents match computer records
+ Maintains Custodian Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing files. Ensures units order equipment according to authorizations
+ Manages internal transfer of equipment between base units and coordinates disposition of obsolete or excess equipment
+ Coordinates and tracks communications security (COMSEC) items, which are subject to stringent national security controls
+ Accounts for and updates deployment-ready War Reserve Materiel assets to support wartime taskings. Tracks Capital Assets
+ Performs as the liaison between the base customers and logistics function.
Basic Qualifications
+ Shall meet the qualifications of AFSC 2S071, Supply Management Craftsman, as defined in AFI
+ Shall have two years of experience in base supply customer service
+ Shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Shall be proficient with ordering equipment, parts, and supplies
+ Mastery of the Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and related database products FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, and ELMS
+ Knowledge of Air Force Materiel Management publications, specifically DAFMAN 23-300 and ILS-S User's Manual
+ Experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, and identifying process improvements
+ Ability to train and mentor while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
+ Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and material handling practices
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in supply, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
+ Knowledge of quality assurance, property accountability, and asset management practices
+ Knowledge of military or commercial supply regulations and procurement procedures

The job holder will join the ICG coverage team in Spain, covering clients primarily in the banking and insurance space with a strong focus on developping opportunities in close coordination with product partners worldwide. Additionally the candidate will also be responsible to manage the relationships of foreign institutional clients with operations in Spain.

- Ensure the efficient, smooth running of operational and commercial activities for the assigned client portfolio.
- Drive sustainable growth by identifying portfolio expansion opportunities and deepening relationships, leveraging HSBC's product suite while maintaining strong credit quality in line with HSBC credit standards, policies and processes.
- Maintain close coordination with HSBC's international network to respond quickly to client queries, provide local support abroad and capture cross-border opportunities.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions across trade and working capital finance, cash management, DCM, AM and MSS, partnering with product specialists.

**Misión del puesto:**
El objetivo principal es garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, seguridad y entrega al cliente, impulsando al mismo tiempo una cultura de mejora continua.
**Responsabilidades clave:**
+ Supervisar las actividades diarias de producción de, entre otros, baterías, cuadros eléctricos y máquinas de aire acondicionado
+ Gestionar un equipo directo de 20 a 30 operarios, asegurando su rendimiento y desarrollo.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, plazos y seguridad en planta.
+ Aplicar metodologías de mejora continua como **QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)** y liderar proyectos **KAIZEN** .
+ Participar activamente en reuniones diarias de producción:
+ seguimiento por turno con el equipo de línea.
+ reuniones interdepartamentales para tratar resultados e incidencias.
+ Coordinarse de forma transversal con departamentos de soporte (mantenimiento, calidad, logística, etc.).
+ Detectar y resolver desviaciones operativas de manera proactiva.
+ Contribuir directamente al logro de los objetivos anuales de la planta mediante la optimización de procesos y recursos.
**Perfil requerido:**
+ Titulación en **Ingeniería Técnica Industrial** o similar.
+ Experiencia mínima de **2 a 3 años en un entorno industrial.**
+ Experiencia demostrable en **gestión de equipos** en entorno de producción.
+ Inglés min. B1

**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Customer Service Representative will process routine customer facing order management activities. In this role, you will use your general understanding of customer service practices and procedures to help execute well established customer service activities for basic and middle service level customers. + Receive and process straightforward customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures.

+ Assist customers and senior staff with order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order.
+ Assist in processing standard document requests from customers and confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications to customer.
+ Escalate undocumented issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff.
+ Proactively identify risks and opportunities, within area of scope, to improve the order management processes.
+ Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

+ Análisis y resolución de los reportes que alertan de PO delivery Block, pedidos y albaranes abiertos, límites de crédito no liberados, VF04 (pedidos pendientes de facturar por algún tipo de error).
+ Gestión de pedidos scope de CX (instrumentales, muestras, DF, caducados, recambios reparaciones, ROSA, PSI, recogidas, Abonos, MA, PER, Service Fee, etc.).
+ Gestión de las incidencias con almacén y empresas de transporte.
+ Si el gestor tiene asignado un hospital cuyo order/facturación dependen de GBS, debe dar asistencia, soporte y/o formación al mencionado equipo, así como resolver las incidencias que ocasionen estos.
+ Hacer de BU dentro de CX y OM si procede.
+ Mantener actualizadas las fichas de clientes.
