As part of this strategic launch, they are looking for a Account executive Enterprise mid-senior to take ownership of the DACH market, driving new logo acquisition and building a strong commercial presence in the region.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role reporting directly to the VP of Growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enterprise New Business Development: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise retailers and D2C manufacturers across DACH.
  • Pipeline Generation & Outbound Strategy: Build and execute a structured outbound approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to generate a strong and consistent pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling (AI / Pricing): Engage senior stakeholders (Pricing Managers, Category Directors, CFOs, CIOs) and translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes (margin uplift, revenue growth, efficiency gains).
  • Complex Deal Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from €50k to €150k+.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE / Business Development), with exposure to complex sales cycles.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand business challenges and position value-driven solutions rather than features.
  • Hunter Mentality: Strong outbound capabilities and a proactive approach to building pipeline from scratch.
  • Market Builder Mentality: Comfortable operating with autonomy, launching or scaling a market, and taking ownership.
  • Languages: Fluent or native german, professional efficiency in spanish and english

About the Opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and working hands-on with distributed systems in production.

You'll join a large-scale cloud transformation programme focused on modernising critical platform capabilities across a global organisation

  • Hybrid | Madrid or UK
  • Senior / Staff level (+5 years of experience)
  • Up to 85k (higher salaries can be considered according profile)


What You'll Work On

  • Building and evolving cloud-native platform capabilities on AWS
  • Developing and operating event-driven systems using Kafka
  • Provisioning infrastructure through Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
  • Improving platform reliability, scalability, and observability
  • Debugging complex production issues across distributed systems
  • Automating platform operations and deployment workflows
  • Enabling engineering teams through platform tooling and self-service capabilities
  • Working closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery velocity
