Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot a range of hardware and software issues, and support IT infrastructure both in office and on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all employees across the organization.

• Troubleshoot a wide variety of issues including connectivity problems, data access, network failures, low computer performance, and cloud migration.

• Installation and configuration of user and commonly used equipment and devices, including - install updates, perform repairs, carry out maintenance tasks, and handle data transfers.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with multiple devices such as printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and servers.

• Respond to and resolve user-generated support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or a similar field. (MS O365, Windows 11 and Windows Server)

• At least 1 year of experience in similar support tasks, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. 2 years of experience is a strong plus.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

El Departamento de Servicio juega un papel crucial en el mantenimiento del rendimiento y la fiabilidad de los parques eólicos de nuestros clientes. Al garantizar que las turbinas funcionen a plena capacidad durante todo su ciclo de vida, ayudamos a maximizar la producción de energía y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades

  • Como Lead Technician, serás responsable de tareas clave del servicio, entre ellas:
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo programado de las turbinas eólicas.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos y averías.
  • Apoyar la puesta en marcha de turbinas eólicas cuando sea necesario.
  • Completar y mantener la documentación y los informes operativos.
  • Supervisar y reportar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad de Vestas en todo momento.

Cualificaciones

  • Formación profesional de grado superior (FP2) o título de ingeniería en el área eléctrica.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en mantenimiento de turbinas eólicas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en altura y en condiciones meteorológicas adversas.
  • Capacidad para leer manuales técnicos en inglés (es esencial); la fluidez verbal o escrita se valorará positivamente.
  • Residencia dentro de un radio de 25–30 km de Pujalt (Barcelona).

Your tasks:

  • Ensure on-time deliveries for internal and external customers and perform tasks of Material Planning, Production Planning.
  • Create demands and/or production schedules for internal or external suppliers out of internal or external customer demands. Aim towards a stable production schedule and perform assigned product launch activities in cooperation with internal/external suppliers or customers.
  • Deliver key performance indicators for procurement, with a special focus on financial KPIs such as backorder and inventories, and define new tools and digital process transformation for the procurement function.
  • Introduction and monitoring of continuous improvement projects in the supply chain area.
  • Communicate with suppliers/customers daily to ensure parts availability while keeping inventory within pre-defined levels and set required parameters. Update master data in SAP and other tools to ensure an uninterrupted information flow.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 0-3+ years’ experience in materials planning and/or customer planning in a manufacturing environment.

¿Qué funciones desarrollarás con nosotros?

  • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en planta
  • Detectar y resolver incidencias técnicas en equipos e instalaciones (cableado, cuadros eléctricos, inversores, etc.)
  • Asegurar el buen rendimiento de paneles e inversores
  • Apoyo en el mantenimiento de otras plantas fotovoltaicas, ya sea en la misma zona o en otras ubicaciones cercanas

Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado universitario/Grado superior en energías renovables, electromecánica, industrial o afines
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas de generación o instalaciones industriales
  • Permiso de conducir B1
  • Residencia en la zona o proximidad al lugar de trabajo
  • Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales a otras plantas (de corta duración)
  • Disponibilidad para adaptarse a horarios flexibles, incluyendo trabajo nocturno o en días festivos

Además, se valorará positivamente

  • Experiencia previa en el mantenimiento y/o construcción de plantas fotovoltaicas
