The Sales team for Iberia is responsible for all sales-related activities from initial customer contact to submitting offers to negotiating new contracts for wind farms and concluding them. Also to be able to interact with different stakeholders involved in the chain and including the internal ones. With our presence and proven history, we aim to be one of the top markets and ensure that Vestas remains to be the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities- The Sales Manager will report to the Head of Sales of Iberia.
- Provide a day-to-day interaction between Vestas and targeted the customers. Also to have the knowledge and skills to understand the customer business case in order to ensure optimal and winning value propositions.
- Screen and evaluate sales opportunities.
- Prioritize projects and customers towards best resources use optimization Skills to develop sales Engineers
- Coordinate the entire sales cycle: from identifying potential customers, quoting and optimizing deals to negotiating and concluding contracts for the delivery of wind energy projects
- Ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration in a matrix organization. Skills to Coordinate and specify technical, financial, pricing, legal, construction and service solutions for the customers, in close corporation with other Vestas departments.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders (existing and potential customers, authorities, utilities).
- Monitor market development and trends
- Input to the development of Vestas' regional commercial strategy
- BS/MS degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales in the energy industry, machinery, construction, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products, or related environment. Having some experience in sales in the wind energy sector is an asset.
- Solid commercial and legal experience from exposure to/understanding of customers.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong drive and business acumen.
- High level of customer focus
- Strong negotiation skills and possess the ability to create a win-win situation.
- Ability to build up relationships with customers
- Good technical understanding
Living in Madrid is required. Availability to travel is required. Travel is expected 1 or 2 days per month.

Responsabilidades
Mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de los aerogeneradores
Localización y corrección de fallos y averías
Asistencia en la puesta en marcha de los aerogeneradores
Cumplimentación y mantenimiento de documentación específica
Medición y reporte de indicadores clave y objetivos del área
Requisitos
Título en Ingeniería o Formación Profesional de Grado Superior (FP2), preferiblemente en rama eléctrica
Experiencia en mantenimiento eléctrico industrial (no imprescindible)
Conocimientos en interpretación de planos eléctricos
Capacidad para trabajar en altura y en condiciones climatológicas adversas
Inglés leído para comprensión de manuales técnicos
Carnet de conducir en vigor y con todos los puntos de la DGT
Residencia en Algeciras, Tarifa o alrededores
Competencias

AUXILIAR AYUDA A DOMICILIO MEDINA SIDONIA – Macrosad
Responsibilities- Atender a los/las usuarios/as, en el propio domicilio o entorno, siguiendo las pautas de actuación y cuidados indicados por el personal de Coordinación de Gestión del SAD en consonancia con los criterios establecidos en el Programa de Atención Individualizada de las personas usuarias.
- Alguna de las siguientes titulaciones: Técnico/a Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería, Técnico/a Auxiliar de Clínica, Técnico/a Auxiliar de Psiquiatría, Técnico/a en Atención a Personas en Situación de Dependencia, Técnico/a Atención Sociosanitaria, Certificado de profesionalidad de Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas dependientes en instituciones sociales o en el domicilio.
- Carnet de manipulación de alimentos (valorable).
- Valorable experiencia mínima de 3 meses en puesto similar.
- Valorable tener vehículo propio.
- Contrato de sustitución por vacaciones (posibilidad de prórroga).
- Jornada parcial 20h/semanales mínimo.

We are a small established language school in Medina Sidonia, which is a beautiful town in the province of Cadiz. We teach mainly students from the age of 4, young learners and teenagers, preparing them for the Cambridge exams.
TasksThis is a 9-month contract from mid-September to mid-June for a native level EFL teacher at Capital English School in Medina Sidonia. The contracted hours are 10 hours over 2 days, Monday and Wednesday 4-9pm. The teacher will be responsible for teaching the number of contracted hours, lesson planning, setting and correcting homework, correcting tests and termly reports.
Requirements- A recognised TEFL qualification.
- Native level.
- A university degree.
- At least 2 years teaching experience.
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge exams.
- EU residency and settled in this area.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, enthusiastic and motivated.
The paid holidays are 2 weeks for Christmas, 1 week for Easter and all bank holidays during the academic year. We also offer social security cover and a gross monthly salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
