The Territory Manager will support Cepheid Iberia in achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology and products. The role involves working closely with the sales team to develop pre- and post-sales strategies, support newly launched products, and boost assay utilization. Engaging with Clinicians and also influencing the Microbiology stakeholders . At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions. 

This position is part of the Commercial Sales Department and is a remote position based in Andalucía. The TM will be responsible of growing the business at Hospital level in the area of Andalucía.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Drive sales strategies and execution to achieve commercial goals in Andalucía
  • Educate and train clinical stakeholders on the impact and use of Cepheid products. 
  • Develop strong relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders to drive advocacy. 
  • Create and support business opportunities through clinical engagement and product demonstrations. 
  • Collaborate with Medical and Scientific Affairs on clinical case studies and product positioning. 
  • Stay current with clinical data and healthcare guidelines to inform strategy and communication. 
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Field Application Specialists to optimize customer experience. 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • MSc or PhD degree Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases OR Nursing degree in field 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Spanish healthcare market 
  • Proven knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
  • Knowledge in Hematology / Oncology is a plus.
  • Clinical experience including evidence of implementing change in hospital/healthcare environments. 
  • Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

- Recepción de vehículos y apertura de órdenes de reparación según los estándares de la marca.

- Seguimiento de reparaciones en taller y entrega del vehículo terminado.

- Explicación al cliente de los trabajos realizados, con gestión de facturación y cobro.

- Tasación y facturación de reparaciones de carrocería.

- Trato directo con peritos y gestión de siniestros.


¿Qué perfil buscamos?

- Imprescindible experiencia de al menos 2 años en postventa, recambios o taller del sector automoción.

- Conocimientos reales en mecánica.

- Nivel mínimo B2 de Ingles, con capacidad de interlocución con clientes.

- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Office y bases de datos).

- Perfil organizado, dinámico, con buenas habilidades comerciales.

Un prestigioso y reconocido restaurante en Sotogrande busca un Gerente General con experiencia y dinamismo para dirigir las operaciones diarias, garantizar la excelencia en el servicio y liderar un equipo apasionado. Esta es una oportunidad única de formar parte de uno de los destinos gastronómicos y de ocio más exclusivos del sur de España.

El Gerente General será responsable de asegurar que el restaurante ofrezca una experiencia excepcional a los clientes, mantenga la eficiencia operativa y alcance los objetivos financieros. El candidato ideal aportará un sólido historial de liderazgo en hostelería de alto nivel, con profundo conocimiento en servicio, gestión de equipos y satisfacción del cliente.


Responsabilidades principales
  • Liderar, formar e inspirar a los equipos de sala y cocina para mantener estándares de clase mundial.
  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante, garantizando un servicio fluido y la plena satisfacción del cliente.
  • Implementar y controlar sistemas, procedimientos y políticas operativas para maximizar la eficiencia.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, informes financieros y control de costes para alcanzar los objetivos de rentabilidad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con la propiedad y la dirección para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de negocio.

Requisitos
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puestos de dirección en hostelería de alto nivel o fine dining.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, con capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos diversos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos financieros y experiencia en presupuestos, previsiones y gestión de cuentas de resultados (P&L).
  • Gran capacidad organizativa y de resolución de problemas.
  • Nivel fluido de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).
  • Presencia cuidada, profesional y confianza en la gestión de clientes VIP.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.

Actualmente tenemos una oportunidad única para un perfil de Junior Store Manager o Segundo Encargado/a para nuestra tienda Sunglass Hut situada en Puerto Banús (zona Muelle) en Marbella.



Responsabilidades:

  • Consecución de objetivos de ventas de la tienda.
  • Gestión de equipo, seguimiento de ventas individuales, horarios, vacaciones.
  • Motivación de equipo y desarrollo profesional del mismo.
  • Asegurar que la tienda cumple los estándares visuales y de producto de acuerdo a las guías de imagen de marca.
  • Garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban una excelente experiencia de compra.
  • Controlar el stock, pedidos y surtidos.
  • Análisis y control de KPIs y facturación.


Requisitos:

  • Disponer experiencia previa como Responsable de Tienda de al menos un año durante la cual haya estado gestionando equipos de al menos 3 personas
  • Haber gestionado tiendas con alta facturación.
  • Perfil analítico y con experiencia trabajando con KPI's.
  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Perfil comunicativo/a y orientado/a a objetivos.
  • Perfil organizado/a y detallista.

¿Qué harás?

  • Construir relaciones de confianza con decisores en LinkedIn y otras redes sociales profesionales.
  • Convertir conversaciones y oportunidades en clientes a través de videollamadas y reuniones online , gestionando todo el proceso de venta digital.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento: acuerdos estratégicos con empresas B2B, SaaS o instituciones de gran tamaño.
  • Aportar ideas y mejoras en mensajes, procesos y estrategias en coordinación con el equipo de dirección.
  • Alcanzar objetivos con seguimiento de KPIs como CAC, tasa de conversión y cumplimiento de metas comerciales .


Qué buscamos en ti

  • Experiencia en ventas digitales, social selling o entornos B2B/SaaS .
  • Conocimiento y uso habitual de herramientas tecnológicas aplicadas a ventas (CRM, IA, automatización).
  • Motivación y ganas de crecer profesionalmente en un entorno innovador.
  • Capacidad para comunicar con claridad y generar confianza en cada interacción.
