Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. These individuals work in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, use of logic, multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner while delivering a great client experience. They provide seamless service delivery to answer client questions, resolve problems, perform account maintenance, and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns.
- Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools; escalate complex cases as needed.
- Process fraud claims and disputes per client guidelines.
- Clearly explain account issues and resolutions, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach.
- Conduct investigations with accuracy and care, documenting all actions and conversations in the case management system.
- Support team operations with other duties and tasks as assigned.

Grupo industrial perteneciente al sector químico, precisa incorporar en planta de producción,
ubicada en Sabiñánigo (Huesca):
MEDICO, especialidad Medicina del Trabajo.
Su misión es la operatividad diaria del Servicio Médico de la fábrica, así como participación en
tareas relacionadas con la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
Funciones:
Asistencia sanitaria y seguimiento médico a los trabajadores y usuarios de la fábrica.
Control y gestión de altas y bajas laborales y absentismo.
Evaluación del estado de salud de los trabajadores en relación a los riesgos laborales
expuestos, orientando las actuaciones preventivas.
Estudios Epidemiológicos y memorias anuales de actividades.
Desarrollo de proyectos y actividades orientadas a la promoción, prevención y diagnóstico
del estado de salud de los trabajadores.
Coordinación de las actividades y protocolos de vigilancia de la salud, campañas médicas,
reconocimientos.
Planificación, coordinación y control de la actividad preventiva con el objetivo de la
reducción, eliminación o control de riesgos.
Planes de emergencia.
Participar en los comités de Seguridad y Prevención de salud.
Investigación de accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales (análisis de causas,
acciones correctivas, seguimiento y medición).
Formación e información en materia de PRL, participar en los planes de acogida al personal
de nueva incorporación.
Actualización y mantenimiento de la documentación legal y sistema de gestión de PRL, así
como evaluación de su cumplimiento.
Gestión de las relaciones con la Inspección y otros organismos en materia de PRL.
Realización de actividades enfocadas a mejorar el nivel de salud de los trabajadores
mediante intervenciones destinadas a capacitarlos para incrementar el control sobre su
salud y mejorarla, tanto a los riesgos laborales como extra-laborales.
Detección precoz de alteraciones de salud, principalmente relacionadas con el trabajo,
mediante procedimientos de recogida sistemática y análisis de información tanto a nivel
individual como colectivo.
Requisitos:
Licenciado en Medicina, especialidad Medicina del Trabajo.
Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Preferencia por el nivel Superior de
dicha formación.
Experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años como médico del trabajo.
Muy valorable experiencia en instalaciones industriales.
También se contemplarán candidaturas con experiencia en de Mutua siempre y cuando
haya trabajado para clientes industriales.
Se valorará experiencia asistencial y formación en Traumatología/Urgencias
(inmovilizaciones, curas, suturas…etc.)
Manejo de equipos e instrumentación sanitaria de urgencias.
Experiencia en técnicas de reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP).
Conocimientos y experiencia en la legislación vigente en materia de PRL.

El Coordinador de Plantas Hidroeléctricas (Site Manager) será responsable de las actividades diarias de operación y mantenimiento en las plantas hidroeléctricas ubicadas en la región de Huesca.
El puesto implica la gestión in situ, asegurando que todas las tareas de mantenimiento y operación se ejecuten de manera eficiente y en cumplimiento con las normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
El candidato ideal trabajará en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos, subcontratistas locales así como con la oficina central de operaciones en Madrid, para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de las instalaciones.
· Supervisar las operaciones diarias y el mantenimiento in situ de las instalaciones hidroeléctricas en la región de Huesca.
· Asegurar que el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo se realice según el cronograma y los estándares establecidos.
· Colaborar con los equipos de mantenimiento locales y contratistas externos para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones.
· Monitorear el rendimiento y la disponibilidad de la planta, abordando cualquier problema operativo que surja.
· Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, los protocolos operativos y los estándares ambientales.
· Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de mantenimiento, incidentes y rendimiento de la planta.
· Comunicar regularmente con la oficina central y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de las instalaciones.
· Realizar inspecciones periódicas del sitio para identificar posibles riesgos u oportunidades de mejora.
· Apoyar la implementación de mejoras o actualizaciones en las plantas según lo indique la gerencia.
· Actualización regular de la lista de repuestos y monitoreo de consumos de agua, combustible y otros insumos.
· Reuniones semanales con el gerente local de mantenimiento.
· Supervisar el acceso al sitio, asegurando que todo el personal involucrado en las operaciones cumpla con los requisitos de seguridad según la especificación de cada intervención.
· Informar sobre todas las posibles reclamaciones de seguros al equipo central de Operaciones y Mantenimiento en Madrid.
· Experiencia previa en gestión de instalaciones, operaciones o mantenimiento, idealmente en el sector de energía renovable o industrial.
· Conocimientos de sistemas hidráulicos o de operaciones hidroeléctricas seria muy valorable.
· Enfoque práctico con capacidad para gestionar tareas in situ y coordinar con equipos técnicos.
· Comprensión de las normativas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
· Fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
· Conocimientos básicos en software de oficina (Excel, Word) para informes y registro de actividades.
· Conocimiento de sistemas de control remoto y monitoreo SCADA.

ResponsibilitiesThe appointees are expected to participate in teaching biomedical sciences subjects relevant to human health and diseases, spanning basic biochemical, cellular and molecular biology to whole-body organization and homeostasis, across a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes including medical, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, nursing and/or Chinese medicine. They will also be expected to establish an innovative and well-funded research group open to interdisciplinary collaboration. Research should be at the forefront of biology and medicine, spanning basic molecular and cellular processes, developmental and stem cell biology, cancer, body defence systems, neuroscience, bioinformatics and bioengineering. During career development, appointees are expected to make substantial contributions to the School’s strategic developments in academic and research collaborations locally, regionally and internationally.

At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointments will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of the basic salary. Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
