Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships by identifying potential risks and mitigating them before they escalate into issues.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to address product conformance issues, ensuring that suppliers meet required standards.
- Assess and confirm supplier capacity and capability to ensure the continuous and reliable supply of products.
- Identify and develop cost-reduction opportunities within the supply chain through strategies like volume negotiation, market analysis, and cost-efficient design or manufacturing methods.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing supplier relationships, specifically within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry. Must know about design engineering and equipment functionality to identify the best suppliers and guide them in meeting the factory's supply requirements.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time, primarily domestically, with occasional international trips. Travel will mostly be by car, with flights as needed for longer distances.
€35,000 - €45,000 a year

The Position
- We're looking to hire one Principal Engineer with strong knowledge of Kubernetes to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional IT experience.
- Meaningful experience working with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or other SPA frameworks.
- A strong foundation in GraphQL databases is essential.
- Proficient in rendering components with React APIs.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with infrastructures (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-platform compatible code.
- Strong knowledge of working with GitHub, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to screen/interview new hires and onboard new team members.
- Proficient programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns.
- Strong ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Experience working on large, complex systems.
- Expertise working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Advanced English is required.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.

We are looking for an Equipment Systems Technician to help set up and support our Trujillo, Spain, manufacturing location. This position will be focused on production systems and industrial networking support, along with operating and implementing a set of software tools. You'll be building and troubleshooting new production tools, working with an experienced team of mechanical, electrical, metrology, and software engineers, both with the help of our US-based team, assisting engineers, and pushing projects to completion. This position will report to the Spain Engineering Lead, Equipment, and will be instrumental in helping our manufacturing site operate most efficiently and securely.
Responsibilities- Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical/L1-L3 network systems, including high voltage power supplies, switches, controllers, sensors, cameras, pumps, PLCs, valves, and other devices.
- Planning and executing upgrades and retrofits to improve tool reliability and process capabilities. This may include working with programmable power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other common benchtop testing tools.
- Organizing and maintaining documentation so others can understand and use it, writing procedures and checklists, assisting and training maintenance.
- Working on multidisciplinary teams to solve complicated problems.
- Sourcing system components from software and hardware vendors where appropriate.
- Vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications field or similar discipline (Experience can be a substitute for formal education).
- 3+ years of hands-on engineering/manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and edit control schematics and P&ID drawings.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Open to traveling to the US for training if needed.

Acerca del rol
¡Serás una pieza clave en la optimización de la polinización!
Las tareas que realizarás incluirán, pero no se limitarán a:
- Auditorías de colmenas, evaluando su calidad y categorizándolas, con visitas periódicas a los predios de los apicultores y los campos donde se encuentran instaladas, para asegurarnos de que los productores tengan acceso a las mejores colmenas y mantener la salud de las abejas con los cuidados adecuados.
- Apoyo en la alimentación de las colmenas, implementando las innovadoras Tecnologías Beeflow para asegurar el mejor rendimiento en línea con el contrato establecido.
- Carga de datos en planillas (Excel) para un seguimiento preciso y eficiente.
- Monitoreo de la fenología del cultivo para entender su ciclo de crecimiento y asegurar su éxito.
- Supervisión de la actividad de las abejas durante la floración, optimizando el proceso de polinización y garantizando resultados de calidad.

Diamond Foundry is looking for a Human Resource Technician to support the People Operations department in DF Spain. This position will include a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The candidate will contribute to communication and initiatives across business units. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Human Resources, labour relations, and payroll, and values processes, documentation, and confidentiality. - Labour relations: Ensure compliance with current labour laws and collective agreements, and support in resolving labour conflicts and employee inquiries.
- Training and development: Assist in the implementation of training programs, career development plans, and performance evaluations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Position: Production Technician
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Technician is responsible for executing all tasks related to the production process safely, according to defined standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities- Operate automatic machines, including loading and unloading materials and performing cleaning cycles.
- Perform medium-complexity tasks in the production area.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area.
- Ensure material traceability through proper use of company information systems.
- Technical training at a mid-level or higher (desirable).
- Proficiency in office software and experience operating automatic production or measurement machines.
- Experience in industrial environments and manual tasks is desirable.
- Attention to detail and ability to plan daily work.
- Fluent Spanish and basic English (desirable).
Salary: €22,000 - €26,000 per year. The offered salary may vary based on factors such as job functions, experience, and location. We will also consider candidates with higher qualifications, and the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
