We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with 3–5 years of experience to support the development and productionization of advanced AI models — from research to scalable, production-ready solutions.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and train AI and machine learning models (NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics).

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code.

Collaborate closely with MLEs to deploy and scale models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end data and model pipelines: source, augment, and validate datasets; design and manage training, fine-tuning, and evaluation workflows; deliver production-ready models that meet customer needs.
• Design rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model competence and alignment through statistical testing, reliability assessment, and continuous monitoring.
• Optimize training and inference performance using distributed compute resources, reducing latency, and identifying algorithmic or systems-level efficiency improvements.
• Enhance models post-training by applying supervised fine-tuning (SFT), preference optimization, and reinforcement learning techniques to improve reasoning, safety, and helpfulness.
• Compress and specialize models using advanced optimization techniques to meet performance and deployment constraints.
• Collaborate across research and engineering teams on data curation, training experiments, model serving, and system observability.
• Contribute to shared ML infrastructure, writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable Python code, documenting key decisions, and upholding high engineering standards.
