About the Role:The Strategic Operations Coordinator will support the Executive Chairman in their day-to-day activities, providing seamless organization of their professional and personal agenda. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Executive Chairman's schedule, anticipating and managing schedule conflicts.
- Serve as key point of contact and develop relationships with current and potential clients, facilitating scheduling.
- Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences across time zones and geographies.
- Prepare materials, briefs, and summaries for the Chairman, taking precise minutes for C-level meetings.
- Manage all administrative tasks for the Chairman, including expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and weekly travel arrangements.
- Bilingual level of English/Spanish.
