Strategic Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

The Strategic Operations Coordinator will support the Executive Chairman in their day-to-day activities, providing seamless organization of their professional and personal agenda. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Executive Chairman's schedule, anticipating and managing schedule conflicts.
  • Serve as key point of contact and develop relationships with current and potential clients, facilitating scheduling.
  • Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences across time zones and geographies.
  • Prepare materials, briefs, and summaries for the Chairman, taking precise minutes for C-level meetings.
  • Manage all administrative tasks for the Chairman, including expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and weekly travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual level of English/Spanish.
  • Relevant University degree.
  • Proficiency in standard technology and applications (Office, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, CRM software).
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience supporting a Senior Partner or C-level Executive in a client-facing/investor relations capacity.
