Requisitos

Your profile
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms) to support marketing campaigns and lead management processes.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Create email campaigns, and personalized communication strategies to nurture leads and retain students.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, communications, sales, student experience and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and segmented databases.
  • Collaborate in maintaining and updating the university website and online content including forms and online documents.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and CRM best practices.
Position requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. Additional qualifications in Data Analytics or Data Science will be highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Forms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration with other software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Summary

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing the marketing processes in Hyperion’s CRM and Marketing Automation System so that Hyperion can deliver accurate marketing campaigns, capture engagement data and track campaign responses to revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes on Hyperion’s strategy for marketing automation using Hyperion’s CRM & marketing automation system. (MS Dynamics 365).
  • Works with Marketing & Revenue Operations teams to define requirements for marketing reporting from CRM and ERP data to drive marketing effectiveness and actionable growth strategies.
  • Provides input from Marketing to the Commercial Systems Teams on roadmap requirements for the CRM & Marketing Automation System.
  • Builds forms, templates, journeys and segments in the Marketing Automation system to support execution of marketing elements.
  • Collaborates closely with Sales to align lead scoring and nurturing strategies, and with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Brings new technologies and processes for marketing automation and nurturing, tests and then develops plans for execution.
  • Manages and executes qualification processes on key CRM elements that are required to execute more effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with marketing colleagues to develop and launch effective processes related to the marketing automation system.
  • Serves as the first triage point for issues related to the Marketing Automation system.

Qualifications
  • BS Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, MIS or similar.
  • 2+ years working in a database marketing role, including the use of a CRM in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Use of MS Dynamics CMS and / or Marketing Automation system is strongly preferred, but experience with other systems including SalesForce and Hubspot are acceptable
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Excel or SQL for data manipulation is preferred.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with excellent business-wide communication skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive all aspects of Marketing Automation and directly support the Head of Marketing Operations Studio in Madrid.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (including promotional campaigns), newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated email campaigns to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage email marketing templates, workflows, and triggers to automate email campaigns and lead nurturing programs.

    Purpose / Mission of the Position

    This position holder will be part of a team in charge of the creation and optimization of EMEA marketing automation campaigns, and the successful implementation of local and global ones. Responsible for implementing customer journeys throughout EMEA and optimizing these based on data analysis, so that the marketing campaigns will lead to business opportunities and sales turnover increase.

    • Rango salarial: 30k a 150k€, según experiencia

    El contexto

    Contamos con varias vacantes activas que abarcan desde perfiles de entrada hasta posiciones de liderazgo; por ello buscamos profesionales con distintos grados de experiencia que quieran unirse directamente a marcas líderes de banca, retail y otros sectores que están escalando sus capacidades de Marketing Automation Technology —especialmente alrededor de Adobe (Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Workfront, etc.), Google (BigQuery, Analytics, Firebase, etc.) y Salesforce (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data, Datorama, MuleSoft, etc)— para ofrecer experiencias personalizadas en tiempo real.

    La misión

    Liderar el diseño, gestión y ejecución de journeys automatizados, optimizando la relación con clientes a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, e impulsando las capacidades de la suite Adobe, Salesforce o Google para generar valor de negocio.

    Responsabilidades clave

    Participarás en todo el ciclo de vida de la automatización: desde la configuración, testeo y reporting de campañas diarias hasta la arquitectura de journeys complejos, la definición de frameworks de optimización y la gestión de roadmap y equipos. Cuanto mayor sea tu experiencia, mayor será tu impacto en la visión estratégica, la interlocución con stakeholders C‑level y la gobernanza del dato.

    Requisitos

    Buscamos personas con mentalidad analítica y orientación al detalle, experiencia en CRM / Marketing Automation, uso de SQL y APIs, y comprensión de modelos de segmentación y personalización. Los perfiles más senior deberán aportar liderazgo de proyectos / equipos y dominio avanzado, mientras que a perfiles más junior les bastará con bases sólidas de marketing automation según stack requerido y ganas de aprender.

    Desde nuestra división de Marketing Digital estamos buscando un/a Marketing Automation Specialist , para incorporarse directamente en cliente final del sector inmobiliario con sede en Madrid.

    • Participarás en proyectos de marketing digital, colaborando estrechamente con distintas áreas de la empresa.
    • Diseño, ejecución y optimización de campañas de email e inbound marketing para distintas líneas de negocio, adaptando mensajes y creatividades según cada audiencia.
    • Segmentación avanzada de bases de datos para asegurar que cada comunicación impacta en el público adecuado.
    • Gestión, control de accesos y aseguramiento de la calidad de los datos en la BBDD de contactos de la empresa.
    • Contribuir a la mejora de los canales de venta mediante el análisis del customer journey en Salesforce.
    • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en marketing digital, especialmente en campañas de email marketing y gestión de bases de datos.
    • Dominio avanzado de Pardot : automatización de workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, formularios, test A/B, etc.
    • Conocimientos sólidos en Salesforce CRM : segmentación, mantenimiento, creación de informes y paneles.
    • Conocimientos en HTML/CSS para newsletters, Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas colaborativas (SharePoint, Teams).
    • Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector inmobiliario.
    • Contrato indefinido directamente con el cliente final.
    • Proyecto estable en una empresa líder en el sector inmobiliario.
