Your profile- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms) to support marketing campaigns and lead management processes.

- Create email campaigns, and personalized communication strategies to nurture leads and retain students.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration with other software.

Summary
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing the marketing processes in Hyperion’s CRM and Marketing Automation System so that Hyperion can deliver accurate marketing campaigns, capture engagement data and track campaign responses to revenue. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Purpose / Mission of the Position

- Segmentación avanzada de bases de datos para asegurar que cada comunicación impacta en el público adecuado.
- Gestión, control de accesos y aseguramiento de la calidad de los datos en la BBDD de contactos de la empresa.
- Contribuir a la mejora de los canales de venta mediante el análisis del customer journey en Salesforce.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en marketing digital, especialmente en campañas de email marketing y gestión de bases de datos.
- Dominio avanzado de Pardot : automatización de workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, formularios, test A/B, etc.
- Conocimientos sólidos en Salesforce CRM : segmentación, mantenimiento, creación de informes y paneles.
- Conocimientos en HTML/CSS para newsletters, Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas colaborativas (SharePoint, Teams).
- Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector inmobiliario.
- Contrato indefinido directamente con el cliente final.
